My prediction is slightly different from yours. My prediction is Arsenal will win with a score of 1-0. Even though it looks like Arsenal are dominating. but Newcastle looks to be able to keep up with Arsenal's pattern of play. And I think in the second half we will see a different game and maybe a bit of a change of strategy from Newcastle and Arsenal.

I'm more afraid that Arsenal may end this as draw, the odd is tempting to stake but at the same time I'm having this weird feelings that Arsenal will score in second half. Statistically Arsenal controls the field but at the same time, it's difficult for Newcastle to make a goal. I was even expecting Nketiah to score in the first half of the match but ended up with a yellow card and now he has to be less aggressive on the field to avoid been remove with another yellow card.

The second half has begun, let's hope Saka put a goal in their neck otherwise it will be a second loss that Arsenal will get this season and Newcastle will be happy to brag about it because it been a while they won in the Emirates.

60 minutes have passed but I am now starting to doubt whether Arsenal can win this match. But I will still hope Arsenal can score 1 goal in this second half. But if in the end this match will end in a draw. then I guess I must have a lot of losing bets after the start of this season break. only very few matches match predictions and analysis and the rest always end in surprising results.

I know how badly the draw is going to affect their performance and threaten their position on the table, but one thing I know is when it is time for a team to lift the cup or win,  luck will somehow be in their favor. Newcastle played defensively it's obvious their game plan is to play a draw, two of their players always marked Saka and Martinelli at the wings thus frustrated every Arsenal plan to operate from the flank, Arsenal were the better side but lack cutting edge at their final third however Newcastle have one of the strongest defence in the league this accounted to lower numbers of goals conceded by the team, though they are also a good team too and on the table is a great achievement by Howe,  a win by Arsenal would have extended their lead and consolidate their top position on the league with 10 points unfortunately drew and earned one point.

Newcastle are absolutely a different team this season, and they will get better next season and going forward because now the club has the funds to buy quality players, what they have to do now is to make it possible for themselves to allure these quality players and the perfect way to do it would be to qualify for the CL next season by finishing in the top four this season.

Having said that, the point apiece for Arsenal and Newcastle is good result for the both of them. It is going to be extremely difficult for Newcastle to finish in the top four, but with their recent performances they might be able to achieve it if they maintain this their consistency.
