You are correct. No matter how well or poorly Chelsea performs this time around, they cannot compete with Arsenal. I am aware that some people may believe Chelsea can compete with Arsenal because Lens defeated them in the Champions League, but this is the Premier League, and even Chelsea fans will find it difficult to predict their team's victory over Arsenal. As a result, even if they won against Burnley or Fulham. Arsenal will be my preferred club to win, and I believe they will have nothing to worry about, despite my thinking that they may take advantage the benefit of playing at home to win against Arsenal, but they always deliver poor results.

There is no chance of Chelsea  winning against Arsenal. Firstly Arsenal team is in very good form. The players are now more  confident after beating City in the last match. At the same time, Arsenal's overall performance is much better than Chelsea's. Chelsea team is very weak right now.

Getting draw is more than enough for chelsea rather than losing three points. The only main problem if this is football and we can't even deny sometimes a poor club can get a miracle that made it able to win even against the strong team.

For now, what you said regarding Chelsea is correct, it is quite surprising to see that Chelsea is only able to achieve positive results when they meet clubs that are classified as mediocre. Of course, this is not in line with their shopping list last summer, which looked extravagant but did not meet expectations and provide the expected impact, for now I also doubt that Pochettino squad can finish in the UCL zone. And as you said Chelsea it is difficult to compete with other top clubs in the EPL. Well Guordiola thinks he had the solution to team in the absence of the injured Kevin de Bruyne unfortunately non of the players who played that role hasn't live up to expectations, Foden who played the role hasn't make any impact, Silva and Kovacic couldn't make any difference likewise, therefore the way forward for Man City means the team would just have to cope with the absence of Kevin de Bruyne and it's very obvious the team has been struggling at their attack due to non clear cutting assist and passes to Haaland for him to score, now with look of things Man City would struggle to defend their league title this season.
