Tottenham have not done so well of recent after losing three straight matches and drawing one. Well, the draw against Manchester City in their last match might just be the morale booster they need to face Westham who I thought will take the three away points. The first goal of the match from Cristian Romero at the 11th minute was actually an indication that the Spurs did not come to joke, however, the 55th minutes equalizer from Jarrod Bowen changed everything making a draw the most probable outcome of the match. Now that James Ward-Prowse has scored a 74th minute goal that gives Westham United the lead, will Tottenham allow this to stand and accept defeat? Only time will tell and if the status quo stands, it means that the days of woe is not yet over for the Spurs.

Managed to pull off a dramatic 3-3 draw against the defending Champions Manchester City away from home and then 4 days later lose to West Ham United at home. In the last 5 games, they have lost 4 and drawn one. Tottenham has lost 14 points from winning positions in a game since November 6. This is a fast sinking ship that needs a quick solution before it's too late.

Before Tottenham Hotspur played against Chelsea they were at the top of the English Premier League after ten games in the league but they've picked up just one point from a possible fifteen points in their last five league games. Ange Postecoglou's men are currently the shadow of the Tottenham Hotspur team that produced the impressive results in the first two months of the campaign  that made him win the English Premier League manager of the month in his first two months at the club. Tottenham Hotspur must improve if they really want to still remain in contention for the league title this season but how fast they can improve is what I don't know at the moment.

By the way, Tottenham will be against Newcastle in the next match well in this fight Tottenham is a little favored based on the odds offered by bookie but remember this is just an offer not a guarantee because unexpected things can happen like the last few matches, for me both teams to score are always a mainstay for betting especially both teams at the same level and we know that Tottenham and Newcastle both need points to cover the last defeat.

Sure, it is beyond people's expectation. Tottenham can be in the top 3 previously but they decreased their performance significantly and dropped their position in to 5th place now. If we look at the current position in the table, Tottenham still compete with Man City for UCL zone but they no longer compete for the title with Arsenal. Yes, Tottenham got a poor result against West Ham. They played at home and they played offensively, unfortunately they only could score 1 goal and conceded 2 goals. This is very severe lose, they must expect to get full points at home. It is surprising that Tottenham got a lose against mediocre team like West Ham.

About the consistency, both Tottenham and Man City played inconsistently. I don't see a very big difference between them now.

Basically every team will experience changes over time and it is always unpredictable, as experienced by Manchester City where they suddenly experienced unexpected things, ended up with many draws and the last one which I think is quite embarrassing is that they could not score at all in the last match against Aston Villa. Although Manchester City have a pretty good depth that allows them to easily regain dominance at the top of the table by taking it from Arsenal but in my opinion if this decline continues to be allowed then it will definitely have a bad impact. Although it is too early to put the perspective that Manchester City will lose the title this season but I think this situation should be a concern especially for Guardiola.

Now Guardiola must have thought about that, especially since Manchester City is now in the top four, which is not too far from rivals such as Tottenham and Manchester United. So Guardiola will of course continue to give his best guidance to Manchester City players not to lose any more matches in order to return to the top of the standings because the Premier League this season has experienced quite fierce competition so far so there have been many unexpected results that have occurred this season.

It was the most interesting and supering result I could ever see in the Premier League between Everton and Newcastle because I think Everton was not in a good situation to beat a team like Newcastle and we should not forget to get Newcastle is a team they are racing at the top side of the Premier League that's maybe a good reason to say this result was not something anyone could predict to see but Everton scored three goals against Newcastle while Newcastle had much more control over the game.

So that was the surprise that happened when the bottom team was able to beat the top team in the standings and Everton did a pretty good job in this match.
Everton recovered in the second half, they were able to record 3 goals which made them succeed in making the most of the home match in getting 3 points. Previously, the Everton players mentality was slightly disturbed due to the 10 point deduction, but slowly they recovered and managed to stay away from the relegation zone in this match.

