Seven defeats have belonged to Man United with Ten Hag this season. There was a push to sack Ten Hag after the loss to Bournemouth. Danny Murphy became the one to say that. I also support the fact that I think ten Hag needs to be sacked, his performance this season has been below average and I think the board of Manchester united has giving him enough time.
He has actually caused more harm to Manchester united than good, don't forget Cristiano Ronaldo warned Manchester united against him and after that he has had fallout with promising talents like Jaden Sancho. It's just not working and Manchester united has to know that.

You know Manchester United does not sack coaches like Chelsea. I think the Manchester United board will give Erik Ten Hag till the January transfer window to try and improve the Manchester United squad, but if Erik Ten Hag fails to transform Manchester United football, then he will be sacked.

What you are saying is not a new thing as we are know that united board show alot of relent when it comes to sacking of coach, but that's doesn't mean they can pull the plug when it calls for it, Erik ten hag is still given some breathing space because everyone knows that it's not his fault for the club playing performance been very poor because the club players  themselves lack discipline to play and it's also believe that the players themselves are the one actually underperforming on purpose.

I don't know why you mention Napoli here. I think Chelsea need time to recover after they failed in the previous two seasons. Since Abramovich sold Chelsea to Todd Boehly, that's where Chelsea decline in the Premier League began, where Todd Boehly failed to make Chelsea stronger. Even though many players were bought at quite expensive prices, when they joined Chelsea their quality immediately dropped drastically.

Pochettino is indeed a great coach but he has not been able to bring his team to become champions in the Premier League like when he was with Tottenham. Well, this season Pochettino has a lot of pressure in his task of building Chelsea because Todd Boehly has budgeted a lot of money to buy players, so if he fails, of course Pochettino will most likely be fired.

Guardiola didn’t win anything in his first season and city didn’t sack him, now he has won almost everything for them.

It is not that Ten Hag isn’t making mistakes tactically but asking for his sack just during his second season is considered not the right to do to me because after his first good season he deserves a chance and the board should be trusting him with good Signings.

From what I hear the main problem is player injuries I see several important players are on the injury list. Apart from that, there are also internal problems between the coach and the players, which creates a few obstacles in determining the line-up so actually the problem is not only in Ten Hag hands but there are several factors. I think they still give Ten Hag a chance until the end of the season, firing him at this time was not the right choice because whoever the coach is, it will be difficult to improve the team's performance in conditions like this. Manchester United only has 2 choices, wait for all the players to recover or look for replacements in the next transfer window and we know this is not an easy choice because it requires sacrifice.

I've seen no quality performance from Chelsea this season, I'm still watching the exact Chelsea game pattern under Frank Lampard and Graham Potter. When Todd Boehly appointed Mauricio Pochettino as headcoach, I thought everything will work out fine and smooth for the club, but it will definitely take time before this event could be triggered. However, Mauricio Pochettino have intents for the club, he's keen on signing more players for the Blues this season and he will not hold back his determination and actions for his club.

Chelsea under Todd Boehly's leadership has been full of bad decisions. The coaches, the player signed, etc. To me, the only good business that Chelsea has done under him that is significant enough is their player sale. They managed to sell their players off at fair prices. I'm still trying to figure out how they were able to sell Kai Havertz to Arsenal for about £65.

When Potter came, I expected him to do well but he didn't and he should have been fired sooner, but they didn't, then they eventually did but they signed Lampard as an interim instead. Who makes those decisions? After Lampard they hired Pochettino.  So many bad decisions.
Pochettino is good, but for a team that doesn't want to fight for anything. A team that can go 4-5 seasons without winning a trophy and they'll be satisfied with just playing well and finishing in the top 6. That's not what they need at Chelsea. With the amount of money Chelsea has spent, they need results. They need to win games and compete for trophies.

At the same time I think charging coach might bring a fresh air and discipline to the team, as much I feel this will not work out as planned for a team like Manchester United. Chelsea for example, are living hard seasons and their results were catastrophic for a team like them, yet large investments and a turn over of top coaches didn't work as it was expected to be. I doubt it will work for Manchester United too.
Pep Guardiola in the other hand might fix that team but he will not move there since he will be considered as traitor at least for Manchester City fans.

There is no doubt that Manchester City is very strong this season. However, their performance in this season is weak compared to the last season. The team is dependent on Haaland. However, Haaland is not getting enough support from the midfielders this season. Chelsea are doing much better than bottom of the table teams. Their level hasn't stooped so low that they will be relegated so easily. They have lot of good players in squad and I think they have lot of potential to get back on track again. The team chemistry is just not upto the level that a big 6 team should have inn Premier League. Yeah they also need to make some good signings in area where they lack, for instance on defence (particularly centre back).

