They did not play bad in the final. It is just Real Madrid on it with good moments from their players from Courtois to Vinicius and theor whole team. If Courtois just fails to save one of good shots from Mo Salah and goal pillar did not reject the goal from Mane, the match would turn to a different scenario.

Anyway, it ended and the winner is Real Madrid, not Liverpool. It seems the golden team of Liverpool comes to the end and they will have to rebuild it. Salah, Mane, Firmino, Van Dijk will likely leave the club to find new challenges or they will lose their best performance as consequence of ageing.

I believe it is more disappointing for Liverpool not to be able to win the Champions League final rather than not being able to win the English Premier League title. I thought they had a really good chance.

It is more disappointing when you come so close and yet it is still so far. Liverpool obviously did not play badly. It was just the time for Real Madrid in the Champions League. The way how Real Madrid reach the finals of the Champions League and won is still a fairy tale in my opinion.

I really have to say Liverpool was unlucky in both the Champions League and English Premier League. In any other match, I believe Muhammad Salah would have scored, and against any other goalkeeper that would have gone in.

Anyway, there is always room for improvement. It was really sad to see the reaction of Liverpool players after the Champions League final.

I think Ronaldo should stay at Manchester United. It is good that he will take part in the world cup, but considering the difficulty of the Premier League, he should continue to play at the top level and intensify the competition. Although, I understand that we all expected them to lift the Champions League trophy after losing the Premier League title to City. However, I literally thought Liverpool will equalize the score to 1-1. But, Courtois was a great goalkeeper, which secured his goalpost. Nevertheless, congratulations to Real Madrid.

I was thinking christiano Ronaldo will play for Manchester United for next season.  Ronaldo is one of the players that will be so nice to be  in the next season.  Manchester United just need good players for next season,  if Ronaldo will still remain in the club add to the new ones the performance of the team will be better next season.

If I were Ronaldo I will not go to any club at his age. He is a legend of Manchester United and he has nothing he didn't achieve. He should sacrifice everything and help rebuild the team. Who knows he could lift Europa League which is what he has not won.

But the question is on what age he is planning to play ? If he feels okay but the club consider him has done and cant use his service anymore then it's gonna be a problem , sure next season he is staying but after the next season ? In fact, the whole of England needs to be pissed about this, @Real Madrid's triumph over all them teams. Like, Real Madrid got to eliminate all the top EPL teams from Chelsea, Manchester City and now took the league from title contenders Liverpool! That's shows the quality of team we have in Real Madrid. To think of it, Liverpool did put in much effort to make out a goal in the UCL but, Courtois was out to put some respect on his name and responded with several saves! Anyway, they did well to have gotten to the finals and now, they feel very much like Atletico Madrid that lost 2 UCL trophies to Real Madrid. Not like I expected Liverpool to win anyways but, it was a huge disappointment and you can tell how Furious Klopp was when he lead his team to get them silver medals, it was so not what he wanted but, Real Madrid served them anyways.

Liverpool went home with two trophies after failing to make it three, but denied by real Madrid for lifting the UEFEA title. That was the main trophy they needed this season and the players couldn't help but weep after their defeat. Although, they would face new challenges next season as they will face their pre-eminent opposition, Manchester city in the community shield final. It would be a tight one both the reds and City, but usually the best side will always lift trophy.

It was never easy to be in four competitions till the very end of the season, Liverpool tried to do the extra ordinary, just that the were unlucky, they lost the title to Manchester City with just a single point and fought with them till the end and yesterday they lost to Liverpool in the uefa champions League final with just a single goal,and the real Madrid goal keeper won the man of the match to show how close Liverpool were in winning the champions League, It will be foolish to say that because Liverpool didn't won the premier League or the champions League title that they have a bad season.

in the Premier League, and in the Champions League they failed in the final because Thibaut Courtois was outstanding. We could say Liverpool
