I think PSG will have a disaster and as is known, Le Havre had made it difficult for them before PSG beat them with a score of 1-4. This is the first win for PSG and also the first away game they have won this season. In fact, they played quite well but the adjustment after Mbappe left was very clear here.

Luckily Luis Enrique moved quickly to change the composition of his players and the results were seen at the end of the second half when Dembele and Barcola came on the ball flowed more. Don't forget the two players also scored their first goals in this victory and I think PSG don't need to worry about what happens next as long as they have players who can be relied on in the midst of difficulties. For now, PSG are at the top of the Ligue 1 standings.

In the first match of Ligue 1, PSG secured a huge victory by a margin of 4-1. However, PSG's opponents were relatively weak. The Le Havre team was weak. Even so, a 4-1 win is certainly commendable. Yes I was also a little surprised by Lyon's defeat in this match I thought they were getting better after having an extraordinary season towards the end of the season they were able to rise and perform impressively and ended up finishing in the top 6 even though initially I thought Lyon would be relegated last season but it turned out my prediction was wrong because they still have a lot of time to improve their performance, likewise this season Lyon still has a lot of matches so we don't need to worry about it usually at the beginning of the match it is difficult to predict.
Their coach Pierre Sage will definitely immediately fix what is wrong with this club because last season since this coach was appointed in January he was immediately able to give his best ability in coaching a club that was experiencing a drastic decline.

Luis Enrique taking proper stands with PSG as they're excellently having good records on opening Ligue One matchday. Paris Saint-Germain have no competitor that would stop them this season because they're ready to take on any opposition with good amount of positive energy.

PSG won an extraordinary victory after preseason or losing Mbappe and Enrique proved that they still have to work hard even though their megastar players have left the team, I'm sure Enrique will work hard to rack his brains for PSG but the easy victory they achieved in the first round does not mean they have solved all this easily, Le Harve is not a club that has good potential to block them PSG does not have many ways and players who can be relied on to make a surprise and they have played so many matches in preseason also the fact that they mostly failed, and vice versa with PSG even though they lost their megastar but they still have many names there and Enrique is the bearer or main actor of the victory. At this time it is not yet clear how the impact they feel after losing Mbappe but that will happen when they will play in the Champions League or in the French League 1 they will meet Marseille of course there will be seen how they work under very deep pressure and they have not got a good winger to replace Mbappe, and I also think that PSG will be down in some of their big matches in the French League 1 which will make them lose important points and most likely this season they will have difficulty defending the French League 1 title.

Well, they started awful last season as well, they have some issues but nothing all that crazy, its something that we can assume that Lyon will be able to actually recover better this time because they look like they have a better squad and they remember how they did alright and all they had to just remember what they are doing. We need to just focus on how to get better results by working towards having something better, it is going to be a tough deal if we are not going to see them win, because they really need that.

I do not really know what caused them to start being this bad, normally they were the best team in all of France before this PSG take over happened, what made them this bad is beyond me. Rennes isn't really a terrible team neither, so losing to them is fine and its only just one game, not like they have a bunch of game so far, they just end up doing something that will not be all that complicated, we need to focus on getting better results in the future.

There are some forgotten concerns where Lens won after defeating Angers with a narrow score of 0-1 and this made Lens' first away win this season. Even against a weak team like Angers, it still feels difficult for Lens and I hope they don't continue to be in trouble like in this match. Because Lens won with the only goal in the 28th minute but since the remaining minutes were still very long, the most worrying thing was conceding a goal and thwarting their victory and they should have been able to widen the winning margin by scoring another goal.

In addition, Monaco who was appointed as the host also did not waste the support of fans at home and they sent home another promoted team, St Etienne, without bringing home any points. But unfortunately here Monaco is not like usual who can always score a lot of goals and I think they should have been able to do that. The same thing I feel like Lens and maybe Monaco should be able to take advantage of the opportunities available to be converted into more goals.

