Aston Villa made me sad by failing to win against Everton today as my bet lost.    I was actually excited in the second half because Aston Villa really dominated the half. Everton didn't even have a shot on target in the half but still they managed to secure a draw by 0-0. I don't know how there was no goal in this game honestly.

The other game was quite delightful to watch. Tottenham were always in the game and managed to score the equalizer every time. Manchester United couldn't do what they did to Aston Villa this time. But at least Hojlund continued to make progress by making a contribution of one goal and an assist.  

I lost my parley bet due to Aston Villa as well. What's even more painful is that I had Aston in multiple acca slips. Under/Over, winning either half, or 1x2. All the selections lost. I might have have heard the commentator say this is Aston Villa's first 0-0 draw in a long, long time. I honestly expected Aston Villa to win today considering how active they are in the active with the combination of Watkins + Diaby + Bailey.

Well, some days are like that and we'd just have to move forward. The Man Utd game was interesting to watch. I expected a high scoring in Aston Villa game and low scoring in that Man Utd game due to the fact that Man Utd love to close at their game whenever they've a 1-0 lead like Chelsea does. The reverse was the case in today's fixtures.

Undoubtedly, Aston Villa has been very impressive since the start of the season and it's because of their consistent performance in the English Premier League that they currently occupy the third position of the league table but playing away at Everton, I don't expect them to easily win the game. A lot of people actually did stake their money on the game with the prediction that Aston Villa are gonna win the game which I think was surprising to me because Everton have also been performing well in the league this season and if not for their 10 point deduction by the English FA for their alleged breach of financial sustainability rules, they should've been in a good position in the league by now.

Really? When did we see Calvert Lewin and James Garner shooting them shots? That was in th first half of the game if I'm correct. They did score a goal bit it was ruled offside.
Everton also pressed hard, they're trying hard to move above the relegation zones this season, they're not doing so well but he'll they're fighters and would not fall below into the red zones.

Manchester United was poor at them set pieces, Pedro Porro also had good delivery of the ball into the eighteen yard box. Both Jonny Evans and Andrea Onana couldn't at least save that hola scored. Poor marking poor goalkeeping from Onana.

Man United's performance is difficult to predict, but most of them always play badly. Especially Onana's blunders, a ball that should have been easy to anticipate but instead he failed.

I actually never saw a winner between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur I think both team are very evenly matched and they are both not in a very good form, although I think Tottenham Hotspur were just a little bit better than Manchester United but not too much to make a notable differences.
Generally speaking I think this encounter was a fair one and the score line was also fair, it was exciting too seeing that the game produce four goals and both team would now have to manage one point each.

Impressive performance from the everton's defensive line caused by it was blocking so many attacks from aston villa like this club was amazing right now in the defensive line. Everton steal 1 point from aston villa which is good coz the club needs to get additional point to leave from the relegation zone. Aston villa has been trying so hard to scoring but it was still failed and this is the problem owned by the attacking line of aston villa during the game. They were frustrated in going to the penalty box and everton made aston struggle to win the game and this is a disaster for the club.
I would like to see that aston to perform even better than before. Glad to see that everton can go back with 1 point. I thought that aston villa would be winning the game but i were not betting on this match coz i saw that so many uncertainty like the match between manchester united vs totenham.

Sorry to hear that, mate. Actually, it makes sense when you place a bet on Aston Villa when they play against Everton. Because if you look at their progress so far, Aston Villa has proven that this club cannot be underestimated again this season. In fact, the development is quite astonishing so far. You are right, Manchester United often conceded which means there are weaknesses in the defense but somehow they haven't tried to find alternatives in this transfer window, we don't know whether the reason is because they do not have a budget or have not found the right player. The most embarrassing is Manchester United scored 24 goals while conceding 29 goals which is clear this weakness will be a loss for Manhester United. Currently Manchester is in Position 7 and still need more effort to compete to the top 5 or Manchester United will pass this season without European competition.

Erling Haaland is currently injured and expected to be back in one or two weeks time.

The two players have the qualities and capabilities of winning the golden boot but if you should ask me , I think Erling Haaland will win it ahead of Salah.

Newcastle has really been declining this season. A four-game losing streak is never easy, and it does raise concerns, when they were a top four team last season. The threat of missing out on UEFA tournaments looms large, and even securing a spot in the Conference League might be a disappointing outcome for the team and its fans.

I wouldn't be too hard on them, at least not yet. They had a good performance against Sunderland in the 3rd round of the FA cup (won 3-0) and 2 of those 4 Premier League losses were to the top 2 teams, Liverpool and Man City and they were really close to earning 1 point against Man City.
Realistically speaking, comparing their budget against the other teams etc, they're performing in line with expectations.

I see that they played worse than last year. They managed to dominate the game against Borussia Dortmund, but they could not win at the end of the match. They played well in both matches but could not achieve the result. It's been a bad season for Newcastle and they couldn't get what they wanted in the Premier League. Let's see if they can recruit people who will contribute to the team in this transfer period.
