No matter the calibre of players Newcastle United will buy, no matter the number of players they will buy and no matter the amount of money they will invest in the club, they cannot see top 4 next season. They also cannot finish the league ahead of Tottenham.
I heard that Harry Kane is not living the club this season, this means that there is a hope for the club. For the mean stay of Conte in the club, it is obvious that there is a great improvement in the team.

He has played only 22 matches in the previous season. He missed half the matches of the season due to injury. There is more competition in the Premier League. The play style of the Premier League teams is different from the Ligue 1 teams and much faster. Neymar could retire from Brazil after World Cup due to his fitness issue. In that case, he would not even consider playing in the Premier League.

They have a lot of money, what will happen is that they will offer players who do not worth that much, more than what they worth, and get the level of the team higher at first.
