However, I think that Erik ten Hag will be able to succeed if every player is trained well next season.

It is appropriate for Ten Hag to be retained because Ten Hag has shown a little better progress, so Manchester United management must be patient with the process that has been carried out by Ten Hag and must even be fully supported.

No one thinks differently, I haven't seen his approval among the fans, but the management does, they seem very positive about keeping the coach for another season at least. And I've noticed their positive attitude in any situation, whether the team is losing a few games in a row, is low in the league, whether the team is on a winning streak, it doesn't matter to them at all

Yes, he should be given another opportunity because he was able to win the FA cup even when Arsenal, the most dominant team in the season finished second but couldn’t go home with any trophy after been eliminated from all competitions they participated in. Ten Hag deserves another chance because to me, he’s more successful in the premier than many coaches that have been there for quite sometime now. After hearing about rumours on his possible dismissal and now been kept after all that, I am sure he would improve in the coming season and make the club proud of him for trusting and keeping him once more when many odds where against him staying back and be sacked after the season. Premier league is no joke league, you have to be in your best form and be consistent in doing so because of the plenty competitive scenes you’ll witness during the season from any team as none can be underrated.

I feel like Chelsea will definitely get better, they just need some time and because the team is mostly consisting of players who are playing with each other for the first time, I feel like it was normal to not get a great result. Pochettino could be changed, they can get another manager that's alright, but I think it is going to be something that will take a while before they could just have a good result in the end. Look at United, they decided to keep Erik Tan Hag.

Because they are very well aware that they are going to end up with something that will be great, we should not really be considering the situation to be all that complicated, it is something that will not take that much time and they should be fine in the end.

I was surprised to see the news that Manchester United are going to keep Eric Ten Hag and give him a contract extension. Chelsea and Manchester United are knows to easily sack coaches when they don’t do well as expected. No warning of any or even a second chance, they just go ahead and sack them which to me is not making any sense at all. It makes the players destabilize especially when the new manager brings his own players he prefer to the team and want to integrate them into the existing teams. It becomes tougher and takes more time for those players to blend together. Which after they don’t do well by end of the season, the management will want to sack and bring new manager. I am glad Manchester United are gradually moving away from such instincts, with time they can gradually improve their performance and have a long term squad that will dominate the league.

I am not Manchester United fans but i personally more prefer want to see Ten Hag will be stayed much longer with this team because in my opinion Ten Hag has been done well in Manchester United and he deserved to gets new contract with Manchester United and working much longer and indeed there are several considerations why Manchester United has decide to hold Ten Hag instead of sacked him

Manchester United owner feel why the performance of this team was decline is not fully Ten Hag fault because during this season Manchester United has facing storm injured which make they unable to performing well and according to the records there are more than 60 cases of injury that have befallen Manchester United so the owner has been considers this is the main reason why Ten Hag failed to meet their targets and they didn't blame him for what is happening to Manchester United right now

Besides those reasons above Ten Hag also pays a lot of attention to the young players from Manchester United academy and promote them to the senior team and it's proven by the many young players who play for Manchester United now such as Alejandro Garnacho, Kobbie Mainoo, Willy Kambwala and Amad Diallo so this is a positive step taken by Ten Hag because he does care about the development of young players so the management is very satisfied with what Ten Hag did while coaching Manchester United and they feel Ten Hag should be given another chance and give him contract extension

Don't forget he started working in Chelsea while they didn't have good days at all. They were not in the good form after the got Potter fired from the team but Pochettino tried to do his best. By helping many young players he tried to do his best to make this team look younger and get improve however after making these huge chances he needed to have more time in Chelsea. Enzo Maresca will not fail at Chelsea I'm fully convinced about this. The man is a born tactician, you can see it from his games at Leicester City. The Man understands the game of football. Just imagine the first season at Leicester City and he won promotion in his first managerial job that speaks a lot of volume and I think that's one of the main reason why Chelsea went for him. The Man know the challenge of the job and he is already bracing up for the huge task ahead. Chelsea will be very strong next season, they just have to get their transfer plans right, if they do that Chelsea will finish in the top 4 next season and possibly pursue the tittle. The attitude management and club officials will not change, even though Enzo Maresca has been given a five-season contract. They can easily fire him, if Chelsea fail to win any trophies, it's not a big problem to fire him even if they have to pay compensation. That is the Chelsea tradition that we know so far, it seems that in matters the dismissal of manager Todd Boehly is the same as Abramovich before. Actually I even feel he got this planned out, because he knew if thw season were over with the kind of poor performance he had, winning thw FA cup was the only way to get some more relevance for his stay in the old Trafford because it will look like he's most likely going to be sacked if there was nothing to show for the season but this could  be a reason for consideration on his side because it will mean he was able to achieve something before the season cane to an end.

Next season If he's been given the chance to still manage the team, I feel that he might get sacked half way if he's unable to show some kind of improvement midway the season because if he's not showing any improvement for the probation which he may be granted then leting him go would be their next option. Mauricio Pochentino took over a Chelsea side that was below average and started to rebuild the team from scratch with his tactical experiences. At first, it looked like Chelsea weren't gonna get better under him but after several tactical works have been put in place by the Argentine manager, Chelsea began to perform better in the last games of the season. I'm surprised that the club management decided to sack Pochentino even when it looked like he was going to win numerous trophies with the team in few seasons from now. The new manager Enzo Maresca now have a very difficult work to do because he's also gonna introduce his own football pattern which might take the players longer time before they can fully adapt.
There's every possiblity that the new manager might succeed at the club but I think it'll take a long time to achieve for him to achieve success with the team

You make a lot of sense and I completely agree with what you said, such things are normal with life itself, where of you are do well, people like you and praise you, but the moment you start failing, everyone hates you like you are the worst human being on earth, forgetting that life itself is a Rollercoaster, there is never any stability, most especially in activities like games..

For example, take Manchester city's coach as a good example, Manchester city have been doing really well and everyone believes Pep Guardiola to be the best coach ever in the history of the club, but watch it, Manchester city is not going to be in their current form forever, sooner or later, they will lose form and start under-performing, by then, the majority are going to forget completely all this years the club have done really well, and they are going to be asking for Pep Guardiola's head/resignation or sack.

So for Ten Hag, it's clear that that FA cup win is beginning to give fans a  reason to have a second thought about him, and the real question actually is, is there another worthy and better replacement for him if he is sacked?

For the top four spots things are looking interesting because we all know three clubs are having no problem for the staying here with last fourth spot is going to the headache because few clubs are trying to improve their strength and fixing their problems which they face in last season but still there is no guaranteed about this who is going to stay for this spot, and we are having five clubs even I am personally having feeling Chelsea and Newcastle Untied are having not strong case but still they can take charge from the start which could be interesting.

Winning those trophies for Man UTD isn't enough to say is what the club want, the EPL title is what they want or the UCL, I believe they wanted something bigger than those two trophies Erik ten Heg have won in his two years with the club. Fine they can't get any other manager to replace Erik ten Heg that's why they gave him another contract, to me the board is confused in making up their minds in letting him go.

In terms of squad depth, maybe for next season we don't need to worry about it. But for the next few seasons well that will turn out to be quite worrying.
