I had the time to watch today's match between Arsenal and Manchester city from the beginning till the end, and trust me when i say that this is one of the best matches for Arsenal when it comes to performance, in fact, I have never seen or watched Arsenal play this good against a bigger club like Manchester city.

It was a wow game for Arsenal, I was actually expecting the game to end in a draw, but Arsenal got lucky around the 80th minute of the game and scored their first and winning goal. Manchester indeed performed very badly to be honest, in as much as I did not pray for them to win the game, I was not expecting them to perform this badly, I could even count how many times Haaland got hold of the ball.

Over all, I am very happy with the outcome of todays match, once again, Arsenal have made their fans proud of the team they are supporting.

I also had to watch the match, it is a match i just couldn’t miss but i was disappointed with the outcome of the match both teams were scared to attack so the opponent don’t penetrate them easily. They both possessed when with the ball which was why there was no serious chances created. There was only 3 shots on goal throughout the match which made the match a bit boring.

Arsenal impressed me with the way they approached the game, it was the only they could actually win against Manchester City. They played more of defending and the whole players were fully spirited, they were the better team and they deserved the win today because they were the better side. I doubt if they can do the same in the second leg.

I was also expecting a draw but they didn’t score in the 80th minutes they got lucky from a deflection in the 86th minute. It was a lucky win but a win is a win and i am happy Arsenal got the win because I don’t want to see Manchester City winning the league again.

Arsenal very well used some decline in Manchester City conditions. last round loss to Wolves showed that Manchester City is not invincible. now Arsenal and Tottenham share 1st and 2nd places in Premier League.

Yeah, Arsenal and Tottenham currently share the same 20:20 points and both team sitting in the top one and two in the EPL table respectively, but if you ask me, i would say that i am actually expecting Tottenham to lose any of their coming games, Arsenal will soon become or gain the top position, I just hope they don't lose their form, their game today was really incredible and one i personally commend and congratulate them for, Its been quite a long time I watched Arsenal play this good.

And to set the record straight, I do not think that Manchester city is declining, Arsenal was just too good, though i believe that Manchester city didn't have some key players on board, but Arsenal didn't also have some key players as well, so in the end, it still boils down to Arsenal winning because of a really good game they played.

There will be a time for Arsenal to break their record meeting with Manchester City and that was answered in today's match with Arsenal's victory at the Emirates Stadium which finally made them win for the first time after 12 meetings without winning. This was also Mikel Arteta's first win when facing Pep Guardiola. A hard kick that hit Manuel Ake resulted in a winning goal for Arsenal and also secured full points.

Actually, I was quite bored watching this match because there weren't many opportunities created and it was also apparent that both teams played very carefully in this match so as not to make fatal mistakes. Sometimes when Manchester City has the ball, Arsenal has difficulty winning it and on the other hand, when Arsenal has the ball, they seem confused when they want to attack. One thing is certain now that Arsenal have managed to beat their toughest competitors since last season to win the EPL title and this is an absolute good result for the Gunners.

Mikel Arteta bringing on Gabriel Martinelli for Leandro Trossard in the 47th minute was a good choice and their attack became more dangerous in the second half, and had several chances. I saw Gabriel Martinelli feel disappointed several times when his team gave him an inaccurate ball and also when he asked him to give it too late.
Gabriel Martinelli became a hero for Arsenal. Apart from winning this match, Arsenal also just won against Manchester City after 12 meetings.

And I didn't feel bored with this great match, because they played tactically and very carefully. And I am sure that if Arsenal is consistent with their performance and without any of their main players being injured they will definitely lead the standings this season.

I really missed Saka in today's match and I know the goal would have been more than one, had it been he wasn't injured and off schedule.
The match was calm throughout, as if both teams  were trying not to overdo or over stretch themselves because of more League matches ahead.
Martinelli was a good substitution and I was scared at a time when Odegaard was tackled, so he doesn't go on injury because he is very key to the Arsenal midfield and and a good link to G.Jesus.

City have lost two English Premier league games in a row and have drooped to the third position. I am happy that Arsenal won this game because it will make the league more open and competitive. Arsenal showed the champions no respect and gave them little or no chance to control the game. The Gunners had greater ball possession and created good chances. My best player in this game is Declan Rice because he was just outstanding and has proved that he is worth his high transfer fee.  

i see Man City has 51% of the ball possession and Arsenal only has 49% of the ball possession, as the host, Arsenal really played very well and directed, Arsenal even succeeded in making 12 'shots throughout the match, the goal was scored by Martinelli in the 86th minute, Arsenal emerged victorious, Declan Rice is indeed one of the best wing midfielders in the EPL at the moment, Arsenal is lucky enough to have him, Arsenal's opponent on the next matchday is Chelsea, i'm curious whether Havertz will make another assist in next week's match.