Well, maybe the adaptation will continue in the new season and hope that the top teams can always win with convincing results.

Not many people thought Lyon would start the Ligue 1 season with such a poor performance. In fact, Lyon's decline also partly reflects the problems that many other French clubs are facing. Marseille, Monaco, and Lille have all had poor results in recent seasons. Ligue 1 television rights prices have not increased, leading to financial difficulties for clubs participating in the league. The pandemic crisis and falling TV rights revenues have led to Lyon's decline.

Marseille has made many changes to its squad this season including making de zerbi as coach, apart from that, Marseille ambition to be able to compete with PSG requires them to spend a lot of money to recruit new players, after losing Aubameyang and several of its main players last season, Marseille continues to be active in the transfers market in fact they are continuing to try to bring in several other players at the moment, so it would not be surprising if Marseille is the third teams who has spent a lot of money so far even though in fact it will have the potential to make their finances unstable in the future, in my opinion what Marseille is doing at the moment is a good thing, but in my opinion they need to be able to control their spending and not try to follow what PSG is doing because their finances are very different.

PSG has dominated the league for so long and I hope that what Marseille is doing now can provide competition and also strong resistance to break PSG dominance this season, so that I think that way Marseille will not waste the money they have spent so far In the transfer market, Ligue 1 has now started and it is very important for Marseille to be able to maintain their consistency in the league until the end of the season.

Judging from their playing style, Lens really needs a lot of improvement. Starting the season against a promoted team, they were only able to score 1 goal. Not many attacks were able to threaten the opponent's goal. There are still many shortcomings that must be evaluated and fixed by w.still, otherwise Lens will have difficulty facing big teams in the future. Last season, Lens finished in 7th place, after previously being able to finish in 2nd place in the final standings. This indicates that Lens' performance has decreased drastically.

The fact that Lyon is the fourth biggest club in the league with a loss start and not that great last season shows that they are not really managed that properly and there is something wrong with the team. Maybe the players don't like each other or something?

I do not know what's the reason but it looks like they are a great football club with a great football culture from the fans, and they have players that worth something. If they are fourth in valuation, there is no reason why they should finish the league outside of the top four, they are capable of that and have the talent level to do it as well, for some reason they are just not doing it, and that causes some issues for them. I think we need to see this as something that could be considered better and bigger. We need to of course do something bigger and profitable, which will not be all that complicated, we just need to see this as Lyon failing to do as well as they should and they need to fix that asap.

To be honest, I was also quite surprised by the big defeat Lyon got and although Lyon was not able to win, but it was a must for Lyon to be able to end the match with a draw, or at least lose with a narrow score. But anyway,  what happened was Lyon lost 3-0 and were completely unable to score, despite the fact that Lyon had one penalty too but Georges Mikautadze as the executor also failed to score from the penalty kick.

At least, Lyon should be able to start this season well like the comeback they did in the second half of last season to finish in the top zone of the table. The bad thing is, the next match Lyon will play away and the opponent faced is also not easy, because Lyon will play against Monaco. But at least, if I'm not mistaken that Lyon's rise last season was also often obtained about good result in away matches. So yes, it seems still possible for Lyon to be able to provide good resistance also for the next match against Monaco, who knows.

Just like you, I miss the old Lyon too, years ago they had much better teas and they were in the first place of the French Leageu like PSG. But they lost their power and even in the last season, Lyon was about to get relegated because of the bad results they got however they had a better performance after the new year but it seems they couldn't have a good start in this season with their coach Sage while Sage was not bad in Lyon.

