There is no need to rush to conclusions, right now there are still many possibilities that will happen at every club, just because a player leaves and someone comes to a new club doesn't mean all conditions can change. When the transfer market season is still wide open, all clubs have the same opportunity. Your points are not logical, maybe you should go back to read what you replied to for better understanding since it's obvious you just replied out of context. No one is entirely blaming Arteta, he tried last season and won awards, and no one is also disputing the fact that Man City has good firepower in their squad. I'm also thinking about the potential that Manchester City won't be the team to win the Champions League the next year because they've already lost Gundogan and are going to lose Bernardo Silva, who also wants to quit the team and join Barcelona.