This is how a serious team who really know they came for competition should play. Really i am impressed with Arsenal, the game was well composed, accuracy and composure. When i saw the lineup i was wondering what Mikel Arteta had done when he kept Gabriel Jesus to play wing 7 because of Saka's injury. But indeed he played well in that position wasn't expecting much but he did pretty well. Scince the start of this season i see a different kind of playing pattern from all the teams. Indeed this season all the teams are playing well and one thing is for sure it's 50/50 when making predictions because any team might surprise you this season. The Big City has lost two straight matches perhaps this season I see the title will slip out of their hand.

First of all let me start by saying a big congratulations to the players who made today's outing a successful one for the clubs and also to say a very sounding congratulation to Asernal for winning the weekend game against the defending champion Manchester City, even though the match ended with just a goal it shows a big difference on how things are going in the premier leagues, although this present season is having a similar play out like the last season, then, Arsenal need to be more proactive in this season to avoid what happened in the last seasons from repeating itself .

This is the second time this season that Arsenal has won Man City. Arsenal deserves the winning because they played impressively and towards the last fifteen minutes of the game, Arsenal too control of the match. Arsenal goalie is a good server of the ball as he helped to put his player on a better side of scoring a goal.

The 86th minute's goal put Arsenal ahead of and took the lead with a full three point in today's match. Amongst all the matches that was played in EPL today, this is the match that points were not shared. Atsenal really impressed me with their victory over Manchester City. City has dropped points in two consecutive matches presently.

EPL this round ended up with weird results starting from the victory of teams that failed in past like Chelsea and Manchester United then the failure of top teams like Manchester City and the draw of Liverpool and Newcastle.

Kelvin De Bruyne's absence was felt very much in the game and Manchester City's side couldn't create much of a chance, leaving Haaland unfeded with passes that resulted in a city not performing as expected in this game.
Arsenal did incredibly well towards the end of the match and therefore deserves this victory.

This could definitely be a big turning point for Arsenal especially. Because I don't think they were in the second position so far in this season. And being able to beat the best team in the league, Manchester City is definitely going to give them a big boost in confidence. I personally believe that they have the ability to beat Tottenham as well. But the thing is they will have to be consistent throughout the whole season. They cannot just be performing well at the start and not win matches towards the end. so far, we have seen that happening in two seasons. I hope in this season, Arsenal will be able to consistently perform and not drop easy points.

Manchester City losing two games in a row, that's a headline! Wolves started it, and Arsenal has followed, will Brighton be able to keep up the new trend next? The only thing worse than losing two consecutive games is if you lose three consecutive games, and If Manchester City lose the next game or even end the game in a draw, it will become obvious that they will not be able to defend their premier league title this season. Or maybe Kalvin De Klein? Enough of the jokes but I have been thinking this for a while now. Regarding results Manchester City has been mostly efficient in their games, but it wasn't the same Manchester City as last season with a Kevin De Bruyne and Gundogan in extraordinary shape. That makes a huge difference and now this becomes evident in almost every game. It is particularly obvious when Manchester City is having problems to find the final opener for the game and that is when players like De Bruyne or Gudogan were always there last season. Alvarez has been doing this a couple of times now, but against the very strong opponents missing a player like Dee Bruyne hurts even more.

But it was a deserved win for Arsenal. They haven't been lucky or anything. I was quite sure it will be a close game and ok, if one team scores a few minutes before the end it could always be called luck to some degree, but looking at the whole game Arsenal was definitely the better team and hence deserved full points here.

Arsenal performed well last season, but have lost consecutive points in recent weeks. I don't think they will make the same mistake again this season. Therefore, today's win will motivate them a lot.

Haaland's performance has not been good in recent weeks. He has not been able to use the physical superiority we have seen in previous matches lately. Of course, this is because rivals are taking special precautions for Haaland. Although his one-shot ability is very good, he could not show it in the last matches. At City, I see a general lack of performance in the team. They will recover soon.

Unfortunately, Manchester City have got their second loss in a row on Premier League after last match defeated by Wolves and tonight Arsenal as second teams make City loss three points. Its not good result for Citizen because they have loss two matches in a row and make their position standing drop to 3rd placed behind 2 points remaining from Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.
On other side, Arsenal continues with impressive performance after defeating Manchester City and success become Premier League team who still unbeaten and follow with Tottenham Hotspur performance without get loss yet.

That's right, Arteta decision was very good, also he played Kai Havertz who was a substitute for Nketiah. Kai Havertz was very calm in giving a pass to Martinelli, and Martinelli can take advantage of opportunities to score a goals very well. But also if the ball hadn't hit the City player's head, maybe I think this match will end without a goal because both of team are quite solid. But anyway, Arsenal are really a great to beat City, I personally was happy to see that because with this victory, the mentality of Arsenal players will increase to consistent for the title.

Back to back EPL defeats for Pep Guardiola and City, i know Pep is a tactical genius, but i don't think he got his tactics right this time, it was almost like City were playing for a draw at some point. Arsenal were more daring and i think they deserved the win, i know the match was somewhat 50-50, but i think they controlled the game better and had most of the desire to go on and win the game, which they did.