Hey guys I'm new in here and because I'm confused as to how to submit a post,I am writing here..dont know if its an answer to someone or not,but I'd really like everyone's help.
I want to bet from Ligue 1 either PSG to get 1st place once again or Marseille/Monaco for top4.
Mbappe's departure is a big goal loss for PSG and Im not that sure to bet on PSG..And as a Barca fan I wouldn't rely kn Dembele...Although,they probably gonna win Ligue 1 again,they have the better squad,but I dont fully trust them.
So the other options are Marseille or Monaco for top4
Every analysis I've read on various sites say that probably both of them will reach top4 since they're both capable of challenging PSG.
The good thing for Marseille is they dont have european matches,meaning they can fully focus on Ligue1.
They got De Zerbi and some good players like Greenwood but I cant fully trust them due to the recent years form.
Monaco has a good squad,i dont know all the players (that goes for Marseille too) but I dont know if the squad depth is enough for the Champions League group stage AND the Ligue1.
Well of course I dont care about their Ch.l. matches,but this adds more games to the players.They have Embolo,Minamino etc but their offence lacks quantity i think.
I mean comparing Monaco's and Marseille's squads,they are both great,but Marseille seems to have more options in every position...or not??
So to sum up
The safe bet i think would be Marseille lacking European matches but i dont think relying only on Greenwood will get them to top4
Monaco lost Ben Yedder but in overall they must be closer to PSGs title race than anyone else.
And i dont think Lyon (not only because they lost the first match),Lille,Brest,Rennes or Lens have more chances for top4 than Monaco and Marseille.
I'd really appreciate if anyone who knows about PSG,Monaco,Marseille or generally about Ligue 1 can help me.

Dominating Ligue 1 is not a difficult task for PSG. The strongest squad in Ligue 1 is PSG. Also, PSG is the richest club in Ligue 1. PSG's squad this season is a bit weaker compared to previous seasons. However, PSG's squad still has plenty of talented players. More importantly, PSG have an experienced coach. With the help of Luis Enrique, the PSG team is slowly getting stronger.

PSG are expected to battle it out for the title this season with possibly Lille, Marseille and Monaco. So I am looking forward to watching the PSG vs Lille match. If PSG can dominate and win against Lille, then I'd say Ligue 1 PSG will dominate this season. PSG will play against Montpellier in the next match. PSG will easily get 3 points in this match as well.

I think Olympic Marseille will be the team that will challenge PSG for the league 1 title this season. They have a young coach who knows what he is doing. And he has managed to assemble a good squad that's is going to push for the league title. With Mbappe gone PSG does has a little weakness in their squad and that's not a fact that can be hidden. Judging by the performance of Marseille in their first match of the season I think they are the only club that can provide real competition for PSG. PSG main fear factor has left the club and with his absence, PSG won't be much of a threat that they used to be. They got a good scoreline last weekend and so did Marseille. PSG should not think that they will be getting the league title cheaply this season as they usually does in previous seasons. There is a breath of new era in league 1.

The right choice and maybe even if there is a mistake, it is very unlikely. Actually, PSG has no doubts about winning easily, especially playing at home will guarantee the result. However, I want to see them play more aggressively from the start of the match and not be late in realizing the need for goals like what happened last week against Le Havre.

With the addition of full points, PSG will certainly be able to shift Marseille's top position, but with the note that they must win big against Montpellier if they want that to happen. The goal difference is the difference for PSG to be able to shift Marsille and at least they must win by 3 goals more. So it seems that later I will be interested in the over 3.25 goal result with odds @1.70 because if I take a normal time bet, the odds are only @1.33 and that is very small.

Sure, they started Ligue 1 with a victory. And losing Mbappé is a serious loss. Of course, they are still loaded. Still, that attack is different without his speed and finishing.

Enrique's a top-notch manager, which is advantageous. Still, requiring late goals? That raises warning flags. They are still learning how to function without their superstar. Marseille, Rennes, they are rather acute. Sleeping on them is not advised. Ligue 1 is no more only PSG's playground

PSG's true test is High stakes games versus strong rivals. Enrique will be able to see if he can get this team clicking here. Can they change with tightening resources? Can they identify objectives without the magic of Mbappé?

Though it doesn't necessarily bring titles, money speaks. PSG needs to gel even if they have potential
