Lyon are still doing an amazing work! They continue to win and they are getting really lucky about their direct opponents in the standings at the same time. 

Reims, Marseille and Rennes all have started to get really bad results for a few weeks. Now Lyon are only two points behind the sixth position. They really have a chance to qualify for the Conference League at least. Considering how this season started for Lyon this is a huge progress. However tomorrow they have a very difficult game against PSG away. I don't know if they can get any points but even one point would be useful in this toughest game of the season.

Lyon's performance has been quite good in the last few matches compared to their performance at the start of the season, they were in the relegation zone but slowly Lyon is able to compete again to get a slot in the Europe League next season. Not only does it have the potential to compete for a Europe League spot but Lyon still has a chance to be in the top four this season with a difference of 8 points from Lille with 5 matches remaining.
This week PSG will be opponent team for Lyon and its not easy after positive result from PSG secure semifinal champion league ticket has more confidence performance and want to be Ligue 1 winner without waiting until last game week. Three wins in the last four matches mean that it cannot be taken lightly for Lyon to stop PSG's winning streak and temporarily postpone their quest to become Ligue 1 champions.

The work Dortmund did was really impressive.

PSG I consider up to the highest final of the Champions League. Maybe they can win against Dortmund but their win against Real Madrid is almost impossible. The first target for PSG now is to beat Dortmund and secure the final first by beating Dortmund. They have just qualified for the semi-finals and now if they plan on winning the final and the final then their semi-final match may go against the results. If the obstacle of the semi-finals is overcome first, then Luis Enrique will definitely plan for the final. As a host Lens is not in the good situations because in the last 4 matches Lens was unable to win and this makes their chances to compete for Champion League spots will be very slim and Lens even only have 2 points above to Lyon the team from 7th place and if Lens failed to gets the winning results for their upcoming matches then there is possibility Lyon can taking over their position and actually Lens opponent is only Clermont and we all know Clermont position in the bottom of the league and they almost certainly to be relegated

Champions League is unique. Don't just turn up and expect history to repeat. Dortmund may not be the most scary team, but their hunger and underdog energy can cause trouble. If PSG wants a shot, they must wake up. They must concentrate. Can't rely on reputation or Ligue 1 performance. If they play Madrid? It won't be luck. The Nice team was extraordinary in today's match because they were able to win with such a decent number of goals and from what was seen in their match today, Nice was extraordinary in playing the match so it is very natural that Nice won with that number of scores. It was a nice home game, so I was really expecting much from them, and again Lorient is a very weak team, so I did not expect them to give Nice a tough time. So, I was not really surprised about Nice winning them with 3 goals. In fact, I even expected them to score more than these 3 goals. Even Lorient really played well yesterday because it was not the way I was expecting Nice to control the match. Lorient gave them room to operate; they tried their best, but it was very hard for them to stop Nice from winning those 3 points yesterday. In fact, that is the moment Lorient has to put in extra effort if they want to escape this season's relegation.
