It was the most interesting and supering result I could ever see in the Premier League between Everton and Newcastle because I think Everton was not in a good situation to beat a team like Newcastle and we should not forget to get Newcastle is a team they are racing at the top side of the Premier League that's maybe a good reason to say this result was not something anyone could predict to see but Everton scored three goals against Newcastle while Newcastle had much more control over the game.

Sometimes controlling possession of the ball doesn't provide any benefits for the team if they don't have good opportunities or players who can execute these opportunities into goals as experienced by Newcastle and the three goals scored by Everton occurred when the match had entered the 79th minute, and you can see in other matches that Tottenham had an even bigger percentage of ball possession but they also lost to West Ham, and that defeat meant they only got 1 point from the last 5 matches because after they lost to Chelsea which was a surprise Tottenham was not able to recover.
Tottenham's bad results are like a nightmare for them, who appeared very impressive at the start of the season and that happened because quite a lot of their players had to be absent due to injuries, such as Ivan Perisic and James Maddison.

Newcastle was different case. The club was controlling the ball but in fact that if newcastle being so clueless. The club has no clue what they shall be doing. This makes everton played so crazily against newcastle. That's a great result from everton.
Everton was leaving from the relegation zone even when it was getting 10 points deduction due to the violating FFP rules. I can't even describe how happy everton fans are. They were seeing their clubs leave from relegation zone this fast.
Unbelievable performance from everton. I hope that everton will repeat the same performance in the upcoming game. Everton's position is not yet safe.
The club needs to make sure it can make the gap to the relegation zone becomes even bigger. Sheffield may be relegated this season. This is unbelievble thing to happen. How amazing everton is.

Everton have been giving some really good home games this season. Although Newcastle tried hard enough, they could not score a single goal, the striker of the Newcastle team could not break the opposing team's defense in any way. Everton had 21 shots on target, and Newcastle had a team-high 13. The reason for almost half being less than more is because the Everton goalkeeper and the defensive department is so strong that they are able to score three goals. Newcastle had two opportunities to take corner kicks but failed to capitalize on the opportunities. And until the end they had to fail because Newcastle team players failed to take the ball up to the Dbox and shoot towards the goal post.

The strikers of newcastle have been getting some golden chances. It's their mistakes caused by they were unable converting the golden chance to be a goal in the last match. Everton was able leading the game and it was also snowballing. Newcastle lost its focus after it was losing 1 goal  against everton.
Howe shall take the result against everton as a very important result to evaluate the performance from his team. I must admit that if newcastle was performing so badly. I'm not even trying to underestimate newcastle but the performance against everton was so bad.
Everton has better execution compared to the newcaslte and this is a common thing once your team was losing mentality to win the game. Newcastle needs to make sure it will have stronger mentality when the club would be playing away.

The result against everton was enough to prove how bad newcastle is right now when it was playing away.

Tottenham also lost to West Ham home which wasn't expected for me at all. Their general performance was really not convincing at all. Son wasn't having a good day as well but I think he should have still stayed on the pitch until the end of the game. While you are 2-1 behind you need your best scorers on the pitch to have more chance.

Just as Manchester City Tottenham are also continuing on a horrible streak in the league now. I'm curious about where they will finally put an end to this. Especially Manchester City are trying their best to make things difficult to become the champions.

To me, Tot's match last night was a failure, as they were more appreciated and especially played at home, but the result reflected everything, and this is football that is not always easy to predict. Perhaps they need to improve more next time to nurture their chances of competing with other big clubs for their own goals this season. But we must also congratulate West Ham on their victory when they successfully came back.


Both are having a series of disappointing results, especially for MC, I think they are having a challenging journey to successfully defend the championship this season.

I think their game against West ham was the 5th game in a row where Tottenham have led in a game and failed to pick up three points. I don’t want to say that they’re suffering from the long injury lists. But looking at yesterday’s game, Tottenham should have won that game. I don’t understand how they failed to convert most of the chances they had. They missed a number of chances to extend their lead in a first half which saw them muster 12 more shots and a further 1.1 of Expected Goals. I don’t know if this run of lost leads is having a psychological impact on the players, as they  are now on a run of four defeats in those five outings.

The wastefulness yesterday allowed West Ham back into the game in the second half. I expected them to respond after west ham scored the second goal but they couldn’t. Honestly it’s just sad seeing Tottenham playing like this. They have gone from being talked up as title contenders to falling outside of the top four.

We all didn't expect Tottenham to be beaten at home because previously I thought the two teams would only draw or Tottenham would win but what happened was the opposite Tottenham were defeated for the 4th time, previously they were at the top of the standings but today only in 5th position we clearly see something different and I don't know what the main problem is.

First I thought that they would be affected quite much by some important injuries. But the situation has really got out of control recently. Tottenham just can't be this bad all of a sudden. Ange Postecoglou has had a really great system for this team and it has been working smoothly until the beginning of this horrible streak.

When Son also plays badly Tottenham become really desperate. Because in the games they have difficulties Son is their savior generally. Let's see how the manager will deal with this bad streak. They are dropping down from the title competition by that otherwise.

To be without a win in their last 5 Premier League matches after a very promising start to the season is something terrible that they are experiencing. In those 5 matches they can only collect 1 point when they draw against Manchester City. I thought when they managed to hold Manchester City to a draw it would be the moment they would rise again, and in fact they had to lose this week, even though in actual strength West Ham were not better than them.
They are indeed superior statistically, but the problem is that it is not enough because they have to create more goals than the opponent's goals, and that they cannot do.

Now The Lilywhites must be willing to go down in ranking due to the series of bad results they achieved. Only being able to get one point in five matches is certainly very bad, I don't understand what is happening with the Spurs players, the very sharp decline in performance is certainly very surprising. Postechoglu will face another busy period in December and it will be quite a challenge for him to restore the confidence of the players to return to winning ways.

This was a turning point for Harry Maguire, who last season was ridiculed, criticized, and even had his career threatened at Manchester United because of a serious blunder he made.

However, he never gave up and was able to prove to his coach and colleagues that he still deserved to be in the Red Devils squad. He has also had competition to get starters and he has also managed to get rid of Raphael Varane in terms of defense. Well, great job Harry Maguire and I hope he can be more stable in helping Manchester United's defense this season.

As a Liverpool fan I obviously have no love for Man Utd. Maguire has been ridiculed and bullied online and in the media for a couple of years now. I have no problem with him getting a bit of respect for good performances, he deserves it.

Tottenham Hotspur have not really been in their best state right now and for losing the last game against West Ham United with a two goals to one (1:2) when it was speculated that Tottenham should have had the upper hand in the match the situation where many of the club fans have been in a sad mood due to the unexpected loses that have hit the club in the last 5 matches back which is somewhat unacceptable result to continue with for the club.
Abd at the moment those poor performances have made the spur to drop in point significantly which is something that was not expected from the way the club started the season with high spirits and motivation and winning most of their games.
