ArsenaI did well in winning that game against their host Brentford and taking advantage of the draw between Manchester city and their visitors Liverpool to top the table and I kind of think this season is becoming more dramatic than the previous seasons we've had so far, looking at how the Big teams are moving back and forth in the Premier League table competing who will lead.

Minus the first premier league game, Manchester city initially topped the league, Tottenham Hotspur did so and Manchester city at some point again climb back top of the table and now without spending much of time, Arsenal has taken over, and furthermore the point difference are very close to each other and that makes the league more interesting and difficult right now for anyone to predict which team will win the league.

Kudos to the Arsenal team for their away victory that got them on top of the table.

I don’t know why Moises Caicedo was benched but a player like Caicedo should not be left on the bench if he is not injured because we can all see the difference in their midfield compared to other matches he started.

I can’t say for sure but I can still recall hearing over the commentary that, he happens to be the last returning player from the international break on the Chelsea team. That could mean, not having to be properly filled in on the team tactics and perhaps, leaving him on the bench was by some means to discipline the player.

On top of that and recent performance for Caicedo I wouldn’t say he was just too great or his coming off the bench could have been part of what resulted to this defeat. I can still recall his first game where his mistake caused Chelsea a goal, a few games after that where he struggled and even games where he had to be on the starting lineup and Chelsea still gets to struggle.

Chelsea is a team that lacks consistency on their side and while they still try to fine a rhythm for there team, you can expect whichever opposition to capitalize on that, cause them to make a mistake and use that to punish the team. There were just lots of mistakes from them today and each of them was punished.

In this instance, the lack of consistency is likely caused by the younger team, which management does not seem to understand. Newcastle is slightly different from Manchester City with the experience in the squad. The team started a new central back and new defensive midfielder that should come later in the Game.

Congratulations to Arsenal and Kai Havertz for being a hero for Arsenal and the team and determining the victory over Brentford, thanks to this victory Arsenal returned to first place, Manchester City in 2nd place, Liverpool in 3rd place.
Competition in the Premier League is getting fiercer. The three clubs have a very narrow difference in points, so the three clubs are trying to catch up to get points to occupy first place.

Mancity and Liverpool played to a thrilling draw. I believe Mancity deserved to win this match, but Alexander-Arnold's brilliance earned Liverpool a valuable point. It's worth mentioning that Alisson Becker made quite a few mistakes; had Mancity capitalized on them, they could have scored at least one more goal.

The draw might leave both teams somewhat dissatisfied, but it's a source of joy for Arsenal, helping them climb to the top of the table. They struggled in their match at Brentford, and it wasn't until the 89th minute that Havertz's brilliance secured a priceless victory for them.

Conditions like this clearly made Pep Guardiola very disappointed, but he must immediately forget about this result because the challenge will be even more difficult in the future. I see the Manchester City squad this season as being a little different, perhaps the loss of Kevin De Bruyne is the cause so that attack creativity has slowed down a bit.

If you do aware chelsea has made some mistakes even before the game was starting. Replacing caicedo which has been fully blind with chukwu is the worst thing. There have been many complaints for poch regarding this decision. Chukwu was just recovering again from his injury and how can he has been chosen to be the main started of chelsea instead of caicedo? this is the first blunder being made by poch. There is also another one like let garbage jackson to play till let game.
This guy was a lazy striker and chelsea needs also to replace him once he would not be performing so well. Pochettino shall have replaced him since the second half was just begun.

Im wondering how long pochettino will be learning from his mistake. Poche like never listen to the fans. It's very bad to see him used the wrong line up.
I would rather than replace number 16 with caicedo since the first half. This guy was making the performance of chelsea even worst. How can chelsea go up again if the club keeps make another mistake?

This was a much needed win for Arsenal. Because Arsenal fell far behind in the title race after the defeat against Newcastle. And this win saw them reclaim the top spot in the table. And on the other hand, the other two title contenders Manchester City and Liverpool shared the points between them. This is why Arsenal have managed to occupy the top spot in the table.
After watching Tottenham's poor performances in the last two games, I no longer see this team as favorites for the title. The battle for the title will be between Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool. The team that can maintain the consistency of performance will win the title.

Havertz finally did something good and brought 3 points. Despite all the negative talk about Arsenal this season, they have been in control of the matches and have somehow found the goal. As long as they get 3 points, there is no need to dominate the whole match. The team will be much better when Jesus is ready, give him some more time.

The Elephant on top once again. This is what I predicted actually before the start the weekends fixtures. Seeing Kai Havertz scoring gladdens me, I do feel like he was a scam sold from Chelsea to Arsenal but after scoring from left back during international break I knew he'll be back for Arsenal with lots of confidence. There so much noise out there, you have to filter to hear clearly and also pay close attention.

