Somehow, it felt as though Eddie Howe and his Newcastle United team wasn't bent on winning this game. Else, I don't see reasons why K. Trippier was kept on the bench through the first half and only brought in later in the second. C. Wilson on the other hand wasn't less disappointing, playing from a loosing side and still gets to miss 2 good one on one chances when faced with Ederson. It was a poor performance from Newcastle United.

It seems that Arsenal will officially play the champions leaugue next season after their win today against leeds, it was a one sided game especially after leeds team red card in the 27th minute, arsenal had total domination over the game it was impressive that leeds team could resist and even reduce the score even with a man down.

I'm very happy today we can continue the winning trend and get us closer to the champions league next season, I don't even care if Arsenal just win cause  lucky faktor today if reason they won by a narrow score from a weak team, because I think luck is not only deep enough football without hard work, even though it is getting closer to being in the champions league next season, I really hope arsenal can stay consistent to win and I think next week match against tottenham will be a very decisive to lock the top 4 position.

Derby match between Arsenal and Tottenham on Thursday is the decisive match, a win will and guarantee and seal their UCL qualification having 4 points advantage over Tottenham at the moment on the table,  though Arsenal won their match against Leeds today, however I am not convinced about their performance in the match, they lost many scoring chances and conceded a goal after a Leeds Utd player was sent off and the match could have ended in a draw, they should up their game on Thursday against Tottenham else they find it difficult to qualify for top 4 spot.

With Leeds United playing 10 players, it has become easier for Arsenal to win this match. But I thought Arsenal would win 3-0 today. They made a lot of good attacks. Leeds' goalkeeper's performance today is certainly admirable.

Man City could have had a lot of pressure on them going into this game, on the back of their CL exit... but the Liverpool draw yesterday mitigated a lot of this, which I think helped City to play more freely... which of course resulted in that emphatic victory.

Elsewhere that Leeds defeat and Everton win does now make it start to look like Everton will survive this season - they do have an easy run-in, as well as games in hand. It looks increasingly like Leeds or Burnley for that last relegation spot.

It was a total destruction for Manchester United today. Brighton completely destroyed them 4-0. It was a lot worse than I expected for this game. I expected to see a proper resistance by Manchester United at least. But their serious defensive problems continued to be seen in this game also. Brighton scored three goals in only eleven minutes in the first moments of the second half. It must have been so horrible to watch that for their fans for sure.  Manchester United are just begging this season to end now.

This season has really been the worst for Manchester United, now that a club that has a glorious history in England has become a mediocre team, this is really very unfortunate and painful for the fans. This was the fifth consecutive away defeat for Man United, and a big loss to Brighton also dashed their hopes of competing in the Champions League next season. This season many bad records were recorded by Manchester United, this is their dark record since appearing in the Premier League. The Red Devils must immediately clean up!

Everton now are out of relegation zone as I thought and now Burnley and Leeds seems to be in relegation battle. Everton are playing defensively and much cautiously now as things are bit serious for them. Arsenal also won an important game in race to make into top 4. Leeds never were a challenge in front of Arsenal , they have been conceding quite so goals lately so seemed like Gunners win from the start. So couple of important games for the teams went their way. To be honest I am very happy that Lampard managed to save Everton from the relegation zone, although there are still matches to be played but at least Everton's position for now is quite safe. Although indeed, a position like this is not 100% guaranteed but considering the wins obtained in these two consecutive matches, at least Everton beat teams that are really favorites in matches like Chelsea and Leicester. Therefore, I say Everton's current position is quite safe, especially since Everton have just played 34 matches so far while their rivals have 35 and 36. Burnley gave a very good ending, but yesterday's defeat to Aston Villa could be very costly. They still have two difficult matches with Tottenham and Newcastle in which they can lose points and Leeds can take advantage of this. Everton are relatively safe, with a game in hand, so I think they can pick their place, in the Premier League next season without too much nerve.

While Liverpool are a little unlucky to have to share their concentration in several competitions this is not an easy task as there is a big risk there

Arsenal boss, Mikel Arteta still have more few games to determine if they will qualify for Champions league next season. Is been a long time since they feature in the champions League ever since they got humiliated by Bayern Munich 10-2. It was a difficult season for arsenal then. Until now, they have young boys that are eager to play football. One major problem with the team is that they don't work as teamwork that's why they lose games sometimes, though not a regular basis.
