It is now very clear that 1xbit does not actually care to solve any of its customers' problems. They are simply trying to exploit their customers and trick them into giving them more money. Yeah, his logic fails on the most basic level. If he really believes 1xbit has customer support then it shouldn't be a problem for him to prove it instead of saying same shit as before. If there really is customer support then there would be at least one confirmed case of resolved customer complaint. But there is none. I am in no doubt that once these shady online websites manage to get hold of KYC they will sell them on to criminals. They will use various claims in their Terms of Service to freeze accounts and withhold funds in order to force customers to send their KYC and in many will still refuse to release seized funds claiming the IP address and ID are from different countries 

After they receive the KYC does anybody think they will just file them away and forget about them? No. They will sell them on to make more money.

I don't know about their support because I never visited their site because of the too many complaints but if it's true that they don't have their own customer support, that's already a warning sign, support is what defines a casino the best support the best rating and how reputable is the casino, players should make it a habit to look on how responsive is the support before joining depositing and playing to avoid any future issues.
