Winning  Pep Guardiola was one of the bolstering ambition for the Gunners boss, that means he's ready to be in the competitive race for EPL title.

Now Arsenal's players are good, their rhythm is also good and Havertz can still develop. Seeing that all the players are still young, they can still develop rapidly and become top players. Arsenal's problem is just a storm of injuries and the consistency of this game is what Arsenal are afraid of. Last season, Arsenal's performance from the start of the season was also very convincing, even Man City was far behind Arsenal in terms of points, but in the last few matches at the end of the season, Arsenal's spirit seemed to be broken and it was true that at that time several of Arsenal's main players were injured.

It is true that Arsenal needs a good backup for Saka... To be very sincere the match against Manchester city was with great tension because because of the absence of Saka. The saving grace of Arsenal was the absence of KDB and Rodri and that weakened the squad Manchester city which made it possible for Arsenal to withstand them even without the presence of Saka.

If Arsenal can manage their squad till January open window, it will be a great one and they will make a good signing to help Saka from the right side of the pitch. Saka has played good and many football from club to country and he needs to be relieved.

Arsenal should have learnt from their mistake last season and i believe they won't like to take chances, they would had won the league if not for the injury crisis they had last season that cause them to drop points, therefore they've got good substitutions for some of their attackers for instance Trossard is a fine sub for Martinelli but as Saka got injured the team still did good against Man City without him, however they'll still need to get suitable substitute player for him cause they might not be always lucky playing with him or a good substitute for him.

 I think more additions should be included by the winter windows they'll need to strengthen all part of their squad against injury sp as not to share same fate as last season's, well i enjoyed their game against city it was very interesting, they gave there best amd it was very good enough to secure them the three points.

Arsenal officials are certainly demanding a lot of success after spending a lot of money in the transfer market last summer, for now Arteta has the ideal squad to challenge for the champions.

I think they just need to increase their focus more as the season draws to a close, dropping points at that time is very ironic. Chelsea's performance is not yet stable and they have not been able to show a good and impressive game, even though they have started to win the last 3 matches they have played. one match in competition in the EFL Cup, two in the Premier League. even so, the team that was their opponent was actually not a team that was too strong, like the victory against Fulham and in the last match overthrowing Burnley. and what is certain is that Poche will prepare his team as best as possible because the opponents this time are a tough team. in this match, there will be a meeting of former Chelsea players, namely Harvertz, "Jorginho if played". 

As for Arsenal, after losing in the Champions League group phase to Lens with a score of 2-1. they rose again in the Premier League, and were able to overthrow their toughest rival, namely City. While they were really that good last season, they missed out on the league championship because they were unprepared. It was going very well until a certain week, when they fell behind after losing their most important weapons. Since Arsenal beat Manchester City this season, they have grown a lot in my eyes right now.

It's not a bad start, really. Chelsea have had good wins in the last few weeks, much better than last season. Arsenal have to win this match by all means if they want to win the league championship this year, there is no room for mistakes like last season. I predict that both teams will play safe in this match and there will not be too many goals. Under 2.5 seems ideal to me.

This season Manchester City doesn't have much shine like last season, I noticed mistakes in their defense in the last few games and in their attack, even with Bernardo Silva, they were inefficient attacks, this shows that City's players don't have the same motivation they had last season, they won everything, so it makes a lot of sense to play more relaxed this season, and I doubt that they will be able to stay at the top with a big difference in points, because unlike last season, this season there are many strong teams, like in the case of tottenham, liverpool, chelsea could cause some obstacles for city, something like a draw, but I highly doubt that chelsea will be able to beat manchester city, chelsea's game against manchester city will be in 30 days. We'll see what Chelsea can achieve in this game, but I don't expect Chelsea to be able to beat Manchester City

and not only will they not be able to beat manchester city, but I also see arsenal coming out with victory in this game against chelsea, the last 2 games that chelsea played and won were games against weak teams, so it would not serve as a way of evaluating that they are strong, but in this game against Arsenal we can see how Chelsea will do, if they manage to beat Arsenal then it will be a great sign that they are recovering and can fight to occupy a good position in the table, but if they lose It won't be the end of the world, but it will show that they still need to work hard to improve and fight to win the premier league. I still think they need to improve their squad, Chelsea lacks good players

To me, I will say it is quite too early to start judging Manchester City's performance based on their previous loss game to Arsenal, To me everything is quite good with Manchester City, losing their first spot position in the premier league table doesn't mean an end for the club because the league is still very much open and the point difference isn't that much which I believe that they can bounce back and take their position,  however, the defeat should serve as a wake-up call for the team to further step up their games.

