You are not alone. I didn't see the defeat coming too. Because PSG's performance has improved a bit and how important the match is, I thought they could beat Lyon at home, but they screwed up. I'm also surprised at the performance of PSG in the ligue 1 games because by this time last season they were already celebrating the title win even when they were still active in the UCL but this season has been different as they seem to only focus mainly in the UCL while they suffer defeat in the ligue 1. Though they have an outstanding match which if they win they will top the table by 4 points but am already afraid on their behalf since their attention will be centered in the UCL semifinals match against Bayern Munich. The only reason why am not too worried is that the team in the second position Lens is not even making efforts to get back to the top of the table.

Compared to the previous two seasons, PSG this season is worse, the previous two seasons of the 34 matches required in the French league 1 they only had two defeats, while now they have 5 losing matches which is actually a form of decline from last season's achievements, this is indeed the worst of the last two seasons. But on the other hand this league is much more interesting because PSG's position is not too dominating, intense competition is one of the attractions so as not to be boring overall, and you may also know that this league OPSG still has two pending matches first against Nantes and second against Lens, so there is still a form of final match between PSG and Lens as the French 1 league holder this season.

I was lucky to have not placed a bet on that fixture. I thought of it, wanted to even but, my bankroll was low at the time, while trying to fund it, I just became a little reluctant on going on the live bets when they were already 2 goals behind. Fortunately for me, I never did, was going to give PSG an over 1.5 but, of course I would have lost.
How PSG managed to loss to Lyon in a home game is why I wouldn’t have expected, even with them sitting comfortably at the top of the table.

A big disappointment indeed. Losing a game like this in front of your fans is very disappointing but then It's not the first time they're witnessing such this season so maybe it's no big deal as long as they lose the league title.

PSG are not at their best this season, they've struggled few times and dropped too many points in the league but today I think the changes the coach did in the lineup caused the loss. He didn't start the team's best attackers and some of the first squads players were not started. Maybe it could be because of the Champions league match against Bayern Munich that they resting some players. They still in the lead though with an outstanding game to play so nothing to worry about.

But maybe Luis Enrique understood that the game against Le Havre would be difficult, so he left many first-team players on the bench in the first half to avoid possible injuries. The match is of course important for PSG, and they should have taken it, but they still have a one-point lead over Lens and also have a game in hand. So I think they will easily win the next match against Nantes. By the way, in the second half Enrique brought on Kvaratskhelia and Dembele, but that didn’t even help them get a draw. This is again proof that teams should not be allowed to postpone matches, what would have happened if they actually played those two games between the CL games?
If Ligue 1 officials want to cheat the system that much, they should just move their damn league in summer when nobody else is playing and be done with is, but this is obviously cheating and taking advantage of loose regulations.

Not that I'm a fan of Lens or I think PSG is not the strongest one in the league but at this point,  I would love to see them beaten at their own game!

Enrique overestimates PSG’s strength in Ligue 1, considering they were playing against a team that sits third in the table. It seems to me that against such an opponent, they should have started with their strongest lineup rather than trying to get the result with a rotated squad.

Before everyone's eyes we can see a Paris Saint-Germain that is struggling and really struggling, i said at the beginning of the season that the team is aging badly.

Paris Saint Germain is no longer managing the pressure, they are trying not to sink, even just not winning the championship for them is equivalent to a huge defeat like relegation given the investments made, i think there is nothing worse for PSG to lose the championship, even if this doesn't happen, they shouldn't have lost

For Paris Saint-Germain, failing to win the league title to Lens is a source of deep shame. Given the squad they have, I don’t think it’s acceptable; however, it must be said that in order to maintain a fresh sense of motivation to win, they sometimes need to lose or finish second. I think this isn't a question about the manager fire luis enrique becouse the most important thing is to make good in champions league and guarantee a champions league partecipation every year.

PSG was trying to do control damage and want to do what Bayern did in preparation for their semi final match but they ended badly. If you look at Bayern Munich, they have won their league, which means the rest of their matches are going to be played by their academic players while the staters will have enough time to prepare for the remaining Champions League but PSG have not won their domestic league, I don't know why they were rotating players.

It was because PSG needed time so they can play the Champions League comfortably most of these their matches were suspended until now but they ended up wasting the good time. They are now 1 points away from Lens awaiting their next one match, if they lose that one too then there is high probability of PSG not winning this league, they can't win their domestic league this way trying to make way for Champions League they might lose to Bayern.

PSG fought so hard from the beginning but Lyon and Endrick made things more difficult by getting a two goal lead in such an important game. I didn't expect the game to be an easy one though because Lyon is fighting everything possible to make it to the top 4 too and wouldn't be taking it likely with PSG and it paid off. PSG still has an outstanding game to keep the lead on Lens. If they loose against Nantes, the hope will be all gone and Lens will intensify their chase on the title.

PSG is struggling this season in the league and this could be the beginning of their decline. If they escape with the league this season, it's not going to be easy for them next season if Lens gets this consistent.

The loss was a big blow for them cause they should when maintained their brilliancy after double beating Liverpool to qualify for the semis but they should be stress anyways and the 2 early goals made Lyon to get pass them and finally steal the 3 points from them . Endrick was the engine behind the strength of Lyon if he's not going back to Real Madrid then staying for another summer with Lyon shouldn't be a big deal for him unless he has other plans that we don't know.

Why think about sacking Luis Enrique, after all the competition is not over, they still have one game left to play that they can win and still have a 1 point advantage over Lens, this means the title is still in their favor, only as I said, PSG needs to work harder in the remaining games so that they don't experience a similar incident and then Lens takes the opportunity to become champions.
