Can you tell us any way we can use that to verify that those users were real and that their problem was solved? Because there are a lot of unresolved reports in that thread, 1xbit is not paying any attention to them, and is promoting these by solving some of these problems. If 1xbit is really trying to solve all the unresolved reports then why there is no progress in that thread?

Everyone has the right to have their own opinions and change them or ignore everything else and pretend to be blind for changes because that's more convenient.

I am speaking here only about my opinion on 1xbit and in my opinion a lot has changed during last 1,5 year, so from the time when previous support ignored complaints posted on Bitcointalk.

In my opinion, it is better that it is changing for the better, but I have the impression that many prefer it to stay as it was and I don't know why..

Everyone already knows the risks associated with this casino, and it's obvious that there hasn't been any improvement whatsoever. 1xbit casino doesn't seem to care much about their reputation at all and continues to provide poor quality gambling and no customer support.

It is now very clear that 1xbit does not actually care to solve any of its customers' problems. They are simply trying to exploit their customers and trick them into giving them more money. Sadly, this is nothing new for the site, but new users should be careful as they may lose their money on it just like everyone else.

When I asked them about my transaction they told me that they don't have any information about my transactions and  that I should contact their "security team".

It is you who show your ignorance and a complete lack of understanding of what you are talking about.

1xbit has live support chat and anyone can check it at any time because it's just there, so I don't have to prove anything.

When it comes to complaints appearing on Bitcointalk, they concern accounts blocked by the security team. Support cannot do anything about it except to refer it to the security team for reconsideration.

Of course, customer support, as the name suggests, is there to help customers, simply not all problems can be solved within the scope of their competences.

I sympathize with 1xbit because it has been honestly paying me for almost a year and that is natural. I have never persuaded anyone to use 1xbit, everyone has different preferences and should choose casino (after own research) that suits him best.

Your problem is that you don't understand what customer support is and what its responsibilities are, and what you should report to the security team with.
Then can you tell us the responsibilities of the customer support? I thought they're existing to solve the problem of their users.

Of course, customer support, as the name suggests, is there to help customers, simply not all problems can be solved within the scope of their competences.

I am in no doubt that once these shady online websites manage to get hold of KYC they will sell them on to criminals. They will use various claims in their Terms of Service to freeze accounts and withhold funds in order to force customers to send their KYC and in many will still refuse to release seized funds claiming the IP address and ID are from different countries  Roll Eyes