I see that Chelsea's performance still cannot be said to be "much better" because, up to now, they are still in 12th place at the top of the standings, and in every match they have difficulty achieving victory. In their last match against Everton on December 10, they also did not produce good results. well, and still disappoints his fans. You made a lot of sense with your post. In hindsight, the only thing Todd Boehly has done thus far is to splash money at the problem Chelsea has with the hope that everything will be fine and all will be happy but splashing money is only a temporary fix. Plenty of terrible decisions have been made and he just spends much with the hope that it would be resolved that way — for instance, Chelsea didn't need Caicedo (even if they did, he was a £40M player before that bidding war with Liverpool) and also Lavia.

Pochettino is trying his best but Chelsea needs a hard core manager. This Chelsea situation reminds me about the time when Liverpool were drowning in inconsistent results and losses until Klopp came along from Dortmund and turned things around.

We have not seen Pochettino use Nkunku yet in the league, and we know that Jackson sucks! so let us just assume that the lack of a good striker for Chelsea is what has affected his expected results for Chelsea because there has been no change in the position Chelsea were last season and then this season. I will not say that the people who are calling for his sack are asking too much, the coach has to proof himself and justify the investments that has been made into getting new players for the club. Tottenham spent less money and are having better results. If Chelsea continue like this, they will also not be in the champions league next season for failure to finish top four.

The thing that saddened me if pochettino has got everything he wanted before but the performance of club was still very bad. It was unable in winning the game against easy club. I have no word to say but this is a horrible thing to see that from chelsea.
Pochettino seems keen to add more young players which are very bad for chelsea at this moment. I hope that this will not true but yeah those young players in the clubs were only showing his ego.

Look at when a midfielder can't have proper shoots like enzo. Enzo was good for passing purpose but it was so terrible in doing long shoot. I really miss lampard which was able to do long and strong shoots.

Chelsea needs someone who can play as good as frank lampard. All of its strikers were so garbage as they can't even have good positioning against its opponent. Chelsea is a different team right now.

If that does happen, Chelsea will indirectly make a major overhaul again, which in my opinion will clearly disrupt their stability due to the adaptation of new players.
I think instead of that happening it is better to focus on looking in the defense area first. Chelsea's midfield and attacking line are actually very good and it shows when their mastery is good and the most important thing for Pochettino is to restore the performance of some of their strikers to score goals.

Palmer is always good at finishing but when there is a lot of guarding on Pamler then other strikers like Mudryk are quite stuck and this is what Chelsea must pay attention to.
Sterling is also not maximized well so there must be a good scheme for them to go according to plan rather than constantly reshuffling players who make this new again and again.

New striker must be their main target because Jackson really cannot be relied on to be their goal machine. Pochettino must be able to bring in more quality strikers for their team such as Osimhen to support a better front line performance in the second half of the season. Well apart from that their defense is quite fragile this season because they have conceded a lot of goals so a major overhaul they may have to do in the winter window.

Manchester United is the same, they also have to focus on bringing in lots of new players because they have a defender crisis and also need new strikers for this season. Erik Ten Hag must know deeply the weak points in his squad so that they can be corrected well in the transfer market. Maybe they should buy some good players from the barcelona squad for this transfer window.

Pochettino needs to sell a lot of them. I meant that if in fact, chelsea has extremely big squads. The club needs to sell the players first before it will able to buy the new players. We remember that the new policy was making chelsea must have sold 1 player before the coach will be willing to buy 1 more. This to make sure if chelsea will not be violating the FFP rules. We have seen that chelsea is potentially violating FFP rules in the pass. The club is trying to make sure they will not repeat it again.

This is also a sense reason for the creation of new policy for selling 1 player to buy 1 player. It will not be easy for chelsea to sell the players. The club was still unable to shows very good performance.
So many big players bought by chelsea are totall useless at this moment. How many times chelsea keep waste lots of resources like this. I hope that everything will be going right .

Chelsea needs to get back again into the top place to compete with other clubs for the UCL spots. It will be a disaster if chelsea will be missing it again. Pochettino has made wrong choice by buying non experienced players.

It's true that Chelsea doesn't need a major overhaul because the current squad is sufficient and able to compete it just needs a few adjustments, if they really want to bring in new players it's better to focus on the defense line because Chelsea's defense is one of the weakest at the moment with a record of conceding 26 goals in 16 matches yeah that means the average Chelsea conceded 1.6 goals in each match of course nothing can be relied upon with it. Previously I was optimistic that Chelsea could rise from adversity but after their recent losing streak that optimism has disappeared.

Chelsea still has time to improve everything in the next transfer window It's just that is the owner still willing to spend a lot of money to bring in new players? We know that in the last 2 seasons Chelsea has spent a lot of money of course they don't want to repeat the same mistake unless they barter between players for example releasing several players like Lukaku and others so they don't have to spend more money, what is clear is that efficiency is needed, there is no need for an overhaul.
