The blues came back with an outstanding goal sheet after a straight loss in 2 of their last games. First, they conceded 4 goals against Brentford, secondly they conceded another 3 goals against Real Madrid in the UCL. Their game against Southampton was pretty in favour of Chelsea, they had an easy winning, and scored 6 goals. Southampton were outplayed in the game despite been at home, they got only a 29% ball possession while their guest, Chelsea dominated the game massively with a 71% ball possession. It was indeed an interesting match.

Blues made an easy win against their host, Southampton at the St. Mary Stadium. They bounce back with a 6-0 vicotry over Southampton after losing 2 of their last games. The blues although missed goal-scoring chances, Timo Werner shots severally hits the woodwork but denied to record a goal. However he managed to scored in the game, Chelsea dominated the game but none of their players failed to record an hattrick in the game, I was hoping for Mason Mount to make it an hattrick but he failed, although he brace the team with his stupendous goals. Southampton failed to make a clear  attempt on goal, rather they hold back to defend their territory even when they are losing. Thomas tuchel would look forward to prepare his team for the upcoming big game in the champions league. Blues needs a come-back in the game in other to eliminate real Madrid which I know it's going to be a difficult task for blues.

After the match, Guardiola said we need to win all our remaining matches. He's right because neither team will give up until the last game. Even a draw can cost a lot.
Both teams played at a high level and showed us a good match and proved why they are at the top of the league. It was the one of the best games I've watched lately.

A good result to restore their mentality from a disappointing defeat. It will be a good preparation before they return to the Champions League against Real Madrid in the second leg. They have to chase 2 goals from Real Madrid and it will be a difficult task because Real Madrid are not an easy team to beat. They are also a little unlucky because they will play at Real Madrid headquarters.

2-2 is a good result for this match.

That's true, but there would have time for another 2 goals and after the 46 minute and the 2:2, everyone was waiting for it. That's the only thing that was negative about the game, everything else really nice for a match for 1st place In the league. In total there were 17 shots on goal by both teams, so nothing extreme. Only one would have been unfair, Mahrez in the 94 minute, that it was not a goal its good.


Manchester United is unbelievable... they play so bad and are now on 7th place in the league. Europa League even in danger...i can not believe it.

The match was over and the results were satisfactory, although in the second half there could still be goals. The final score of 2-2 makes the competition for the Premier League champion will be more exciting until the end of the match.
Regarding Manchester United, for the 2021/2022 season it is no longer interesting to discuss because they will start from zero in the 2022/2023 season.

Overhaul of players must be done as a whole. Their defenses are messed up. The defensive midfielder is the same. If next week Erik ten Hag officially becomes the new coach of Manchester United, then Man United's project in the future will be even better.

Liverpool made a good comeback, I thought Manchester City would win the game. However, thanks to the goal scored at the beginning of the second half of the match, they were able to catch the draw and did not concede a goal again.
We left behind the most important game of the league and the standings have not changed, the team that makes a mistake in the next weeks will walk away from the championship race

City played very well in their first half but at the start of the second half they were not ready for Liverpool's quick attack after the whistle and indeed this was quite effective because Mane could take advantage of the chaos there.
Well even though it's a series but still it's really worth watching because they really play really well here.
they have to re-prepare their match because after the second leg in the Champions League round they will meet again in the FA Cup Semi Final and it will definitely be exciting again to see how they play.
Rotation and keeping players fit is still key in their strategy with this hectic schedule now.

The match does underline just how much better these two are than everyone else in the league. A draw is a fair result, and the title will come down to fine margins, their superiority is such that if either of them drops points anywhere now, then it could mean the other team wins the title. There are still six Premier League matchdays to go. I wanted Arsenal to make the top 4, but it seems unlikely now. They were beaten by Brighton because of their manager's arrogance. The good news is that City remain in pole position, while Liverpool may slide to second.  Looking at their remaining fixtures, I do not see Man City dropping any points. It would be nice if Conte could sign a long-term contract at Tottenham in order to build a strong team for the future. Meanwhile Chelsea is making good progress as well.

this season. Competition in the Premier League is interesting because of Man City and Liverpool, no wonder because both teams have

For there were plenty of spectacular moments, which only Jesus's goal in the air is worth. Also, there could have been even more goals, because there were also many shots on the gates. I don't think so, of course with this result I think it's better, in the second half Liverpool dominated the chances but in the first half they were quite depressed I think because the heart of the city defense led by Kevin De Bruyne in the middle of the field gave a great game.
apart from that it's still not finished there are still some matches they have to go through and this of course requires concentration because of slipping just a little the chance to win immediately disappears now
