I currently have btc stuck in my 1xbit account which is now locked, so I am looking to withdraw it.

I deposited 25.4 mbtc in my account, and then placed a bet on a Nigerian football match, I was able to withdraw half of the money. But after that my account was closed. The bet won so there is still around 25MBTC in my account. Have talked to 1xbit security but they are being unresponsive, please help!!!???

So you are saying I'm the only one here on this forum that violated your rules somehow, but all bets were placed accordingly? I had other accounts on the moment my account was closed so I guess not.
Anyway you said multiple times that when an account is closed due to terms violation you can return the deposit sum. I got no refunds so far. Also I had 190mBT when I complained about it. Didn't you check Roda's chat? You are ignoring that fact aswell.

There were a lot of questions received from you, and some of them are different or even contradicting.

I suggest you to focus on 1 thing and 1 account, and contact our security department (not a blocking department) directly from the email your account is connected to.

As I said in my previous posts they will try their best to keep being active as long as they can to scam more people.

Even if that 1 case that they solve out of 5 cases is a real case and was not made up by themselves so that they can tell other members they're solving issues and with that fake trustworthiness, it still would be more profitable for them to keep going with their scam gambling website as from the looks of it somehow there are still some people that register for this website and start betting there.

They can just as easily get money from those 4 out of 5 that they don't solve and probably make up various excuses that these users acted against their TOS to not pay and refuse withdrawal.

In case of rules violation unfairly received wins could be frozen, but deposits are returned (in case they weren't withdrawned yet). Which means in worst scenario both a player and a casino will remain with a 0 loss.