Newcastle United, who were highly favored before the match started, actually failed to continue their winning trend and even threw away the opportunity to improve their ranking in the standings table. Statistically, it was quite neat from what Everton did, they were able to make many attacks which made Newcastle United lose their best form. I think the Premier League is quite difficult to predict from the start because in matches like this the lower teams are able to stop the high ranking teams from getting 3 points.

When ever Newcastle faces the big dogs they appear to be stronger but when the face a weaker side they play so badly you Wonder if it's truly them.
Newcastle has been bad in this match against Everton, basically playing like bunch of tired legs, I think if Everton has been more clinical it should be more than three goals now. If Newcastle hope to be in the top four at the end of the season again then they need to start taking encounters with the lesser team more seriously they make up more percentage of matches than the big teams.

Newcastle United this season have won Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal, Manchester City and PSG; they are always good against big teams, but when it comes to playing average teams like them, they flop and lose matches like a small team, this is why they are still out of the top four in the Premier League table

There is no guarantee if Newcastle won against big teams then they will be automatically can able to beat average teams easily because the performance of Newcastle will not always be same for each matches so sometimes they were performing poor and lose just like today that Everton was performing well compared to them besides that Kieran Trippier was make an fatal blunder which make Newcastle suffering to lose and in my opinion losing Nick Pope also the factor why Newcastle lose today because Martin Dubravka wasn't able to performing well

For other match Tottenham also suffering 4th defeat this season that playing as a host Tottenham was taking initiative to playing attacking since the first half they even can able to leading the game by Romero goal but unfortunately in the second half West Ham was performing more good than them and this is not good because Tottenham currently was unable to win the last 5 matches in Premier League and Ange Postecoglou should be able to bringing Tottenham to return to winning ways immediately

You do not need to complain about Tottenham and their inconsistency or whatever you will call it. I do not count them as the title contenders. The only team I am believing to fight with Manchester city to deprive them this season's English premier League is Liverpool and not even the Arsenal that is ontop of the table currently.
If you have to complain about Tottenham poor performance even when they played a relatively strong team as Westham. What then will you have to tell Newcastle United?

Son wasn't having a good day as well but I think he should have still stayed on the pitch until the end of the game. While you are 2-1 behind you need your best scorers on the pitch to have more chance.

Just as Manchester City Tottenham are also continuing on a horrible streak in the league now. I'm curious about where they will finally put an end to this. Especially Manchester City are trying their best to make things difficult to become the champions.

Despite knowing it was an Everton home game and they are gaining back good form, I never thought that Everton would have the opportunity to play well like. This is really surprising. In fact, what surprised me most is that Everton won the game with three goals and Newcastle were not able to score any goals upon all their three short-on goals. I will say that they are not lucky in today's match. Be before the game started my thought was that if Newcastle can't win the game they will draw because I don't think Everton was good position to defeat Newcastle but unfortunately Everton won them,that is really great performances from Everton. 

Sean Dyche was able to bring his team to overthrow Newcastle with a fairly large score. too, with a clean sheet win. I'm sure, not many people thought that Everton would be able to beat their opposing team in this match. which means, there are many gamblers who lost in this match. even though Newcastle actually controlled ball possession with 61%.
But in terms of opportunities, even Everton are better than all of Eddie Howe's troops. In this match, Everton had 21 total shots, although only 6 shots were on target. However, based on ranking and team depth, these two teams have different gaps.

In the end, Sean Dyche was able to bring his team one step safer from the relegation zone, even though it was only temporary. but with this win, there is a lot of work for Eddie Howe and his team. referring to Newcastle's performance, there are many players who do not appear consistent. Likewise with their front line, which in fact was unable to reduce it by scoring at least 1-2 goals. We all didn't expect Tottenham to be beaten at home because previously I thought the two teams would only draw or Tottenham would win but what happened was the opposite Tottenham were defeated for the 4th time, previously they were at the top of the standings but today only in 5th position we clearly see something different and I don't know what the main problem is. West Ham is currently on fire and they have several mainstay players such as Jarrod Bowen which is always the deciding factor in every match It's just that I didn't expect that the one who was defeated was Tottenham, maybe this is just luck for West Ham or they are taking advantage of Tottenham's lack of confidence over the recent losing streak.

