The result of this match makes me believe that it will be difficult for Arsenal to win the Premier League title this season again. We all know how important this match is to them, and they lose to West Ham, which is not really good for them at this point in the competition. I’m expecting Arsenal to win this match, not even draw, but they disappointed us at the end.

Arsenal losing to Westham today was one of the worst results in the premier league because for some time Arsenal has maintained a good consistency in their premier league games but i wondered why it will be this match against Westham they lost points when they met stronger teams like Manchester City and won with a huge score only to lose to Westham at a time when everyone was hoping they will close gap with Liverpool but with this lose they are now 8 points behind the league leaders which makes it hard for us to trust that Arsenal will  dethrone Liverpool at the top of the table, it's very unfortunate of the gooners even though injury affected their game but they should have strived harder and continue in good performance but it now looks like all the efforts they have been making is worthless.

One thing is for sure, football matches are like gambling, no matter how good a team is, we can not predict their performance and only 90 minutes + will tell whether or not the team has a positive record in the match, so I am not surprised at Arsenal performance today.

Also, we should not underestimate westham united as they also have been doing remarkably well this season and beating Arsenal shouldn't be a surprising thing for us at this time. It's just a 1:0 winning.

Aston Villa had the chance and they put Chelsea in their places in the end. Enzo opening early goal for them was their best chance to keep attacking but instead the dominion over Aston Villa reduces tremendously and they couldn't do much again, Aston Villa last goal was the straw that broke the camel toe and now they have stop Chelsea from going to top 4 because they would have been ahead of Manchester City but Aston Villa is in their back now going struggling for a better place.

Chelsea is diminishing before our eyes, to say they were once at the top of the table even became top 1 but were denying they weren't for the competition and that happen to them eventually, things seems not working despite having the squad. If Arsenal can be where they are right now and yet they don't have all the players like Chelsea, then it's obvious that Chelsea team is the problem, they are not doing enough to be honest.

That's exactly what serious teams do, when you don't play well in the first half, it's expected you go into the dressing room, have a prep talk, rejuvenate come back fresh with a new mindset and start the second half. That's exactly what I saw in the Aston Villa game, games ain't won or lost in the first half, it's only after the final whistle that you can say you have won. The old Chelsea is coming back from what I can observe, this was a team that was in the second position of the table and some fans thought they could challenge for the title, fast forward to now, look at where they are!

Haha these are the unexpected things when almost everyone predicted Arsenal would win but in fact they lost. We still remember the beginning of this month when Arsenal beat Manchester City 5-1 so beating West Ham shouldn't be difficult, especially since West Ham haven't won in their last few matches of course normally no one would think West Ham would win. Arsenal have completely missed the chance to get closer to Liverpool even though if they win then they are only 5 points behind Liverpool which means there is still a chance to catch up.

In the next match Arsenal will face Nottingham as the away team so normally it is not easy to get points there, will Arsenal drop points again and let Liverpool sit comfortably at the top of the standing? I hope Arsenal don't give up early because the League is still going on, of the 12 remaining matches there is still a possibility while no other team can be expected to be a competitor to Liverpool.

Haven't you noticed that Arsenal always have this same situation? Last season when City won the Premier League the ones who were leading were Liverpool and Arsenal, and one of ARSENAL's biggest mistakes is that they are not consistent, for some reason they always find a way to lose or draw key games, the ones they shouldn't lose, they do so and with great ease, personally I'm not surprised by Arsenal, they win and they do it well but very rarely, but how much do they need to be very good to get a score that brings them closer and keeps them in first place, that's where they fail.

The premier league looks like a totally different league because the teams in the league are just something else as they have improved so well to an extent that the so called big names in the club are actually nothing compared the recent teams that are in form like Aston Villa, Brighton and Nottingham forest also Bournemouth too, these guys can play all the supposed big teams in the league and cause an upset in the game.

Chelsea will just frustrate someone and still end up losing. The team is performing very poorly it is almost as if they don’t play under the instruction of any coach because the way the players are playing is as if they don’t even train at all, everything about their game is just so wrong. I don’t even think they can make that top four again if they continue to play like this, they still have a lot of work to do and the coach needs to get the team to improve asap if he doesn’t want to risk losing his job.

It was a very disappointing game and frustrating game for the fans, seeing the team struggle in this manner is very sad especially seeing them sit at 2nd place last year and now drifting away from top positions. In the second half Aston Villa were the better team and took advantage of the chances they had, introducing Rashford was a good idea and he helped destroy Chelsea. Chelsea’s defense is very poor and using Reece James as a midfielder is not ideal also but I guess the injuries is the cause of it all I just hope they get better when some players are back from injury.

I wouldn’t look up to Arsenal to be title contenders, no. They’ve still got what they’ve got which hits them once the league is about coming to an end, you find an Arsenal team that was doing great starts to fumble. Even if they managed to have come closer to Liverpool, they still wouldn’t be able to capitalize on those little moments that matters to secure the trophy. See them loosing today in a home game that you would expect them to win or at most, share points.

