Liverpool are still a big disappointment and they have big weaknesses in the midfield. This can't go on like this if they want to climb the positions in the standings. They need to make some transfer moves to strengthen the lineup. Klopp really seems desperate about Liverpool's look now. They could have lost the Leicester game as well you know.

While focusing on the Champions League they shouldn't care about the Premier League much less than that. There is no guarantee that they will win the Champions League title in the end.

Liverpool again wasted the opportunity to be able to continue to compete at the top of the standings. Liverpool's hopes of pushing into the top five Premier League standings are increasingly difficult. Yes, Klopp must be aware of Liverpool's lack of performance. He must immediately move in the transfer market to look for players in defender and midfield positions, because those positions are starting to look very fragile. there is no point in having more than 65% possession of the ball but every attack that occurs is ineffective, and i see liverpool at the moment as a funny team, Brentford must have really celebrated their 3-1 win over Liverpool, with this result Brentford is only 2 points away from Liverpool and Brentford's chances of shifting Liverpool are huge.

There is no doubt that Liverpool possessed alot of the possession but Salah was not in his best mood to score the goals. I don't know  what to say about Nunez since his arrival. The whole situation is just tiring.
Liverpool should pray that Luiz Diaz should be fit with the addition of Gakpo. That is where I am seeing some positive change in the team. Otherwise nothing will come out of it.

I was saddened by Liverpool's loss among all the clubs. The fact that Brentford defeated Liverpool 3—despite Liverpool having a greater advantage in terms of ball possession (73% to Brentford's 16 goal attempts), I still find it hard to believe. As a result, the Premier League's games are getting more unpredictable and exciting. love the way the games are going.

My amazement at Liverpool losing to Bretford was overwhelming. I thought Liverpool was starting to regain their winning ways, or at least aim for the top position on the Premier League table(it currently seems to be unachievable). As a result of their defeat to Bretford, they should give up on making the top four and focus instead on competing in the Europa League (Liverpool and Chelsea teams).

It's still till date beats my imagination when football lovers talk about being overwhelmed or surprised about the losing of a big team to a less one, I only want to ask, is it that the said lesser teams to the bigger teams just like in the case of Brentford vs Liverpool today. Is it that these underdogs teams ain't also in the title race too or you think they are on the league table to fill in space. NO!
The beauty of football seem to be enjoyed when results as these takes place at one point to another else the games would just be boring and easier to predict on outcome. Am sure Liverpool fans never saw this coming, beat thing is to go keep your house in order as I don't see Liverpool surviving in the top four of the table at the end of this season should they continue in this form.

Brentford takes three points from Liverpool! what a day for Brentford team and fans. Liverpool played their 17th match of EPL today and are still at sixth position, Premier League run is surely getting tough for them.

They take the position of today's game but failed to score easy chances while their opponent converts on half chance and also scored an offside goal. Liverpool's defense and midfield are so vulnerable. Also, I don't see anyone playing well besides Salah.

Their attack line is still in trouble even from the previous game which won against Leicester like a give away thanks to an own goal.
This is a little difficult when indeed their condition has not changed much even though the great hopes are clearly visible for them.
Salah and Nunez still haven't been able to contribute much in this regard and the opportunities they have were wasted. and I agree that hope for Diaz and Gakpo is the last solution at this time.

The instability of Liverpool players made the team very vulnerable this season.. Many points missed and today's defeat vs Brentford was unexpected. I am aware that Brentford is surprising better teams but Liverpool made this easy for them.. 3 goals to 1 is a failure that Klopp will not accept easily.
Now Liverpool missed an opportunity to jump in front of Spurs.

Arsenal - Newcastle is going to be the most attention getting game of the day as it seems.

It has been like 12 years since Newcastle beat Arsenal in Emirates the last time. Arsenal are still better than them on paper now. They are the most serious title contender currently. Newcastle are also doing an amazing job with the current squad though. But I don't feel like this is a game they will win. Maybe we might have a scenario like Newcastle get ahead first and Arsenal win by 2-1 or so by a comeback. But I don't expect a comfortable win of course. Both teams would play attacking oriented.

I rather than having 30% ball possessions but have so many effective attack that was making me to make a few goals against my opponent. The fact that if it looks so funny to see that if the club like chelsea has so many ball possessions compared with its opponent but chelsea has less shots on target which is a shame for the club. Chelsea could not even build a proper attack against its opponent.
No reason to have big ball possessions without making the goals. This play style of football was the worst. Goal must become the main achievement that shall be achieved anytime

I'm not confidence about Liverpool's performance this season.  Sometimes they play well and sometimes they play very poor.  I'm not surprised with the result of Liverpool because I know anything can happen.

I don't know why this season the strength of Liverpool's attack line is not as strong as it used to be. Not only Salah but also the others, their attacks were not only ineffective but not as sharp as before. Especially in this game, they did have a bigger ball possession but they only showed a good game, not a winning game. No matter how good they play, if they keep losing, the result is still losing. Meanwhile, this time I give a thumbs up to Brentford, they were able to maximize their small chance of becoming a number of goals that silenced Liverpool.

I also felt amazed and couldn't stop thinking when Nottingham Forest was able to beat a team as big as Liverpool and this came back to really surprise me when I saw Liverpool being defeated by Brentford again today with an extraordinary score. It seems that there are a lot of things that need to be changed by the Liverpool team this season because if the performance is still like that, Liverpool will not be able to do anything in the Champions League when they meet a big team and are also stronger than Brentford.

Considering this fact, I am 100% sure that Arsenal will win the match and get another 3 points. Moreover, they will play at home, they have an advantage in this match. Sure, Arsenal will play offensive, the players should be fully motivated and confident to play at home. Newcastle only can only hope for a miracle to get points.

By the way, if Newcastle is defeated, Man United has a chance to overtake them. We may see again Man United in the top 3 of EPL.

Arsenal and Newcastle have the same record I mean only lost one game so far besides that Newcastle is the team that has conceded the fewest goals in the Premier League with only 11 goals this record cannot be ignored which means that Newcastle have a strong defense, even though Arsenal are playing at home but I think this is not an easy match to win at least Arsenal should make more efforts. Liverpool this season has been very poorly defended, the goals they have scored in 17 matches are even more than some of the teams above them but the huge number of goals conceded destroys everything, it's a shame that Liverpool's defense has been their weak point this season, maybe Klopp should look for a defender who can cover this gap, and this defeat really hurts, this season instead they lost to several teams who were not considered capable of beating them

What a very bad performance from liverpool. It seems like that cody gakpo has been wrongly picking the team. His performance may not help a lot for the club. I meant look at the result from last match. Losing 3-1 against brentford was a disaster for liverpool.The goal that made by chamberlain meant nothin as brentford was making three goals. Poor liverpool. This team may stay at the middle standing until the end of season like chelsea. Liverpool and chelsea have the same performance as both unable to win against the small team.

Liverpool doesn't show any good performance after their 3 stikers: Diogo Jota, Roberto Firmino and Luis Diaz are injured. Firmino and Diaz are very doubtful, while Jota will back on the early February. I think before February, it's the best time to bet on Liverpool's opponent even it's a weak club. The next Liverpool match is against Wolves, Brighton and Chelsea, I will make a bet on those clubs in draw no bet option.