In today's match, Everton will look to use their home advantage to build on their recent success and secure another crucial win. However, Newcastle's win against Manchester United will also boost their morale and it won't be easy for Everton. It could be a tough fight, but Everton will be determined to come out on top. The game between this both team is really going to be tough.I know Newcastle have been good since last season,but they are a little inconsistent this season because they have dropped performance and that has made Aston Vila take their place in the top four.It is surprising to see Aston Villa grow to be the next next team competing with the big teams in the premier league this season,and they showed that by winning Manchester City last night.They are very solid defensively and are also very attacking minded too.
In today's game between Everton and Newcastle,I still think Newcastle has the strength to win because they are in a better shape than Everton at the moment,but Everton are really going to make it tough for them.

Yes, this season there are always lots of unexpected things, such as today's match between New Castle and Everton, and in this match many people predict that New Castle will win because their standings are certainly quite far away. and when Manchester City played against Aston Villa, there were those who predicted that Manchester City would win, but many also thought that the game between Manchester City and Aston Villa would end with Aston Villa winning because they saw that Manchester City's game against Tottenham ended in a 3-3 draw. but indeed as time goes by there will definitely be times when teams that are considered weak will rise to the top, and I think that's what makes football matches exciting and I also want to see Crystal Palace play Liverpool. Many times, Chelsea have tried to make a recovery, but each of those time, they still ended in the direction they started from and an even worse state instead.

If Chelsea perform well in a match, I do expect them to perform poorly in the following match. Well I am not so sure about Chelsea being able to win in this match against Everton. Because if we look at the performance from them in this season, we will see that Chelsea actually has less wins compared to Everton. Even though Everton is way below on the table compared to Chelsea. Performance of the teams are not very consistent.

So I am honestly not sure about how they are going to perform in this match. I still believe that Chelsea should be the winner. Because you know, they are just coming back of from big win against Manchester United. But honestly you never know.

Even though they controlled the match, their immature attacks meant they were less than optimal in achieving victory.

Sometimes controlling possession of the ball doesn't provide any benefits for the team if they don't have good opportunities or players who can execute these opportunities into goals as experienced by Newcastle and the three goals scored by Everton occurred when the match had entered the 79th minute, and you can see in other matches that Tottenham had an even bigger percentage of ball possession but they also lost to West Ham, and that defeat meant they only got 1 point from the last 5 matches because after they lost to Chelsea which was a surprise Tottenham was not able to recover.
Tottenham's bad results are like a nightmare for them, who appeared very impressive at the start of the season and that happened because quite a lot of their players had to be absent due to injuries, such as Ivan Perisic and James Maddison.

In today match there were several unexpected matches such as Manchester City defeat to Aston Villa, Tottenham defeat to West Ham and also Newcastle defeat to Everton.

But Everton victory was quite worthy because they played well and had total of 21 shots, 6 of which were straight shots towards Newcastle goal and managed to score 3 goals from those 6 shots.
Even though Newcastle controlled possession of the ball and dominated the game, Newcastle itself only had 13 shots, 3 of which were straight at goal, but none of them managed to become goals.
This is enough to prove that Everton front line is sharp enough because it can provide more attacking pressure.
I don't know if the goal was due to mistake by Newcastle player, but at least Everton managed to take advantage of the opportunity and achieved sweet results with 3 goals.
And indeed, thanks to this victory, Everton managed to get out of the relegation zone because they can now have 10 points and occupy 17th position, but this is not over yet, there is still possibility that they will decline again if the team below them manage to recover with several wins.