I haven't been monitoring the table, but how are they still in the top four after losing some couple numbers of games?. We have to understand that football is far beyond having possessions. Those who take the little chances they have are deemed to win games. That was the same thing we saw in the Arsenal game against West Ham, which proves that possession sometimes is not necessarily since goals only win games.

And as for Rashford. What a player he is. This is the Rashford we use to know. The united system must have drained him alot, so making this loan move was the best option to recovery, and probably earning his spot back in the international team. Seems all my predictions went well today, except Everton. Don't know how they managed to end the game in a tie, but to be honest, that free kick goal from Bruno was top notch. And to add, I feel that the late challenge by Maguire was a clear penalty, but not sure how the ref manage to over turn that.

I don't think Aston Villa, Brighton, Nottingham forest are small clubs because their performance is really increasing day by day. Continuous performance like that will help to boost them to play more competitive game in their upcoming matches.

It is common for Arsenal that they play very good game at the starting of the season. But at the end of the season they don't perform well and miss the title everytime. They need to perform consistently to overcome the situation.

Manchester United is struggling and they are also struggling to stay in the league. Despite all the spending and changes, the bad situation is not changing, I think the team needs to change completely. If Bruno Fernandes was not there, the team would probably be in a worse state, if he leaves the team, there is nothing left.

Everton played very pressingly, maybe they were the side that deserved to win in today's match. Manchester United woke up after the 70th minute, they could not even make a single accurate shot until then.

No one should be surprised with the current position of Chelsea and the game they lost against Aston Villa, the Blues are taking their time to select a suitable position to be when the league comes to an end. I see no reason why a team that has been dominating the EPL with their wonderful form are now struggling to even maintain a 1 goal lead, tonight we all saw how poor the full squad can't even show that dominance anymore, with some of the players out you can't say that's the cause of the team not doing well.
Cole Palmer has been poor since the beginning of this year and nothing productive has come out of the young lad, he wasn't in today's game and I feel he's lack of form is what has been affecting the team, no one to change the momentum of the game and if Palmer stays cold the team will definitely remain cold without any effort of showing any sign of fighting back, with this performance I think Chelsea will finish below the top 4 and even if the injured players returns nothing can be done and is a big disgrace for Chelsea to finish below the champions league spot.

Nope. Chelsea aren't in the fourth place but in the sixth spot with Aston Villa directly behind them in 7th with 42 points. I agree that seemed to add more fire in the second half but to be fair, the pressure they applied started in the first half.
 I have the strongest feeling that Enzo Maresca would regret his decision of dropping Sanchez and replacing him with Jorgensen as the first choice keeper as it looks like he's got a personal grudge against the Spaniard. Decisions like this could prove costly as some of the players might begin to feel uncomfortable.

Just like the previous match, although Chelsea were able to perform better when the match started and even managed to score a goal in the early minutes of the match. However, this clearly illustrates how the match will end, Chelsea players must improve their performance and consistency on the field. To be honest, their performance on the field has been very inconsistent lately, and this is what they must fix immediately, because if not, this kind of incident will happen again in other matches, where they are able to take the lead over their opponents and lose at the end of the match.

In that match, Arsenal just played around with the ball, they dominated the game so much but were unable to score a single goal against West Ham. And that in that match they were conceded by West Ham even though they were still playing with a full 11 players, before finally one of them got a red card. and playing with a composition of 10 people, this made it even more difficult for Arsenal to score a goal.

Manchester United lost the title of great team after Alex Ferguson left in my opinion. It's been more than 10 years since Manchester United won the Premier League. So I don't see them being a great team, they're at the same level as Everton at the moment. Everton in the last few games have become very strong when playing at home, they managed to draw with Liverpool, so I'm not surprised by this draw against Manchester United.

Performance-wise United has declined but they're not at the same level with Everton. Also, sir Alex Ferguson is partly responsible for Man United woes. If he had told them he was resigning on time like Jurgen Klopp did when he wanted to leave Liverpool, maybe they wouldn't have been in this mess and would have looked for a better replacement. He waited still the last day of the season before he announced his retirement and also hand picked David Moyes as a successor who turned out to be a joke.

Manchester United's problem is in the squad, but Amorin wouldn't be able to change the entire squad in a short period of time, it will take a long time to make Manchester United great again.

Some persons want him to perform magic but it doesn't work that way. It's a rebuilding process and it will take some time before United will start seeing results.

Their loss against west ham was unexpected because I did my research properly, they are in a better form but still ended up losing...They always make it to the top but they never lift the trophy just like you said..this is because they lack consistency, they start off energized and after a while become very weak, this has been their problem for a very long time... I was hoping that this season would be a little different..EPL really gave us a lot of surprises this season, it has become very difficult to predict these matches... let's hope that they actually win a trophy someday because it's always seems like they are wasting their efforts.

Chelsea performance was poor as how can they allow Aston villa to come from behind when they scored very early in the match, Chelsea goal came in the 9th minute and they got chances to score more goals so they can kill the game but they allow Aston villa to come back into the game and then they used that momentum to score another goal and won the game. Aston villa aren't a club you'll allow to equalized you as they're known for coming back this season to win games. Among clubs that have been able to achieve that this season they're in the first position as seen in the image I shared. Aston villa deserved to win this game and Rashford was the reason for their win.
