Exactly. Manchester United can use their transfer budget much more effective normally. But they have spent so much money for players who don't deserve that actually. Maguire is the first example coming to my mind. They spent a lot of money to sign Antony as well but we don't know how much he will be helpful for the team in the long-term.

I think the same about ten Hag. He isn't a special manager for Manchester United in the end. If he has a similar season to the previous one than he should get ready to say goodbye to his job. The same thing happened to Solskjaer as well.

This is just the first start for Ten Hag so it's still in the process of improving Manchester United even though the management has spent a lot of money on players but indeed that hope is still not satisfied plus they are now lacking a striker there is a possibility that in the January transfer market Ten Hag can spend on players but that it is not certain which one to choose, but the fact is that spending a lot of money is not in accordance with helping the team to be better.

Honestly I don't think Griezmann is playing that much bad at Atletico Madrid now. He has had quite nice amount of assists and goals so far. He can do better than this of course but I still find it enough considering his playing style. He likes to be helpful for his teammates at the same time. Because if he doesn't adapt well to the team they might have difficulties in selling him. He isn't young anymore so there wouldn't be many teams willing to pay a lot of money for his wage. If Manchester united coach can be able to get a new talented striker before next month, I think, they will definitely drag the first position with Manchester city before the end of this tournament.

I don't think Antoine Griezmann is the right choice for Manchester United now, considering that we often see him at Atletico Madrid, his performance is really not that good, I think Ten Hag's decision is more correct to bring in Cody Gakpo as a striker rather than Antoine Grizmann, Manchester United need players more a talented young man to build his name back from the downturn of several seasons.

Atletico under simeone was an old club that was always using the old strategy. it seems like that griezmann can't perform so well with atletico. Simeone can't dig his potential and it's better for griezmann moving to the new club rather than staying at atletico madrid

Several Dutch players have been heavily rumored to land at Manchester United, Gakpo and Memphis Depay maybe. I'm also thinking about the possibility of De Jong for Manchester United, he's good as a midfielder having previously failed to reach a deal.

I really don't know how to rate Manchester United manager Cristiano Ronaldo now that the World Cup is over. But I think if Cristiano Ronaldo is not getting the appreciation he deserves at this club, he should leave this club and go to another good club where he can further his career.

I agree,Griezmann is not that old and could be a nice add on in the attacking of Manchester United,he can play for another couple of seasons at full power until he becomes 34 where most players start going down in performance because age does not permit anymore to be a shiny player like these guys have been usually in their 23-28 which their prime.

I think he is still owned by Atletico and Atletico would be getting good money from such transfer considering his age which is not a young player anymore so if they manage to sell him to Manchester United can be a great move for Atletico which with that money can buy some new much needed players for them.

Usually most managers consider age for this position but seeing the contribution that Antoine Griezmann made for France can easily tell you why his being considered for this role, besides age is just a number... If the player can commit to put in the work then the is no reason to sideline him.

But the question that all fans will be asking now is will this transfer happen, for me I would say no January never sees United make moves.

Since Ronaldo is not returning to Manchester United again, it makes sense for Manchester United to try to sign Griezmann in addition to the other new players they intend to bring in.
