Manchester city have disappointed many people today, because many football fan has bet on Manchester willing today's game against Everton and that is one of the most surprising matches in the premier league this season. But no doubt Everton made wonderful use of the second half.

I think everyone had thought Manchester City would prevail over Everton but alas, Everton proved to be a worthy opponent and held Manchester City to a draw. Right now, I think Everton might as well consider the draw a win for them as they should be lucky they didn’t get beat.

Everton did put up a good fight. They came into the second half of the game a goal down. But that didn’t deter them, as they went on to score and equalize. I think they had a very good defense as well as the goalie.
I bet this wasn’t the result Manchester City was looking to get.

It looks like Manchester City are far behind Arsenal because of the draw with Everton which leaves Manchester City only one point, because Arsenal will definitely get full points and the current score is 0-1 against Brighton at home, and a goal from Bukayo Saka in the 2nd minute and the game is still very far away. And there is a possibility that Arsenal will score again.
and the difference of 7 points is not easy for Manchester City because Arsenal will maintain their performance and continue to win, and the 2nd position below is more interesting because the difference in points is only a little and anything can still happen.

The draw that Manchester City achieved was certainly very surprising. Playing at home and statistically they are also capable of mastering but failing to get full points is clearly a very big loss. Now The Citizens are seven points behind Arsenal, this is a pretty big number to catch up with if the Gunners continue to play optimally in every game.

Didn't expect honestly that Arsenal would lead so early in the match against Brighton. Expect more from them but Arsenal is so good this season and i think they might win the title in the premier league. But City is on an elite level and i think they will have a chance at the title

The early goal from Saka give us the advantage and gave the players more confidence that they are going to win the game. I like the way Arsenal are very organised playing, they are not in a hurry to attack, but always wait patiently for an opportunity to, that's why they have looked very much like they will score anytime they go forward. If we had not had Saka, Odegaard and Martinelli in that front position, we would have been having the effect of missing out on Jesus due to injuries. The team is playing so far, but like I will always say, we still need more quality players in January. In the second half, I am confident that this Arsenal team will be able to score another to seal the lead and secure the three point.

Costly loss of points for Manchester City, and that at home against Everton, certainly not a star team. Haaland still showed the right way by giving Manchester City the lead halfway through the first half, but they did not score more goals. Arsenal is the smiling third, they are now 0-2 ahead at half time and with a win they are no less than 7 points ahead of Manchester City. Of course, many more games, but 7 points is quite a gap. What also disappointed me is that Newcastle United did not manage to beat Leeds at home. Liverpool did not convince yesterday either. Yes obviously they are very confident and they are having great team work inside the team which is why they are winning matches. There is no pressure on them and even if they are having some, they are dealing with it nicely and easily. Their gameplay has been improving game after game and even without Jesus they are continuing to thrash their opponents.

Bukayo Saka, this dangerous young man is really amazing. The previous match he was able to score first for Arsenal, today's match he was also able to open the first goal for Arsenal. When Gabriel Jesus was injured, Arsenal did not lose a reliable striker, there are still other young players, Martin odegaard has also been a awesome so far. Arsenal really deserve to win the title this season, Manchester City will not be able to catch them.

What happened to Manchester City today is something that shocked me. Manchester City failed to maintain their positive results against Everton even though they were playing at home. Previously everyone seemed so sure that Manchester City would win that game, but after looking at the facts, they would probably admit that anything can happen during a match.

Even if I admit Manchester City have good statistics, but that never guarantees a match result. Haaland is still unstoppable, he keeps scoring goals every game but in the end he can't always help his team win every game. 7 points away from Arsenal right now is not something good, City need to do something and they can't sleep this deep. Even though Arsenal won't necessarily win against Brighton, I'm sure they will defend it until the game ends. Score 2-4 seems to be enough to celebrate before the new year.

I'm really happy with Arsenal's performance and happy for the team to end the year with the first place. I think Odegaard in particular impressed everyone with his performance today and with City losing points before I was almost certain that Arsenal would win today. Go Gunners!

Arsenal has been impressive this season and and it is beautiful to see their consistency has paid off with them going into the new year being top of the table. In the just-concluded game their opponents fought hard but the first goal was what made them unable to catch up but they played real hard.

Arsenal's defense had some holes in this match and it was terrible, they were guarding well till this match and during the final stages of the match Brighton scored a goal and my heart sunk as i placed a bet on under goals for Brighton and luckily it was an offside after taking VAR. During the final ten minutes of the match Brighton was attacking more and luck was on Arsenal's side.
