Liverpool scored an early goal just as I hoped to see. And I thought like that they would open the goal gap more after that too. But Newcastle somehow didn't let their opponent score another goal. And they had few chances for an equalizer also but the effort was in vain. There was not a big effort in terms of attacking either as Liverpool were in control of the match obviously. And after this 1-0 win, Liverpool started hoping for Manchester City to lose some points but it didn't happen. So they are still chasing Manchester City by one point now.

Liverpool and man city are really not letting go but they have difficult remaining games both of them will face tough opponents and i think the next round may give us the identity of the premiere league champion since liverpool will be facing tottenham its the most difficult game for them and if they lose points and man city win i think it will be over.

If Manchester City can take the lead up to 37th week, then it is the winner already, not official but 100% certain that Aston Villa is like a bonus match for Manchester City and 3 points is certain in that match. But we are waiting for West Ham versus Manchester City and also Liverpool versus Tottenham, they are still uncertain matches but which the opponents that are leading on the league table might win.

I wonder what Leeds thought about when they fired Bielsa. I mean don't get me wrong I am not saying Jesse Marsch is a nobody, I am not saying that he shouldn't even be considered or anything like that, he is a decent one and I like him. However, when you compare him to someone like Bielsa, who thought Jesse would be better? This game should be clear enough that Bielsa at least had a system, he was prepared for any team and he perfected his system over course of many decades when Jesse was a little kid. I am sorry but there are managers out there in the world who were raised by Bielsa. Just because "it looked bad this year" is not a good enough reason to fire a manager of his calibre. Leeds will not go down this year, but I really wish they would because of what they did to Bielsa, maybe they would learn.

From the look of things and going by those fixtures the likely winner of this season EPL might emerge on the last day of the league, both clubs has some decisive matches ahead, Wolves is always a big threat to Man City while Tottenham vs Liverpool won't be an easy match as they are eyeing UCL top 4 spot, all these upcoming matches are very difficult to predict at this point in time when the league coming to an end, we might likely see some upsets and incredible results between these two title aspiring rivals, and a flop by either teams means they won't win the trophy thus let sit watch how events unfolds.

I didn't particularly view the Liverpool game as I had other engagements at the time but going through with the games statistics and seeing over 10 on target shots with over 11 more off target shots lives me wondering. How did this game really went? How was it that Newcastle United were so able to absorb the pressure from  the Liverpool team. That actually seemed like a lot and the best part of it was that, they had an early goal which would have resulted in a goal rush but, that wasn't the case in this round. There is always some difficulty with early kick offs and it wasn't lacking in this one for sure. At least they secured all 3 points and are still stayed on Manchester City's tale.

Aston Villa game might not really be a walkover. We have super steven gerrard there as the coach,  a one time Liverpool captain and still a living Liverpool Legend and i bet he’ll do anything to ensure he secures a win for The REDS. In fact its even the worst game Pep is yet to play.. In fact Pep has the most difficult games yet to be played. He will face West Ham at London stadium whom might be in a position to do anything possible to secure the europa spot if they do not win it. Same as wolves which are just 3 points away from reaching  a Europa  Spot as well. So its not just about the Opponent but what they’re trying to achieve..

Manchester City have a great chance of winning the Premier League title again this season, even though they are only 1 point ahead of Liverpool until week 34. A 4-0 victory over Leeds United of course makes them still quite happy to be at the top of the standings. But they will certainly be worried because Liverpool continue to maximize points in every match.

Manchester City must try not to make any mistakes for the rest of the season otherwise Liverpool will take over the top spot and win the title. As of now I'm still pretty sure Manchester City will win the title, but there's always the worst in football.

Norwich City Relegated
Norwich City became the first club to be relegated this season after losing 0-2 to Aston Villa, I believe this club  had not been too good for premier league having been relegated five times, they had been very poor all round, 5 wins, 6 draws and a whooping 23 losses is a bad record, funny enough they are fond of gaining promotion from championship after relegated being from EPL they tend to do well in the second tier of the league, I won't be surprise to see them gaining promotion season after next season, the battle line is drawn for the next two clubs to be relegated is on Watford, Everton, Burnley and Leeds Utd is about to be known.

Either way, its not going to matter at all because the point differences are just 1 point so even if somehow City lose a game and Liverpool win their game then both teams will still need to keep on winning until the last round. I personally would want Liverpool to win this season though, they have been playing remarkably brilliant this season

Both Liverpool and Manchester City have now made every league game like a final and they have to win it. This season they only have 4 match left and they must not waste any more. Manchester City's dip so far is not talked about much but it is true that they dropped some points in the previous easy games and as far as I remember well they have corrected it now.

I don't think Manchester City have easy match in the next 4 meetings because honestly those 4 teams are a tough team to beat. Next 4 match for Manchester City:

Liverpool didn't make a mistake against Newcastle today. It was a solid dominance by Liverpool and a fully deserved victory by 1-0. The score might not be that much satisfying maybe but getting a win was the most important point for them. They were desperately hoping Manchester City to stumble in their Leeds game but it didn't happen of course. Manchester City crushed them by 4-0 and maintained their lead still. The final rounds are going to be very exciting for sure.

You are right a 1 goal to none is quite a big deal.most especially at this stage of the premiere leagues were clubs are trying all their possible best increase their points and to stay in the league or even moving on the the champion leagues.
