Last season they were even able to finish in second place with 92 points, I also feel sad about their current condition. All of this happened after they bought Darwin Nunez, I think he's one of the few people to blame. I hope that Klopp will make a new regular line-up in the next game for experimental purposes. If they can improve their condition starting the next match, I still believe that they can still be in the top 3 of the EPL standings.

VAR annulled 2 goals in the Brentford vs Liverpool match. I'm starting to wonder where Salah is and where is Nunez, who is basically expected to be able to mess up the Brentford defense in this match. I was saddened by Liverpool's loss among all the clubs. The fact that Brentford defeated Liverpool 3—despite Liverpool having a greater advantage in terms of ball possession (73% to Brentford's 16 goal attempts), I still find it hard to believe. As a result, the Premier League's games are getting more unpredictable and exciting. love the way the games are going.

From the stat of the game Brentford got the highest short on target while Liverpool got the highest in off target shorts. Liverpool defense was good but their midfielders fucked them up. When someone told me that Brentford is a very strong team, I wouldn't believed but for now I have confirmed their strength. Liverpool really end up with 3-1. This is a real embarrassment to the coach of the team. I was strongly believing Liverpool to win the match even seen the first goal scored by Brentford in the first half of the game.
Football is taking another dimension of prediction. We have to restrategizes our predictions now. Because if you use popular team to predict your bet then prepare to dance to happenings.

Brantford played a great match. Admittedly, I was betting on a Liverpool win. Liverpool played worse than their opponents today and gave them a real party. Brentford are 2 points behind Klopp's team now. By the way, Liverpool lost to Brentford for the last time in 1938. It's a very long streak for Liverpool. I think a lot of people bet on Liverpool winning based on that statistic. But their bet lost.

Liverpool started the second half looking like they were going to get an equaliser. The hope of the Liverpool supporters increased more even after the one goal that Chamberlain scored after Nunez goal was cancelled. Brentford have been able to hold on well to exploit the Liverpool player's who looked to have forgotten that they needed to defend too. It is over for Liverpool, their hopes of going up on the table today has been shattered, but for Brentford, it is another three points to take them closer to the top six on the table.

I wouldn't be so sure they would make the top 6. They have the most games played so far, behind them by one point are Fulham who have 17 games and Chelsea who have 16 and it's likely that Brentford will lose their 7th place in the very near future. Leicester play against Fulham tomorrow and we will be able to see the result.

I thought Liverpool was starting to regain their winning ways, or at least aim for the top position on the Premier League table(it currently seems to be unachievable). As a result of their defeat to Bretford, they should give up on making the top four and focus instead on competing in the Europa League (Liverpool and Chelsea teams).

They actually played quite well but their problem recurred when they struggled to keep up with quick counter-attacks that were carried out even though this problem had existed since the start of last season.
The players especially for the 2 fullbacks they are always behind and not in a position when needed which in the end their defense becomes weak.
This is a real disappointment when they should be able to capitalize on this.

Not sure where is the board heading with its ambitious vision to have graham potter back in a very long term project , he is clearly incapable to handle such huge clubs with great demand to achieve big things and winning in every single match , manchester city next this thursday and i'm ready to see chelsea get humiliated.

I think that there was not different between the era for abramovich compared with todd. Todd itself wanna try to sack potter if potter will not make chelsea will be able to go up again. I think that potter has been wasting so many chance. Chelsea itself has not yet performed so well.
It's always going up and down no matter how easy or difficult the opponent that will be faced by the team. it doesn't make sense to see the latest result from chelsea against nottingham. It seems like that chelsea has been degrading a lot since it was under the new owner.
I can only hope that there will be so many adjustments to happen with the club. It's a big bet by potter whether he will stay or leave from chelsea very soon.

No , the report says that graham potter has met the board few days ago and told that his long term contract is secure and will do giving more time to settle in the role , that's pretty clear that there is no planning to sack him in the near future just like chelsea used to do when the downturn has heaped pressure on managers.

Liverpool didn't expect all this defeats this season,  if they had known I don't think they would allow Mane to go. Liverpool again wasted the opportunity to be able to continue to compete at the top of the standings. Liverpool's hopes of pushing into the top five Premier League standings are increasingly difficult. Yes, Klopp must be aware of Liverpool's lack of performance. It's still till date beats my imagination when football lovers talk about being overwhelmed or surprised about the losing of a big team to a less one, I only want to ask, is it that the said lesser teams to the bigger teams just like in the case of Brentford vs Liverpool today. Is it that these underdogs teams ain't also in the title race too or you think they are on the league table to fill in space. NO!
The beauty of football seem to be enjoyed when results as these takes place at one point to another else the games would just be boring and easier to predict on outcome. Am sure Liverpool fans never saw this coming, beat thing is to go keep your house in order as I don't see Liverpool surviving in the top four of the table at the end of this season should they continue in this form.

Brentford takes three points from Liverpool! what a day for Brentford team and fans. Liverpool played their 17th match of EPL today and are still at sixth position, Premier League run is surely getting tough for them.

They take the position of today's game but failed to score easy chances while their opponent converts on half chance and also scored an offside goal. Liverpool's defense and midfield are so vulnerable. Also, I don't see anyone playing well besides Salah.

Maybe it's too early to throw away Liverpool from the Champions League, but I can tell that they will not win the Premier League Title this year. But I would love to see Liverpool playing Europa League

Their attack line is still in trouble even from the previous game which won against Leicester like a give away thanks to an own goal.
This is a little difficult when indeed their condition has not changed much even though the great hopes are clearly visible for them.
Salah and Nunez still haven't been able to contribute much in this regard and the opportunities they have were wasted. and I agree that hope for Diaz and Gakpo is the last solution at this time.

The instability of Liverpool players made the team very vulnerable this season.. Many points missed and today's defeat vs Brentford was unexpected. I am aware that Brentford is surprising better teams but Liverpool made this easy for them.. 3 goals to 1 is a failure that Klopp will not accept easily.
Now Liverpool missed an opportunity to jump in front of Spurs.

Arsenal - Newcastle is going to be the most attention getting game of the day as it seems.

It has been like 12 years since Newcastle beat Arsenal in Emirates the last time. Arsenal are still better than them on paper now. They are the most serious title contender currently. Newcastle are also doing an amazing job with the current squad though. But I don't feel like this is a game they will win. Maybe we might have a scenario like Newcastle get ahead first and Arsenal win by 2-1 or so by a comeback. But I don't expect a comfortable win of course. Both teams would play attacking oriented.
