Yes, Newcastle is on a good track at the moment. They have been able to maintain their good form so far and look comfortable to continue to provide competition at the top. I would be very surprised if Newcastle can keep up this good form until the end of the season and qualify for the Champions League, but it could happen.

For sure that could happen, maintaining performance and getting a champions league qualification. As it is, only a few teams might be in the way of that and that would be Tottenham, Chelsea and maybe Liverpool bit all these teams are in some bad shape with little expectation of them in this league.

Newcastle completely dominated Leicester City in this game, I didn't really see anything from Leicester City except for the few cross in front of the goal from J. Vardy but, there was really no one there to push the ball in. Clearly it was going to to be a Newcastle win but, I isn't exoect a clean sheet and they got that too.

Everton really let me down, for destroying my multi bet. Because even though I only bet with the double chance option for the Everton match, Everton still lost by Wolves, which basically Wolves this season is not very good. Even the statistics show that Everton can at least control the game and in the end, Wolves can make the decisive goal at the end of the match.
It was a goal that certainly made all the Everton players very sorry, because they had reached the final minutes of the match to get at least one point.

If it continues like this, it is very likely that Everton will be relegated, because Everton is very difficult to get good results consistently. Even though they can make a quick goal like a big chance for them to get points, or at least they can also focus more on their defense.

Leicester are crap, they’re having an awful season but we have to give Newcastle some credit this season. They really are flying, with some pretty average players too. It’s going to take a monumental collapse for them to miss out on top 4 now. I think they’re going to get it which would be huge for them to attract top players in the summer.

Let's just leave Leicester who have been unable to do anything this season, they have just been humiliated by Newcastle 3-0 at home. It is difficult for Leicester to repeat last season's achievements, now they are still in 13th place with 17 points from 16 matches.
Meanwhile Newcastle has spread its wings with 33 points, Newcastle has grown rapidly this season. Their steady performance can see them finish in the top four and have the chance to play in the Champions League next season.

Close game for Brentford and Tottenham, but Tottenham is dominating the game stat but they aren't lucky with their goals, I think Tottenham can win this if they are only lucky with the accuracy of their shots,

Everton FC VS Wolverhampton Wanderers FC GOAL 1 - 2 - LOST

It was a close game, and I feel like Everton can win this just like Tottenham luck is not on their side aswell, well if you look at the stats of the game Everton was winning the game stats you can see Everton just got 9 fouls and the Wolves got 22 fouls but they still won the game,

Crystal Palace FC VS Fulham FC GOAL 0 - 3 - LOST

This one I was really wrong with my decision, Fulham is dominating the game but I think that Crystal Palace is having a hard time because of the 2 players that have gotten their red cards and that was Tyrick Mitchell and James Tomkins,

Leicester City FC VS Newcastle United FC GOAL 0 - 3 - WIN

Well the only win I acquired, but yeah Newcastle United just got the W and surely many more shots than Leicester even though Leicester got some of the game stats points it was not enough and Newcastle have beaten them senseless by dominating the scoreboard,

what an unexpected result that Tottenham managed to equalize 2-2 in minutes 65 & 71 (through goals made by harry kane & emile). With this result, Tottenham failed to shift Newcastle in 2nd place and had to be willing to be in 4th place. the competition in the big 4 is very tight.

A good bait from Andrew Robertson was executed well by Mohamed Salah in the 5th minute at the start of the match, it seems that Liverpool's ambition to rise to the top of the standings seems to be proven. And even though this is only the beginning of their game, Liverpool look very aggressive in attack.
Aston Villa also played very well at home and had several chances, and there is a possibility of scoring if Liverpool's defense is not tight and strong. Hopefully Liverpool will win and be able to compete at the top of the standings and at least be ranked 4th.

Tottenham demonstrated in their game against Brentford that a draw is preferable to a loss. What a lovely comeback by Tottenham.

I became aware that Tottenham could be able to tie the score at the end of the game the moment Brentford began to play defensively. However, since this is the first game following the international break, I wouldn't begin by criticizing any team for their poor performance at this time.

Tottenham were really bad at especially defending today. They gave important spaces to Brentford and they took advantage of them nicely. The first goal was a defensive weakness. The second goal came by a corner and Tottenham were bad at man marking there. Kane was again there to give the hope for a comeback for his team by a really nice header. Hojbjerg scored the equalizer thanks to Kulusevski. After the score became 2-2 Tottenham and Brentford both got chances to score the winner but failed.

Kane's header came back from the goal post and Toney wasted a huge chance right after that. Tottenham should have won this match. They were generally losing points in big matches. But this one showed that they are still not completely ready after the break.

I agree that it would not be right to criticize the first match because it is back from the world cup. Totthenem was normally a team that could outdo the easy teams in the league. A lot of mistakes were made in defense today, if these mistakes continue for the rest of the season, it will be very difficult to be in the top four. We've had discussions about Newcastle already and how they'll maintain the top four position at the end of the season if they continue with these performance. Big Credits today though, Almiron again on the score sheet.
Leicester had a good run like twice or thrice going without loosing before the world Cup but they couldn't give Newcastle a surprised win.

Tottenham Hotspur Fvcked up big time, too dull before the break as they couldn't make up with chances they had to score, my hunches tells me they're not entering the top four this way. Great header from Harry Kane though who was robbed broad day light as that should have been a penalty. It's more like a norm now scoring every boxing day.

And while Newcastle managed to move up to position 2 in the standings, surely Alan Shearer is now very proud to see the performance of his former club being able to compete with other top teams. Talking about the champions league, of course this will be a great start for newcastle to compete with other strong teams in europe, maybe later the opponents will be surprised if they face newcastle who is now so strong and great.

As for Fulham they have been more consistent than Crystal Palace this season. I expected Fulham to win the match,  their game was impressive and they were able to score 3 goals to realise full points.
