Your account was frozen at the moment, which means one of these scenario to happen:
1) There are no violations committed, defense system freeze an account due to suspicious activities. After a manual investigation the account will be restored along with the funds.
2) There is a violation committed, account still frozen and awaits for an investigation. Once violation spotted, necessary measures listed in ToS will be taken.

Both support and marketing teams don't have access to the investigation details and don't see violations committed. Thus, the support team expect the first scenario.

returning the deposits is just a joke. I deposited 200 mBTC and my balance was around 750 mbtc in total and you steal 550 mbtc.

Your only defense is that they are doing a fraudulent act, how do you prove that they are engaging in such act? Do you do this to your other players that wins bigger than you could've expected? You try to freeze their account and accuse them of fraud when there isn't any damning proof.

When an account is getting closed - all deposits and withdrawals are being summarized and compared.
If deposits(x) > withdrawals(y), then x-y. The final balance will be available for withdrawal.
If deposits(x) < withdrawals(y), then x-y will result in negative amount, which means a player have already withdrawn his deposits.

We don't share any sensitive info public to prevent further damage and simply because it could be shared only by the security team: security@1x-bit.com
In addition, we praise full anonymity for both players and the company.

Non-violating accounts are being fully restored even if they were closed by our defense system' mistake.

They are not going to give you the funds. You should take legal action, and report them to the police.
The police in my country was highly interested, and I have also had contacted the company where they host their website(thanks jollygood for that info)
That company told me they will ban 1xbit if its proven if they fraud or take part in illegal things. Will be only a matter of time before I hear what the owners name is.
