The sacking of coaches can boost a club in playing good football because every player will want to improve and impress the new coach to have playing time. There is nothing to be patient with Erik Ten Hag because the Manchester United board has backed him with enough money to sign quality players, but Erik Ten Hag ended up signing players who are not helping Manchester United win matches.

Honestly Erik ten Hag has gotten enough time to turn things around for good at Man Utd, he had so far signed 16 players loan and permanent players yet the club hasn't achieve their great status due to their inconsistency in the team performance, majority of his new signings had flopped, the likes of Onana, Antony, Mason Mount, Lisandro Martínez and Tyrell Malacia hadn't perform as expected despite huge sign on paid to secure their services except Casimero, Eriksen and Rasmus Højlund who had proven their worth but injury problems had reduced their impact in the team, Rashford, Martial had lost form, while Sancho who ought have help the team is not in the good book of Erik ten Hag, I think the manager had all the time at his disposal to up the team game or performance yet not yielding any  positive results.

I have said it already that united needs a coach that can adapt to the way the club plays their football like every team have a way they play that suits the club standard so if united can get such a coach then they will make a lot of difference and their form will change. It's just quite unfortunate that since Sir Alex Ferguson exit Manchester united hasn't been able to lift a major trophy apart from 2017 when Jose Mourinho helped the club win the EUFA Europa league trophy.

Guy a good coach can come into a club and implement his own playing pattern. What is important is that the coach should buy the kind of players he thinks can execute his type of game play. Guardiola brought that to Manchester City. Postcogloue is doing it at Tottenham.

In the last transfer market yesterday, we all knew that Erik Ten Heg had quite a hard time utilizing the club's budget, which turned out to be very small. Different from the budget in the previous season. So Erik Ten Heg also decided not to take the players he really wanted because he knew the club's budget would not be enough. So Ten Heg was forced to take several players with the remaining budget. We even know that after buying Onana, the Man Utd club budget didn't have much left. What about Erik Ten Hag, who has clearly forced himself with responsibilities that he is not actually able to bear. As a result, all the abilities of the Manchester United players above became invisible on the field. In the end, the audience and United fans saw the final result, it didn't matter what process Ten Hag went through because that was his job.  

I agree that Manchester United has all the quality players they want and maybe if it was in the right hands the results would be better. We know that if from the start Manchester United wanted to bring in one of the great coaches who had experience in Europe's highest competition then the result would be that they would become a strong team and even scary for other EPL teams.

But unfortunately, since the era of Sir Alex Ferguson ended, Manchester United management was not ready to bring in this coach and instead they just tried out a coach who was clearly very inadequate in carrying all the existing burdens and this is what happened. This team seems to be trying to look for new challenges by bringing in a coach whose playing mission and vision are not yet clear and that will only damage the existing legacy. I think it won't be long before they change coaches again if Erik ten Hag fails to bring Manchester United to a top 4 finish this season.

Last season he performed very well and everyone was happy with him. Let him complete two seasons before we can say something about him being fired. He brought champions league game to old Trafford and he won manager of the month of November which means he is doing something good, but not to the expectations of the fans. Let him finish this season. January transfer window will soon be open, let him buy players and do his magic.

Ten hag has been at Manchester united for over a season, this is like his second season at old Trafford, in his first season it was long enough and he was able to help the team qualify for the UCL and aswell they won the carabao cup and finished to four in the premier league where they had performed poorly before his arrival and after all those achievement he was applauded.

Definitely with such achievement with his team in his first season at Manchester united and now it's his second season it's obvious he should have gotten used to the players, understood them well enough and how well they play, their abilities and  comparability so definitely it's unlikely time is not what ten hag needs because he achieved something within a few time last season, he just needs to improve his tactical approach and relationship with his players and if need be scout some new players who can help him achieve his goal and he will be good that way.

Basically, Erik ten Hag is not as bad as some previous coaches because after all, in his first season Erik ten Hag also managed to make Manchester United finish in the top four.
