Undoubtedly, there would be a lot of expectations from Chelsea management and club fans on Mauricio Pochettino come next season because of the fact that he knows how to turn an average team to a very competitive just like he did with Tottenham Hotspur.
However, I don't think the club's management board would want to put too much pressure on him. Pochettino would be given time to build Chelsea to a very strong club that'll will be very competitive in not just domestically but also in Europe

Waiting for the fans gonna blame him again once chelsea will face another horrible performance next season. It's now many people put really high expectation for them. Pochettino is also still doing hard job to sell as many players as possible.
The chelsea squad is still extremely big right now compared with the squad owner by another club. Chelsea is holding so much money right now.
Waiting for further movement by pochettino to buy the new player to strengthen the club.

Pochettino should revamp the Chelsea team. Chelsea have a lot of players in their squad, a lot of star players in the team. But Chelsea management should now consider Pochettino's decision. If coach Pochettino can build a squad with complete will and freedom then it will be easier for him to stabilize the squad. And if the Chelsea management interferes in the formation of the squad then it will not be easy for coach Pochettino to keep the team stable.

There's a problem already in the squad selling almost all the old players to the rival clubs is a big risk to Chelsea, they're making money because of their sales, but it will affect Pochettino and the Young stars they bought last season. Every club must have some set of old stars, that will help the young ones to settle in the club. Chelsea has sold all their stars for reason best known for them.

Maybe Chelsea have other reasons why they are selling players who are considered important and can make a good contribution to the team. Ok, so I do agree that United giving #7 puts a really high hopes form Mount but this can play as "double edged sword" that depends on how he makes his start for United. There is high expectations from Mount right now and if he fails to make strong impressions then he can really fall out of ten Haag favor later on - similar to what happened with Eden Hazard at Real Madrid. It is also important for ten Haag to play him at his comfortable position to make best out of him. Mount is very adaptable in attacking positions so it will give ten Haag a good advantage to use him in matches according to situations.

Mason Mount is important player for Chelsea but faced difficult get regular position last season and looks not happy stay with Chelsea until his contract over, seems logic when loss position as main player move to other team who guarantee with more minutes playing is the best choose for Mount. Mason Mount will add strength to Manchester United. He is a very good player and has the potential to make a difference for Manchester United. They have effective names on the offensive side. Manchester united coach is doing well for the new step he took in this summer to signed in some new talented players which is giving some fans joy, because they believe that the team will not end up in 5th position in the premier league competition next season. I think, Chelsea church have some new talented players he is planning to bring in to fill the gap in this summer because the new coach will not allow Chelsea to experience any defeat next season. Manchester United's move to bring in Mason Mount from Chelsea is indeed a pretty brilliant move. And I believe under the Coach Erik Ten Heg, Mason Mount will become a great player with Manchester United. And I personally really regret that Chelsea let him go so easily. even though Mount is a talented young player who has the potential to develop even better. But the Blues one by one let go of their flagship players. And it's actually keeping some players that I don't think are any better than Mount. Now everyone is on edge, and rightfully so, thanks to Pochettino's arrival at Chelsea. His performance at Tottenham has been outstanding. The Chelsea board of directors, however, is not as patient as Tottenham's. There is a strong possibility that they will dismiss him before he has a chance to demonstrate his abilities if the squad underachieves.

Chelsea’s intention is to renew and revive the club from the poor form they suffered last season and in my opinion it is not a hasty decision. If you are a chelsea fan you will know what the club is going through, I watch our matches back to back and i know every player’s performance, most of the players that were sold were so relaxed and played the way they like, they didn’t give their best for the club they play as if nothing was at stake or they are not being paid. If i were the owner i will sell every single one of them and bring in new players (LOL)

Most of those players are not adding anything to the game so what’s the essence of keeping them? If they are not sold players would be too much leading to the club covering for larger wages. The only players i feel should still be in the club are Mount and Kante but Kante’s injuries are getting worse and Mount made a decision to leave the club so it’s best to let them go. There will be a huge boost if chelsea manages to sign Caiceido and surely there will be improvements next season.

I wonder how things have changed this much about Joao Felix for Atletico Madrid. Not a long time ago Simeone didn't seem to be a fan of him. Atletico Madrid were even thinking of selling him for around 50 million euros as far as I can remember. But now the situation is the opposite. Now he has become a more indispensable player for his team.

According to news Atletico Madrid even want 100 million euros for him to think of selling him to any team. PSG have been the rumoured team with him recently. But after hearing about the price I don't know whether they would be keen on signing him that much. Maybe a loan option would be okay depending on Atletico Madrid's plans for him.