City have missed Rodri immensely, they have lost the 3 games he missed (vs Newcastle, Wolves and Arsenal), this just goes to show how important the Spaniard is to City. After he lost his head and got sent off against Nottingham Forest, the question was if City would pay for it, which they did. Rodri would be available for their next game against Brighton after the international break, but City are going to have a tough run of big games in the next couple of weeks and we'd have to see how well City react.

For a very long time, today has been my happiest day. This isn't due to anything in particular rather, it's because Arsenal upset Manchester City. I wish I could celebrate, but we need more victories of this caliber from Arsenal. And pep is not always a lucky charm that will work. Many Arsenal haters won't be able to speak anymore because they never anticipated it. Everyone anticipated a draw, and even Manchester City had that as their goal for the game's conclusion. But in the end, we came out on top. Also Arsenal has the ideal opportunity to grab the lead as Manchester City appears to be hurt owing to the absence of some players. Things won't be simple for the Premier League even with Rodri present.

Tottenham really made a big surprise, the majority of EPL fans didn't think they could be unbeatable in the hands of this new coach, i wonder how long Tottenham will be at the top of the EPL standings, it seems Pep Guardiola has to use a new strategy.

8 games in the Premier League and no one lost, this are 1st place in the league. I think that Harry Kane currently congratulate his ex teammates. He is in 3rd place in the German League. Who would have thought that Manchester loses today. The next two top games are on 04.11. against Chelsea and 02.12. against Manchester City. Heung-Min Son is with 31 years one of the most important players at Tottenham, in 8 games he scored 6 goals.

Before last year's title, Napoli also took a lead but failed at the end of the season. I hope that Arteta has finally formed a championship team (it looks like it) and this year they will last for the whole season. City (due to the KDB and maybe not only because of it but also for “natural” reasons) is experiencing a decline and this will be an additional help in achieving the goal. The next games will show what we can count on - they are very difficult for City.

Both Arsenal and manchester city played woefully in today's clash, perhaps it's because both teams are suffering from injury set back in their key players. The absence of KDB in Manchester city squad has reveal a lot about Man city and the impact is obvious. Haaland who's known to be goal machine has silently go off and ghost himself in big games. He was completely a minus today for city. I don't know what's wrong with Pep when he decides to subbed off Alvarez who's been making some attempt instead of Haaland.

On Arsenal side, injury has taken down their major wingers and it affected their performance too. Jorginho deserves some applaud for his performance today as he hold the midfield together. Arsenal goal keeper lacks confidence and it'll be very dangerous to give him back pass. He would have caused Arsenal downfall today but lucky enough, they managed to get the late winning goal.

However, the league is still fresh to talk about the table but who knows if this is Spurs season? Lol

I've a feeling about this 2023/2024 EPL campaign, because there's alot of surprises and actions against standard and average team. Tottenham Hotspur and Gunners remained unbeaten this season, records an outstanding performance against their opponents. Spurs new boss, Angelos Postecoglou have done an incredible job for Tottenham Hotspur in his first season in charge. The Spurs remained unbeaten in games and ranked #1 on EPL table after their tremendous winning against Luton Town despite playing 10 men at Kenilworth Road stadium. If Spurs continue to push harder, they will maintain a good spot this season.

Liverpool drew away to Brighton and left 2 points on the table. Despite leading at half time they couldn't hold on to their lead and drew. I wouldn't have expected Brighton, who conceded 6 goals against Aston Villa, to be too focused in the Liverpool game but it looks like they recovered from that heavy defeat with ease. Both teams had European commitments during the week and were visibly tired.
In another game with the same scoreline Newcastle drew 2-2 away to West Ham. Newcastle, who managed to beat PSG with an excellent game during the week, failed to win this away game despite taking the lead. Despite losing the first half, Newcastle started the second half fast and scored 2 goals in 5 minutes with Isak, but they couldn't prevent the goal in the last minutes and drew.

I expected Liverpool sharing points with Brighton but I wasn't having enough balls to stake on the game,  though I managed to go with both team scoring.
 Wolves Aston Villa was very clear to me and I selected that for a full time draw result.

Without Bias, I've always wanted Arsenal to win the Premier League last season but they got the Premier League ursurped by Manchester City.
Today, I'm still down for Manchester City dropping points. Arsenal should win this game with three goals to one.

Arsenal have defeat City for the 2nd time and they did it without their star player Saka, there performance today was superb and I think they deserved to win the game, I love the way Arsenal players were very serious today and they played like they were in a final match, last season Arsenal almost won the league but bottled it, by allowing City to overtake them on the standings, however this season they're very serious and are taking every games by storm, they're among the only 2 teams to be unbeaten this season, and  won't be suprised if either of the 2 Current unbeaten teams win the league.

 The absence of Rodri in the squad has really caused problem for Mancity in 2 games now and I think Pep Guardiola needs to adjust his game play else they might keep dropping points, they tried against Arsenal today but were unlucky to concede at the late minutes of the game, there next match is against Brighton, they're playing at home but needs to be careful.
