I don't agree that ETH should be fired from Manchester United. In my opinion, the worst situation at Manchester United recently is not only the coach, but all the players must be responsible for their own play.

I don't think the players are the problem of the team; for this case to keep arising with different players, I think the manager needs to work on himself on how to relate with players so that he can get the best in all the players in the team.
When he came to United, the atmosphere was well ok and the players were happy with each other, especially as they had Ronaldo back in the team. ETH succeeded in kicking Ronaldo out of the team, and also David Degea, who is now having problems with Sancho, who is expected to be active in the team when they have injury problems.

So if I look at Manchester United as it is now, it is more or less the same as what Liverpool experienced last season because of the storm of injuries at Manchester United. The players were also exhausted last season from playing 4 leagues and a World Cup which made the team's schedule worse until Manchester United played eight times last February (this is just an example). Manchester United just needs time to recover, so they have to give ETH the opportunity to build a strong squad.

Although I agree with you that injuries affected their performance, that should not be an excuse for the team's lack of form. Casimero has not been at his best this season, so the Manchester United coach should be able to cope without him in a few games.

Currently Casemiro is one of the best defensive midfielders that Manchester United has, his presence in Manchester United's midfield has helped the team a lot in terms of defending and repelling opponent attacks. He also often assisted in attacks and scored several goals, he was still able to give his best performance even though his teammates often made blunders in several matches which resulted in Manchester United achieving bad results. Casemiro has been a good best man in defensive player since his days back in Real Madrid but I think he is trying so hard to keep Manchester United in good place at the expense of his career. He has booked 2 red card in just a year and he never had that kind of bad game in Real Madrid.
Is Manchester United problem really players or Erik and players are loosing it, the available players are been called out for immorality and Erik Ten Hag is beefing with the remain good guys he is supposed to leverage to win the Premier League. Some players are very stubborn despite their talents they are very bad examples to the dressing room, back in the days the best manager to handle such players was Sir Alex Ferguson. He was not a respecter of status or class. He had axed lots of top player that were toxic for the team.

Right now Pep Guardiola is such coach we have seen what he did with cancelo. I believe every coach should know when a player is bringing bad energy into his team and when to cut them off immediately before the player influences other players.

In fact we often find a series of diverse conflicts in almost all clubs, stubborn, unmanageable player models, off-field scandals, and much more. However, the worst thing is that it is unprofessional, in the sense of not contributing optimally when playing, this is clearly very detrimental to everyone, especially the club. It increases the confidence of the players. A friendly relationship develops between the players. The understanding between the players is stronger. I'm not sure about this. Of course, Erik Ten Hag could be fired from the team as the chances of unsuccessful results increase. I think one of the most important teams in the league is Manchester United, but they are in a worse situation right now. They are performing poorly both in the league and in the UCL. For me, if I have seen the progress of this season, of course there are still two teams that are closely linked to each other in the fight for the title this season. And that could be between arsenal and Manchester city because last season these two teams provided quite strong competition until the end of the season in the race for the title. It could be that this season they will do it again because these two teams are equally strong and still have a pretty good run so far. It could even be said that they will swap places again in the coming weeks.

However, for arteta, he certainly knows how to beat Manchester City this season, so arteta has a better chance of maintaining Arsenal's concentration in the upcoming matches. In the premier League, only manchester city is strong enough because they have registered themselves as the strongest dominant in recent seasons.

Last season I think it was an ending that most of us expected. This is what makes Manchester City so incredibly strong because they know how to deal with pressure like no other team at the moment. They have the patience and the quality to come back from difficult situations. Right now they seem to show some weaknesses that nobody expected, but I am absolutely sure that they will soon be back on track and still, the champion isn't decided by a losing streak of two games. Just look for how long Arsenal led the table last season and Manchester City kept up the pressure nonstop. They won game after game and Arsenal felt that they can't have a single failure or Manchester City will be ready to take it and attack whenever it is possible. The fact that the game now went in favor of Arsenal is good for the whole league I think or otherwise it would have become too boring too early. Now I think there is an open race for the top that makes the whole league more attractive. Even though I am a Manchester City fan I prefer to see them lose games at times as well.

But it will again come down to endurance and whether a team like Tottenham or Arsenal are able to keep the pace or not. I think in that regard Manchester City has deeper resources.
