The face Portuguese side Benfica in the quarter finals of the competition and considering the performance of both teams in their respective leagues this season, many including bookmakers are tipping Benfica to reach the semi final atvthe expense of Marseille. But I don't think it'll be as possible for Benfica as many people think of that tie because Marseille's style of football and performance in the competition this season is totally different from how they play in their domestic league which is why I think they're very determined to win the UEFA Europa League competition this season and should be considered as a major threat

Which is confusing to me. I mean there are better teams there than Ligue 1 teams and considering the situation they are in, I would have expected them to have something much better at ligue one. They should have been second team with a big gap, but they are not there right now.

Looking at how the teams are going, I feel like the biggest shocker of the season has been Lyon without a doubt, bare bottom with so many point difference, to mid table team after middle of the season. They really look great and I feel like if they could manage to keep this up, they could even finish at conference league levels. Which could be a stone they could build upon and be better next season as well. I really like them, would love to see them do better.
