Of course after Real cost me two tickets, Barca cost me an even bigger one.

I should have just stuck to Brentford alone but being a freebet, the winnings was going to be less than the odds, (minus wager amount) and I thought Barca would get another narrow victory to try and wrap up the title even earlier.

It is very disappointing to guess the main "mystery" (Brandford's victory) but lose a multibet due to outcomes that were included there only for the sake of increasing the odds. It's good that I didn't have a similar disappointment from my free bet, take a look:

By the way, now it seems to me that it makes sense (when choosing favorites) to take a handicap. Because if the favorite is unpleasantly surprising, then in any case it is a loss, but if they win, then everything is likely to go "like clockwork" and the handicap seriously increases the odds.

You said it the way I felt it. But to be fair Chelsea losing to a decent team isn't really even surprising anymore. I think they along Liverpool as together were last season's finalists in two cups, this season are not feared by even the weakest team.

At least Real and Barca are still feared, but if we lose the way we both did this weekend as a habit, the fear factor will disappear.

Today Barca scored more goals than in 5 recent games. 4:0 against Betis. Finally watching Barcelona game gave me positive emotions after several terrible performances. But it was so strange to see Betis playing so poor. It was nice to see how Camp Nou welcomed Betis legend Joaquin, but he got injury and I hope it wasn't his last game in career. It is always good to see young players getting their first minutes for the clubs in games like these. There is no pressure so they can perform to the best of their abilities and whatever happens they can fondly remember they were part of big win. Nice to see Xavi is keeping a close eye on his youngsters. Barca was always at its best when they had a couple of key players from their own youth school.

The last time Real lost, they were resting their key players in front and in back. Last night, they had Courtois back but 2 key players missing in front.

This was very hard to know unlike EPL news which shares lineups easily, I guess Spanish sites have this too but Google doesn't show me until too late but still, well done to those who picked Socieded, which I only did in BSFL!!

it will be tough to seal five handicaps, but yeah usually favorites win with margin, if they win (will be good to have some statistics on that in La Liga)

Valencia took important point against Villareal, relegation battle is still on, you simply can't push Getafe low and secure positiob, now Valladolid is endangered as well, they seemed good few rounds ago

One week break and the weird thing is we could win the title before we play (if Atletico lose, then they must win every game and we must lose every game, while making up 16 goal difference).

Of course the mathematics just means Barca have to make it impossible, but I think that week the title is confirmed.

What can be better than winning La Liga title at stadium of your main city rival after simply destroying them? Probably only doing same thing at Santagio Bernabeu can be better . Anyway, this season leaves mixed feelings. Today we saw face of Barca that we missed in many games this season. Dominating, high scoring, not winning games 1:0 without making many moments and having some luck. So, congrats to all Barca fans here. Visca Barca!

And what a shame that Espanyol fans attacked Barcelona players while they celebrated title. But what else you can expected from these rats. I hope that this shameful club will relegate to Segunda and will stuck there for long.
And Atletico - have no words about them today. They looked amazing recently, scoring 3-5 goals in recent games and now they somehow managed to lose against Elche who already relegated maybe few months ago.

Yeah I dropped the ball a little here as well, most of my posts end up in BSFL thread since there is always somebody asking something there while we here are all experienced Superbru troopers and everything goes as it should.

Bumping threads should be allowed once per day. Meaning you can just write bump and no mod will touch it if 24 hours passed. If you just edit your post you did not bump the thread so that is one way.

Also La Liga is sort of boring this season, we knew Barca will take it for some time now and I must admit I am not very invested in La Liga relegation battle. Premier League has gotten way more attention from me this season.

The relegation battle can be just as intense and dramatic as the race for the top positions. In fact, for the teams involved, it's a matter of survival and can have a significant impact on their future.
Now all Cadiz needs is to achieve a single win, which will secure their stay for the next season, while Valladolid has become threatened with relegation, especially if getafe manages to win tomorrow against Elche, who are currently in last place. And let's not forget that Valladolid will have the match between Barcelona and Real.

few weeks ago looked totally different for Valladolid, but they are in losing strike and getting closer to relegation
still, Getafe is closer to getting relegated IMO
Espanyol is almost certain to get relegated, Elche is already preparing for next season there

Valencia win in last round brought us a bit upper, but we need a win over uninterested Real to secure avoiding relegation
