The latter might be the reason. The campaign has a decent rate so defending the site could be his initiative to join the team, otherwise he probably forgot what he said before. What would be the difference if they provide proof ? or Not? when this site cares nothing about that and will ignore their complaints?

This website has been ignoring all the complaints for a long time and is continuing its operation till now. They spend a lot of money in marketing which is why they are constantly getting new victims. Because when new players come to their website, it becomes easy to deceive them in various ways. If you take a look at the internet, you will see how this website is promoting their website by spending money. So they are not interested in prioritizing the problems of the users, they are more focused on scamming new users. That's the main objective of the campaign , to gather more victims and to clean their names at least for several newbies in gambling world. I wrote why evidence should be needed: The difference is that anyone can create a new account and write a fake complaint. This way, you can create an endless amount of complaints, which is just a cheating. From what I thought, you are in favor of fighting with scams, so you should be in favor of the complaints being genuine, not fake.
Recent complaints that have been resolved have been ignored by you because users not providing evidence. If you want to be fair, all claims without evidence should be ignored.

The fact that you are showing a few potentially resolved cases does not change the fact that new complaints are still piling up. As I said earlier, being a part of this community is my research; otherwise, I would not be here. The opinion of other members (especially those with a good reputation) is more important than any statement made by the casino in question. Your claims are meaningless without confirmation from the other side and and without solid evidence to back up those claims. All your supporters and shills are making biased statements without any proof, as well. I'm sorry, but how can I believe someone with a proven record of lying and scamming says it's true? I also can't believe what a group of people who have supported scams on the forum in the past say is true, simply because they are paid to do so and involved in the scam themselves. So yeah, I can make an educated opinion, and so can all the other members whose opinion means something here, and if you don't like that you should leave this forum.

1xbit has responded to all requests and issues thus far, as well as taking all matters seriously and handling them. No one has been ignored. That is different with some bookmakers. And yes, it can sometimes take a player to get an answer of 1xbit, but that seems logical to me, doesn't it? 1xbit is a large gambling platform, where many players are active and there is a lot of activity.
