I think that it is still a good season for Liverpool. Maybe they finished the season in the Premier League at the second place but they have already got two titles in this season. They won the FA Cup and EFL Cup titles and they have a chance to win the biggest title in Europe which belongs to the Champions League. If they succeed in winning the Champions League title too, I will think like they had a better season than Manchester City. Because I believe winning those three titles is a much bigger success than winning only the Premier League title.

Of course, Manchester United disappointed their fans by having a very poor season. But they still somehow managed to finish the season in the sixth place. They could have finished the season in the middle of the standings too. But this still doesn't change the fact that they were just horrible. Their main problem was related to their defense obviously. I wonder what actions they will be taking to solve this problem on a large scale. They can start by bringing a more credible defender instead of Maguire. And it would be better if they sign a solid defensive midfielder too.

Some time ago I saw Erik ten Hag start exploring the entire Manchester United base while learning some things he might try to get Manchester United back on track for next season. Erik ten Hag has a lot of time, so have to change this squad to show more of the real Red Devils.

They only have a problem with the mentality (motivation) and the strategy in playing, so they need a special coach to encourage the players' performance. Sure, it may be impossible to bring back the performance as in the Ferguson era. But they need to improve their current performance to be more competitive in EPL competition. If they cannot improve it, they will never win EPL title for sure.

Man U have really good players and superstars, but without quality club management they will never get good results... The situation reminds me of Barcelona when they played horribly, but after Xavi came in, they were able to finish second in the league... About the same decision is needed for Man U...

There are a lot of problems at Manchester United and it's hard to figure out which one is the main problem. Apart from that the defenders are also not good where they have been very bad all season. Management, coaches and players have to take responsibility for Manchester United's setbacks so far and they should try to fix it next season.

The expectation was that since they got Ronaldo and sacked Ole, they would have a turn of the season like Barcelona did. Which we all know that it wouldn't happen, Ronaldo came in early on as well and not mid season, but Ole sacking happened and nothing really changed. They could have been 4th in the season and that would have bee expected, I understand being behind city and lfc obviously, and if Chelsea became third that would be understandable as well.

So, what people expected was 2 positions higher, or at least not unreasonable losses, that was the problem. In any case, United should be a lot better next year with some transfers and a better manager.

It is true that Barcelona can improve players' performance after Xavi becomes the manager (head coach). Amazing, those are the words I can apply to Liverpool's performances this season, the FA Cup Liverpool deserves for the good performances shown by Liverpool players. Mourinho has been proven right with the way the Manchester United have performed in recent seasons. The Europa League title under him in 2017 was the club's last silverware. José Mourinho did win something for Manchester United and yet he was axed and the incoming managers had done worst...so ironic when past results and achievements meant nothing to Manchester United. He was the last manager to win a trophy with the Manchester United. Ole Solskjaer and Ralf Rangnick, who came after him, have failed to lead the club to glory in any competition.

They have secured the Carabao Cup, and FA Cup and now They are on heal zeal, waiting for the Champions League finals, whether to add or not, as their 3rd trophy lifted this year.
