To be sincere, bookmaker have the right to cancel bet and frozen the fund/account of user that violate their T&C. From your statement, I believe you also agree they have the right to cancel your bet for a certain reason which you both don't explain. However, I read their T&C and it stated there already.

There were a lot of questions received from you, and some of them are different or even contradicting.

I suggest you to focus on 1 thing and 1 account, and contact our security department (not a blocking department) directly from the email your account is connected to.

As I said in my previous posts they will try their best to keep being active as long as they can to scam more people.

Even if that 1 case that they solve out of 5 cases is a real case and was not made up by themselves so that they can tell other members they're solving issues and with that fake trustworthiness, it still would be more profitable for them to keep going with their scam gambling website as from the looks of it somehow there are still some people that register for this website and start betting there.

They can just as easily get money from those 4 out of 5 that they don't solve and probably make up various excuses that these users acted against their TOS to not pay and refuse withdrawal.

In case of rules violation unfairly received wins could be frozen, but deposits are returned (in case they weren't withdrawned yet). Which means in worst scenario both a player and a casino will remain with a 0 loss.

Just look at your own words. Bets are cancelled and the deposits are returned. Having 0 in balance or 100000 mBT doesn't matter. Only the deposit sum minus the withdraw sum!

That is a contradiction. Of course if you void all the bets it would be a positive balance. It only would be negative if I had withdraw more than I deposited - which I didn't.

Please recheck it. You can ask anyone to revise what you just said. Recalculating the bets is like no bets were placed at all.