De Byrune's main responsibility is to link the midfield with the forwards. And he is capable of scoring as well as assisting. However, de Byrune's absence from the squad is quite visible. With de Byrune back in the squad we will see a better performance from Manchester City. City's midfield will become stronger. Actually for Arsenal I still believe that they still have problems in performance. Not that their performance is bad now but sometimes their consistency is not maintained and precisely when one defeat is obtained they have difficulty getting out of the slump which makes their performance can immediately climb and positive but when one defeat is obtained this makes them immediately down and makes the rhythm they build during the positive trend meaningless. This has happened in the last few seasons when the rise and fall of their performance has always occurred suddenly and indeed last season was the biggest in terms of impact.

Right now if Arteta can't finally solve that apart from the hurricane of injuries received then Arsenal will still be Arsenal as before where they will only be a team with tremendous improvement but on the other hand they are also difficult to be able to compete in the race for the championship even though they can do it but it will only be a spice that makes them only be below the number 1 position.

Last season happens to be the awake call for Gunners, they were very competitive and led their preeminent opponents till the very last games, when they started declining in performance due to absence of the key players, inconsistent performance became the orders of the day for Gunners. However they're all in the past, forward to the present. Arsenal are on fire this season with spectacular performance in league games. Mikel Arteta and his men have learnt their mistakes, they look forward to correct then this season. This is a new different EPL campaign, numerous teams are in the race for the EPL trophy but it's crystal clear the teams that would earn important spots and the ones that would be relegated this season.

But Kevin De Bruyne is out until early next year, thus if your logic is right, City will struggle until early next year, hell, if that happens they'll be out of the title race by then. City have also missed Rodri greatly for the last three games, they lost all of them without him, he is back for the next game against Brighton, and that should give City a lift. Last season happens to be the awake call for Gunners, they were very competitive and led their preeminent opponents till the very last games, when they started declining in performance due to absence of the key players, inconsistent performance became the orders of the day for Gunners. However they're all in the past, forward to the present. Arsenal are on fire this season with spectacular performance in league games. Mikel Arteta and his men have learnt their mistakes, they look forward to correct then this season. This is a new different EPL campaign, numerous teams are in the race for the EPL trophy but it's crystal clear the teams that would earn important spots and the ones that would be relegated this season.

Well, Arsenal indeed had a spectacular performance last season until they started disappointing as you said, I personally believe that the EPL trophy was theirs to carry home last season, but unfortunately, they lost their first position in the EPL table to Manchester city after either losing or drawing some crucial games which lead to them losing some really important points.

Here we are in this season now and the same Arsenal is on fire again just as they were last season until they began to mess up, i really hope they did learnt their lessons through their experience last season just as you have said.

But one thing I personally think is that, this season's EPL looks like it's more competitive than the last one, teams like Tottenham and Manchester city are all gunning for the EPL title, Arsenal will have to play harder and smarter than ever if they must have the chance of going home with the trophy.

Manchester City will once again dominate the Premier League if de Byrune returns to the squad.

But Kevin De Bruyne is out until early next year, thus if your logic is right, City will struggle until early next year, hell, if that happens they'll be out of the title race by then. Without Kevin De Bruyne, it is very difficult to keep the performance stable. But it is not impossible. Last season we saw consistent good performances from City. The team has consistently played well in the Champions League and Premier League and won the title. However, the City midfielder will not be with the best player squad this season. City's performance is likely to be erratic. But coach Guardiola is experienced. He may now employ a different match strategy to stabilize City's performance. But it will be very difficult for City.
