I wouldn't be too hard on them, at least not yet. They had a good performance against Sunderland in the 3rd round of the FA cup (won 3-0) and 2 of those 4 Premier League losses were to the top 2 teams, Liverpool and Man City and they were really close to earning 1 point against Man City.
Realistically speaking, comparing their budget against the other teams etc, they're performing in line with expectations.

I believe that the best we can do at this moment would be just focusing on not doing all that terrible, pass West Ham if you can, and just stay there hoping for the best until the end.
