Even though this is quite a big loss, of course this should not be used as an excuse to make them feel that losing Gabriel is everything.
They still have some talented young players, and with their current compactness of course the hope is very big that this can be something good for them.
Hopefully someone can replace Gabriel's position properly later.

West Ham might not be a tough opponent for Arsenal. However, I did watch the West Ham vs Fullham friendly match in mid-December. and the result is 1-1. and it looks like West Ham has a new strategy in play. Because they have looked just like that in the recent times of the league. They have made a big improvement in defense which has brought about a good streak for them. The current form of newcastle was not the same like old newcastle. I see that eddie howe has been transforming newcastle into the new form. newcastle was on the same level as city now but city can be quite consistent compared with newcastle. I think that if newcastle will stay at the top 4 until the end of season. It seems like that eddie howe will always try to make newcastle become the big club in EPL. The funds from the new owners were helping so much for him. Eddie howe will able to make newcaslte will be going to the UCL next season. Im feeling so confidence with newcastle for this season.

West Ham are not in good condition at all. This break was a chance for them to think about what they were doing wrong of course. But still I don't think they can steal any point in Emirates.

Nketiah will step into the shoe of Gabriel Jesus as their main striker today against West Ham, Martinelli and Saka will retain their position at the wings, Xhaka, Partey and Odegaard retain their midfield position respectively while Aaron Ramsdale manned the post still a compact team obviously I am expecting Arsenal to continue with their fine form without injured Gabriel Jesus possibly if their is a substitution Martinelli can switch over to be their striker if Nketiah is taken out, Arsenal is still very formidable thus West Ham wouldn't pose any serious threat to Arsenal securing their three maximum points today.

Since Gabriel Jesus' injury, there seems to be a problem with Arsenal. The forward players, Saka, Martinelli, and the entire team are good, but Nketia had already replaced Jesus in most recent matches, and the club friendlies Arsenal played with Lyon, Milan, and Juventus were, in my opinion, below average. This could be because the key wingers have yet to return to World Cup. We'll have to wait and see how they match up with West Ham tonight. The match is always an interesting game to watch and like you said its going to be full of goals , but Aston Villa are far better when its comes to form compare to Liverpool. Although  Liverpool have not been all that good when it comes to playing  with lower rank teams  and aston villa has always given them problems especially when they are playing at Villa Park. But i think Aston Villa is not going to win this match, why?  Liverpool have already showed their playing strength in their game against Manchester City and although they lost the game but they played very well and i think this game between them and villa will be a way to straighten up things and secure their three points for the league.

Basically, in my personal view, Arsenal are not completely perfect, because even though so far Arsenal are still at the top of the Premier League standings because at the same time the competing teams are experiencing bad results. For example, Manchester City is a strong candidate for the title, but who would have thought Manchester City lost at home in the last match before the break yesterday when they played against Brentford.
Therefore, Manchester City also had bad results with two draws and two defeats, but Arsenal only got one draw and one loss.

With a record like that, of course, competition in the Premier League will be very difficult because usually, strong teams until the season break at least they don't lose.
But what happened to Arsenal, they can still be beaten, and with a result like that, I think Arsenal are still not strong enough to maintain their position at the top of the Premier League standings. Newcastle initial move has been very good, winning 9 of the last 10 games is a very good record for Newcastle who are in a transitional stage after being acquired by new owners.
Of course the good record that has been achieved has not completely made the club owner happy, the January transfer market will be played by Newcastle, who have abundant money to bring in several top players. I think Newcastle have set a target for the end of the season, they should at least be able to secure a ticket to the Champions League.

Even on papers Liverpool is very strong side, and they can do good against Aston Villa but now after arrival of Emery Aston Villa performance is impressive, and they can give tough challenge even both teams are missing their few star players but still it's never been easy game for both for full three points which are important for the Liverpool because they are currently at sixth and in case of lost any point they can drop from this position as well which will be not good for them.
As Chelsea and Manchester United both are putting their full strength for the European competitions and Liverpool is also already have not good start of the season with their average performance, hopefully now they will be improved and have better results.

I haven't checked Liverpool news lately but I think their injured players must be recovered by now. If so, then I think Liverpool can bounce back and climb up the table. They are definitely a great squad and can easily beat Aston Villa at its current state. Liverpool should be targetting to atleast make it into top 4 and I think this is the perfect point to start climbing up the table. Hopefully there aren't any those moments where they are beaten by underdogs as it will drag them down further on the table.

liverpool has a big list of injured players, they have luis diaz injured, they have diogo jota injured, they have roberto firmino injured, in practice liverpool is with only 30% of good capacity in attack, they have the Arthur who is a defender is injured, they have Virgil van Dijk in doubt, who is also an excellent defender, they have Trent Alexander-Arnold in doubt who is also another great player, they have Curtis Jones injured, that and another striker who will not play, they have James Milner who is a midfielder and is in doubt, they have Ibrahima Konaté who is a defender and is traveling and will not play, liverpool comes to this game very lacking and honestly I see the liverpool losing points in this game

Liverpool should be able to win against Aston Villa in this match. But that's on paper Liverpool has not performed well this season at all. So it is going to be a hard prediction to make. At least it is going to be hard to say that Liverpool is going to win easily. Because Liverpool has lost a few matches that they really shouldn't have. So, I believe with the injuries that they are facing right now, it is going to be harder for them to win.

Liverpool did not have a good start to the season. But they cannot let that be the excuse for them to not finish at least in the top 3 positions. Liverpool will be able to perform better in the second half of this season in my opinion if they have the players available.