I also love the formation rom Mikel Arteta, playing all attack. He's not completely fit ( Gabriel Jesus ) He should be given time also they should make sure they don't repeat mistake from last season. They should get Ivan Toney for attack amd a right winger to shield Saka just incase Saka gets Injured. Once again, glad to see that they be on top of the league.

Because Manchester City could not secure full points at home against Liverpool, although they led in the first half but unfortunately Liverpool were able to equal the score in the second half. Arsenal lucky this week, they can took advantage of this momentum by beating Brentford. Although they also had struggled in this match as you said and only got one score, but at least in the end they can got three points and take over City position on top for awhile.
In other matches, I don't believe with the result of the match Newcastle vs Chelsea. Previously Chelsea were so convincing because they could get one point from City, but today they can be beaten very bad.

I don't think it would be wrong if yesterday's match is considered as the best match of the English Premier League as yesterday we enjoyed a breathtaking match between Manchester City vs Liverpool. With the performances of Manchester City and Liverpool yesterday, it is normal for the two teams to share a point. On the other hand, Manchester City made two short goals on Liverpool's target. Manchester City went ahead in the beginning, but later Liverpool managed to equalize. Those who missed one such match might have missed one of the most interesting matches of the season so far. Manchester City and Liverpool points difference before the start of the match was 1 and after the match Manchester City and Liverpool points difference was 1.

It's wrong. The match between chelsea and newcastle was much more entertain. We must also see that from various aspects. Liverpool is very boring by always playing defensively against city. It was only relying upon counter attack.

This game is not that attractive but the tempo became even faster when it was coming to the late game. Liverpool knew that it should not lose against city at etihad stadium. This is also the main reason why liverpool was gong all offensive at the late game.

Havertz ended up being a hero for Arsenal in this match, but in my opinion there is an unsung hero in this match, that player is Tomiyasu, he always wins every aerial battle. He is a fantastic defender.

Yeah Tomiyasu really did a great job at the defense in this game, I commend his effort in the defense, it's really impressive of him. Havertz that isn't even too in form was able to secure the win for Arsenal, that was a very brilliant header from Kai Havertz.

I think Gabriel Jesus needs more training time before he can feature in Arsenal matches because for being absent for quite sometimes now requires him to be fully fit before he can play convincingly, he flopped so much today and wasted opportunities that would have been converted but however it's really good to see him back on the pitch.

Gabriel Jesus just came back from an injury so he is not yet fully fit, honestly he can't just waste opportunity like that because his team can get punished imagine if not for goal line by Oleksandr Zinchenko Brentford would scored consequently Arsenal would have aim for a draw or even lose the match, I think Arteta should always play a fully fit player even if it's Trossard that would be play as the striker,  substitute Kai Havertz's scored his first open play goal for Arsenal he had received a lot of criticism since he arrive Arsenal, however his match winning goal yesterday would give him more confidence and motivation to up his game infact Arsenal really needed the 3 points to move to the top of the table.

 The recap of today match results is quite surprising Manchester City was held to a draw by the Reds, Chelsea had to accept the massacre from Newcastle. The pressure on Chelsea is once more heavier for them to bear. I was at the onset thinking the absence of some key Newcastle players due to injury would make them the prey, but this isn't the case and R.Sterlin has had more responsible from his first equaling goal till now.
Newcastle is sure one of the best teams so far and they are showing why they should be one of the top teams in English football.

Newcastle United played Chelsea a nice football and dominated Chelsea in all positions In the second half, Newcastle United deserved the comfortable win they had against Chelsea in the Premier League. I don't know what went wrong with Chelsea's tactics in the second half, they were disorganized, and Newcastle United used the opportunity to hammer Chelsea a lot of goals in the second half.

After taking 4 points from Tottenham and Man City, Chelsea has a chance to continue their revival when they meet an injury-crippled Newcastle team. However, Chelsea had to accept a disastrous defeat. This defeat dragged Chelsea to the ground. They still have many problems that need to be improved shortly. Chelsea now find themselves in familiar territory, potentially facing another season in the bottom half of the table. And the big mistake certainly belongs to coach Mauricio Pochettino.

This victory will help Newcastle confidently aim for the Top 4. Newcastle will enter a life-and-death match with PSG in the Champions League mid-next week. Hopefully, this victory will help them have more spirit when meeting PSG.

Three points was the only points needed to be ahead of Manchester City this weekend. Amazing at top of the table feels really good. Mikel Arteta is once more topping all the elite teams in EPL and this might be his moment to take the lead in the early hours of campaign. The underrated Kai Havertz have become the man of the moment after netting the only goal that gave Arsenal the lead against Brentford. This is the one game that would have hold down Gunners from climbing top but they didn't relent, rather they force their way through and winning becomes the ultimate target for the club.

But I'm also curious about Wolves' next match against Arsenal, but if you look at the standings, it's certainly very far away, but usually there are always unexpected surprises, even though if you look at their last match, of course Arsenal won more matches. but I think Arsenal in the next match will show their best performance and will add points.
