I think that they can sign new players now as they are already after Jules Kounde now. This boycott situation was a big pain for Chelsea indeed however things should be going on decently for them from now on. Chelsea really need this kind of transfers to be more competitive in the Premier League next season. They are left too behind by Manchester City and Liverpool very easily. They must produce a solution for this problem to be able to keep up with them until the end of the season.

Tottenham really need a new striker to support Harry Kane this summer, that's the only reason the can challenge for title they need another strong and experience striker to add to Son and Harry Kane, players like Lautaro Martinez, Darwin Nunes then I think they have solve the problems that has hinder there progress for years, then they should go for a good right back, they are serious about getting Djed Spence but I do think Adams traore should be better option in that position.

I totally agree that Tottenham Hotspur needs a backup striker and also a center back too. Harry Kane didn't turn up early in this past season, if not for Sonny and other team mates contribution I'm pretty sure they won't have got the chance to clinch the fourth spot. I think with the arrival of Ivan Perisic, Harry Kane will be on fire all season but for safety in case there's an injury, another top striker should be available to cover up.

Bergwijn is a fairly good striker (very suitable to be harry kane's backup) but is rarely brought down to play on by Conte for unknown reasons. harry kane is a core striker from tottenham and also a valuable asset for tottenham so that conte prioritizes kane over other reserve strikers.

There are some rumours going around like Bayern Munich have made an offer worth 25m pounds for Sadio Mane. I don't think this sum would be satisfying enough for Liverpool. It is way lower than his real worth now. Liverpool have no choice other than letting him go now as he wanted so. However, they wouldn't like to lose him for a small amount of money too of course. I wonder what the next offer by Bayern Munich will be for him. I think that Mane would be able to adapt to them if this deal is completed without a problem.

Liverpool would like to leave this summer behind by a minimum damage rate. Mane's departure will affect them deeply indeed but they shouldn't lose another very important player like him. I was worried after hearing something about Salah but thankfully he isn't thinking of leaving in this summer. But he can do so next summer if Liverpool don't give the contract he wants. Salah is the most deserving player for a big contract so I hope to see Liverpool not causing any problem. If they lose Salah too, it would be a big hit to their strength.

Don't jump into conclusions mate, for example Manchester United have been investing heavily in the last couple of years with nothing really to show for it, just from one poor performance/season to the other, Aston Villa and some of the other teams you metioned are not even as good as Arsenal. Arteta and his boys were brilliant last season, and only unluckly to miss out of on CL football next season, i expect Arsenal to continue improving, and i am very sure they will, a top four finish is very possible for Arsenal next season.

Arsenal need a player who can be a target up front. Because this season their problem is that, they don't have players who are really central to creating chances and scoring goals. If they don't realize this quickly I'm afraid they will be in the same shape, which means they will be quite difficult to compete in the Premier League next season.

I see a dark scene for the arsenal next season.

1 - Newcastle is getting stronger

2 - Manchester united has a new coach who has already proved that he is a good coach

3 - Tottenham is getting stronger

4 - Aston villa also made some good buys, so next season they will be stronger

Sadio Mane is an experienced player. While, Liverpool will want to make a huge amount of money selling him out to Bayern Munich. Although, it quite obvious that they never  intended to loss him at this period of time. Is just unfortunate that his is no longer interested in playing in Liverpool anymore, ad wants to play elsewhere. Also, the team can't force him to stay against his will. However, they will have to replace Mane if he eventually leaves. But, I don't think his absence will affect the club performance that much.

Mane is a very talented player and at the same time he is very hardworking. If he doesn't pick the wrong squad, his situation will not be like Coutinho's. He has played tremendously in the last few seasons. His contributions to the national team and the Liverpool club are undeniable. As he did in the Liverpool last season, he certainly deserves higher wages, but Klopp is unwilling to increase his wages. It is almost certain that Mane will leave Liverpool now. At the same time, if Salah decides to leave Liverpool, Klopp will not be able to compete for any Premier League or Champions League titles next season.

I agree with you, because it will really help Arsenal to demonstrate well in next season than this season that they were lacking in the areas of goals. I think, it will be favourable to Arsenal, if they can employed new strikers that know how to achieve early goals from any match, it will really help them to perform well in premier league in next season. Arsenal manager has a lot of things to do to help Arsenal to embrace next season title, because many Arsenal fans are not happy about their players performance in this season which the manager need to do everything possible to win next season trophy to make the fans happy again.

If they could actually get Gabriel Jesus, which City doesn't need any more since they got Haaland and could use that transfer fee to cover some part of that, then Arsenal would be a lot better. I never truly understood why they let Aubameyang go, sure he may not have looked as great as he used to be, but not like he was a bad player neither, he would have helped them with the scoring.

Now that they are considering the Jesus deal (don't know if it is fully confirmed yet) then they could get someone scoring and that person would be very young as well, so he could play for many years. I definitely believe they could fight for UCL next year.
