This is beyond annoying, it's like a slap in the face to the other teams

PSG last game was on 3rd of April, the next one is on the 19th, almost 3 weeks of not playing in Ligue1 to "conserve" energy for the CL.
At this point, why don;t they schedule PSG games in the summer so they can play alone?

It seems like they're the only team currently playing in the Champions League and needing rest. I don't even know how they're allowed to do that. Liverpool, their opponent, played another Premier League game after the PSG game, and in two days they'll play PSG again, and four days later they'll have a Premier League game, and six days after that another. They didn't ask for much time to rest. Honestly, these are things you only see in Ligue 1.

PSG are set to face Liverpool in the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final with a fresh attitude, the reason I say this is because PSG have not participated in any of their domestic league matches since beating Liverpool in the first leg, so maybe the players of this team will be able to play with more intensity in the second leg with a spontaneous attitude and be able to knock Liverpool out of this round. Paris Saint-Germain won 2-0 at home but we believe Liverpool will be a worry for them at Anfield because in that Champions League match, the Red Devils will have the ability to take control of the match very quickly in their familiar surroundings and with their ever-familiar fans so it's correct PSG will have to play this match carefully to reach the semi-finals.

Currently, Liverpool is not in great form, and with that, I am confident that PSG can still beat Liverpool at Anfield again. So, even if PSG players play their domestic matches this week, I don't think they will be so exhausted that Liverpool will be able to beat them.And now that they have even gotten enough rest, they will have much more energy to play against Liverpool very well, and that may be the end of Liverpool in the Champions League this season. If it was Liverpool of previous seasons, I may have had confidence in them that they could knock out PSG, especially since the match is going to be played at Anfield.But honestly, they are worse this season, and if care is not even taken, PSG can still win by more than two goals at Anfield Stadium. So, as for those who are still hoping for Liverpool, they should limit their expectations because I am not expecting any surprising result from Liverpool in this match.

I think what they're doing in France is very right. Because Paris Saint-Germain's success increases the quality of the French league. That's why France postpones their matches before theirs. I think this is a very correct move. The league will end sooner or later, but the Champions League is always important. Paris Saint-Germain wants success in the Champions League, and in my opinion, the French football federation is doing the right thing.

How does it increase the quality when you take breaks and skip matches?
This must be a whole new level of achieving stuff, let me copy this and skip the next 10years of going to a gym, this will probably make me the fittest guy on the planet.

PSG is the pride of French football this is the fact and nothing can change it. PSG is also the champions of Europe so I don't see anything wrong if their games are scheduled in a way that will not disturb or stress them out before a crucial champions League game. If you don't know one of the things that is making English teams from performing well in the champions League is because of tight fixtures that sometimes stress out the players. The ligue 1 Authority is just protecting their team from stress that may arise from exhaustion, I believe that this treatment will not only be given to PSG, if other teams will do well in Europe thesame treatment will also apply to such team.

If Paris Saint-Germain focuses on the Champions League, they will inevitably give up their grip on Liga1.
It's a question of prioritizing objectives, doing too many things at once is very tiring.

For PSG, they are seeing every possibility with winning the champions league and also the Ligue 1 titles, there is no way PSG will be willing to go into such an agreement as they wanting to forfeit the Ligue 1 title that they know they can win just like they did last season, for the champions league.  They may shift priority but they are very much in the chase for both titles in both competitions.

PSG have four points ahead and a game in hand. It seems they won't be able to hand the title over to Lens even if they wanted to. But the way PSG plays in easy mode is starting to irritate me. Playing in a farm league isn't enough for them, they're adjusting their schedule to suit their needs in order to perform well in the Champions League. This seems like a very unfair competition compared to the conditions faced by teams in other top leagues (I remember how Inter missed out on three titles last year).

I agree with you, if there are rules, these rules either apply to everyone or they don't apply to anyone.
When these behaviors occur, people rightly get quite angry, and can you blame them? Definitely not.

Paris Saint-Germain have been dominating the league for years; every now and then another team comes along and by chance wins the title and this serves as a wake-up call for the Parisians to get back on track and reign supreme for another five or six years. It's just as if the league is their birth rite because no club has won it for a while now. However, PSG is the strongest club in Ligue 1 because they have the resources to buy any player they want but the other teams ain't as rich as PSG which is the cheat.

Their defense is poor especially after a long game, they always give gaps and lose consistency in the second half, but not only Lorient is in such a position, teams like Monaco and also Rennes with 41 goals conceded.
If we look at next week's match it makes Lyon very unconfident, they will face PSG who are also keeping their distance from the second position of the standings, surely PSG provides a very difficult match against Lyon, and the hope of the champions league is not an easy thing for them next week.

Finally a win for Lyon indeed! They couldn't get a win in their previous 6 games which cost them like a lot... They lost their place in top 4 before anything else. Even now they still have a chance for top 3 to qualify for the Champions League directly.

But I doubt their consistency level from now on. 3 of their remaining 5 fixtures look pretty difficult.

It was an easy one IMO. What exactly was their opponent doing on the pitch? Playing the passes, making interceptions and dribbling-- everything else but an accurate shot on target? Even if they manage to shoot accurately, the power in the shot is like from a 5-year old.

But I doubt their consistency level from now on. 3 of their remaining 5 fixtures look pretty difficult.

PSG are now in the quarter-final round of the Champions League, so it seems to me that even if they are still fully focused on the UCL, they will not inevitably relinquish their control of Ligue 1. If you are looking for proof of this, then look at the previous statistics of this team, however we believe that this team is still a worthy successor to the title in the French league. They are making their path easier as they are now four points ahead of Lens. We also have no doubt about the consistency of this team because they have participated in 27 rounds, they have played one match less than Lens, but they are ahead in terms of points in fact they will participate in the second leg of the UCL quarter-final with this full confidence.

Olympique Lyonnais football team played very excellent against Lorient football team and that was one sided match because Olympique Lyonnais team did 2 goals in this match and opponent team could not do any goal in this match. Yaremchuk was a person who did first goal of the match and he did this goal at 49 minutes of the match and that Goal was in the second half of the match but no team could do any goal in the first half of the match. That match was organized in the Groupama Stadium, Décines-Charpieu and both teams tried to win this match. Olympique Lyonnais team stats was excellent in this match because their shots were more in number and more shots were on target and possession percentage of that team was excellent in this match and their fouls were less in this match.

Lyon are fighting for a Champions League spot. They need to win every game to qualify. I think they know that. Lately, they seem to be playing a bit better. They played well against Lorient and won three points. They are now closer to securing a Champions League spot, but they still need to prepare better for the final matches to secure a place in the top four. They have five games left and will be playing against teams in the top two of the league, like Paris Saint-Germain and Lens. Therefore, they are likely to drop points. If they want to qualify for the Champions League, they have to beat Paris Saint-Germain.
