These pre-game seasons are quite worthless when it comes to their meaningfulness for the real season. Of course you could say that Nunez scored a few goals, but against whom? Yesterday they played against Greuther Furth, a 2. Bundesliga team from Germany and they played 4-4. Now is that a good result for Liverpool and does it mean that Nunez is the right guy because he scored 2 goals in an 8 goals game against a 2. Bundesliga team? This is really meaningless in my opinion. The first real test will be against Chelsea when the new season starts.

Any player has a different time to adapt to the club. Nunez and gakpo were a flop last season, i don't even think if the new players will be performing even better. There are also possibilities for those players to be stagnant or they will not have improvements on their playstyle.

They realized that one of their most noticeable weaknesses last season was that their midfield wasn't working too well, as several of their players were out injured. Yes, Liverpool will definitely get it right this season because their players are showcasing some skills in the pre-season match to make their fans to have faith that they will not end up in that position they ended up last season. Pre season games help players to adapt and understand the players and teams style of play but it doesn’t guarantee how a players performance will turn out, we have seem a lot of players perform wonderfully well in pre season games and end up becoming a flop when the season begins. Nunez is the best example, his pre season performance was excellent and he was even compared to Haaland and some even went as far to say he woulf beat Haaland to become the highest goal scorer in the league. No mistakes Nunez has got qualities and he could make a turn around when new players joins the team, last season was not a good season for the team and maybe that was part of the reasons his performance declined.

For all that says he needs time and those that say he needs to play with better players we will see the outcome of his performance next season because the team have added some quality players and by now am sure he would have fully settled, one season is enough for a player to adapt to change. I don’t know what others may think but as for me his performance this upcoming season would determine what i will conclude about nunez. He need to prove everyone wrong and redeem himself.

To me, most of the preseason games are glorified training matches and that's because most of these club players doesn't bring out the best from them when playing these preseason matches because the games aren't important to their respective clubs and the goals scored in the preseason games doesn't get added to a footballers record.
That being said,  most of the English Premier League clubs has shown that they'll do extremely well when the new premier league season kicks in August

True alot of players play these preseason games with no pressure at all which is why their best is not seen in these games, only newly promoted academy players that want to impress and keep a spot in the team actually play to their best. Preseason games are not important games thats why it is played with less effort, it is used to assess players and to blend the team so all players get familiar with each other before the commencement of the league. Irrespective of the goals scored I don’t usually use the preseason games to judge players and the team, some players do well in the preseason and fail to perform well under pressure when the league starts while some others play averagely in preseason games and end up having a wonderful performance in the league when the season starts.

If I'm not mistaken so far there are still two new players who joined Liverpool in the summer namely Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai. I think pre-season matches will always produce pro and con opinions, especially when Liverpool, who are so favored, can only play in draws. The factor of conceding a lot of goals is also the thing that is most often debated and maybe Liverpool are not really thinking about that at the moment.

Yes Nunez truly needs to prove his doubters wrong this coming season but I don’t think he will have that enough playing time like he did in the start of the season. The fact that Luiz Diaz, Gakpo and Jota will also be available will actually limit his game time. I think due to the glimpse of what Gakpo showed in central forward position last season I feel Klopp will most likely deploy him as a natural nine. So right now it is still hard to know maybe Nunez will be first choice before we can discuss the number of goals he will score.

Bayern Munich main priority is actually getting Harry Kane but with the way Levy the Tottenham director is behaving I don’t think they want to allow Kane to leave. They do not really "need" new players, they just need the ones they have to play like they used to. They have great stars like Salah, Trent, VVD and so forth, and none of them played like they used to last season. If they could get their current players play at the highest level they could play, then they do not really need many new players. They got a midfielder and that's good, they needed that and with him they are going to be better but that's about it.

Now that they had one bad season, maybe they learned their lesson and will be better in the future? I am not sure if that will be the case but it better be because they really need those players for sure. It's going to matter a lot because they need them to get back to their good old selves again.

The way I see it, Bayern Munich is going to sign Kane because they will be meeting with Tottenham again to discuss transfer fees, and I think Bayern Munich will be well-prepared to ensure that the deal is completed because if Bayern Munich and Tottenham couldn't come to an agreement this time, Manchester United would take advantage of the situation to sign Kane since Manchester United also needs a striker player. Although Manchester United still has good players, I believe the team also needs a goal-scoring player like Kane. They might not even attain that, i know that money is quite important in the development of any league, but money isn't the only prerequisite, and for now the major reason why most players move to Saudi is because of the huge amount of money involved. Definitely the Saudi Pro League is now more popular than it was before, but that's exactly how popular the Chinese Super League was a couple of years ago, when they pumped money into the league, but it didn't quite end well for them.

I doubt your statement because being financially able to develop their league to gain popularity is enough to gradually take them to the top, I means they're financially capable of building standard stadiums, getting quality training facilities, and employing good coaches with better strategies to help train and develop their league to challenge to the top, maybe it might not happen rapidly but in the near future I think it's  possible, because singing those quality players alone for instance Cristiano Ronaldo and other top European players is a motivation to those country side players that sees him as their role model, playing along side one of the best player of all time would be enough to boost their moral and want to train hard to be like him, it would also make them more competitive which Is one of the criteria of being classified amongst  the best leagues.
 Of course the Chinese league declined after pumping money into it, but there were several factors that hindered the league from developing into a top contending league, according to research there were corruption cases and the financial issues they suffered due to the corona outbreak that made investors to look else where and i belive the Saudi league which is the most promising as of now would learn from their mistakes and not share same fate as them.
