The change of scheme midway through the second half in my opinion was a very good move for Manchester City in this match because indeed seeing the difference in attack patterns carried out in the first half and the second half that occurred showed that Manchester City had several options that they could try in a match and Pep was good enough to make some movements in the attack scheme and formation carried out because it seems he already knows very well what Manchester City needs to face a match.

Of course there are concerns about bad results or missing the opportunity to get full points, but Pep Guardiola had another option and it really worked.

Pep Guardiola played Kevin De Bruyne, Kyle Walker and Bernardo Silva in the second half. These three experienced players succeeded in making Manchester City's attack scheme more effective and of course really put Everton players under even more pressure. Haaland took advantage of a loose ball in front of the goal and hit it with a lightning kick which became the first goal even though throughout the first half he didn't get enough passes. Before regular time ran out, Haaland doubled the lead again and sealed the win.

For the first half it looks like Pep wants to maximize the young talent they have and it can be seen from the formation that is done where 4 young players are in midfield supported by Rodri who is used as a defensive midfielder in this match but with this, Manchester City's attack seems to be bland but in my opinion it is a good initiative from Pep because even though there are several players like Silva, KDB and Rodri there but still rotation and trying the best with the young players they have at the moment is a good experiment and it is very worth doing.

By including 3 senior players in the second half it shows that they are playing more seriously and it clearly adds attacking power and the situation becomes more interesting because Manchester City's attacks are more varied.

In other matches it seems that Klopp is still trying to improvise in their attack line and it is evident that some players continue to change in terms of position because in this match Jota was used as a left wing and of course this is a new thing for him. But the results are also quite satisfying because their trio of strikers Jota, Nunez and Dias managed to score goals and it is likely that the match will end with a score of 3-1 considering the time has entered extra time.

Liverpool once again managed to seize the throne from Man City after securing a 3-1 win over Burnley. Playing at home makes Liverpool play with confidence, as a result, they were able to dominate the game. Even if they could take advantage of every good opportunity they have, I think Liverpool could win by more than 3 goals. But no matter how many goals they can score, the victory they get is still very meaningful because it keeps them in the title race path.

Burnley actually also had 2 good chances in the second half, but unfortunately, they didn't have a good finishing touch for that.

That right, Manchester City and Tottenham are not teams that can be compared because they both have very big differences in performance and quality of play.

We won't get important points that are truly correct in making predictions if we only base it on Everton match with Tottenham.

This match took place at the Etihad Stadium and only luck could provide surprise that could enable Everton to match or even beat Manchester City.

United has been not so great this season so far, and they really need a win, Villa has been unexpectedly good as well and they look like they could keep their position. This is why it's a much more important game for United, hopefully they will get the win they want, it has to be a win for them to keep trying.

This does look like a very unlikely situation for United, not like they can be fourth, but it would make it easier if they win Villa, who is fourth right now. They would at least get a little bit closer there and have a chance.

All three Liverpool forwards scored goals today against Burnley, Nunez, Jota and Diaz to get Liverpool back to winning. Bad weekend for Burnley and Everton who both loose their games and will remain at the bottom of the table.

Liverpool didn't give up after going 2-1 up and increased the pressure. It was a dangerous score for them and they relaxed a bit more after scoring the 3rd goal. In the end, they took 3 points with 3 goals and continued to lead for now.
Totthenham hosted Brighton at home. After conceding a goal at home in the first half, Totthenham did everything to hold on to the game. Totthenham used all their strength to the fullest and managed to win the game after falling behind. The winning goal came in extra time, which was an exciting moment for them. With this win, they moved up to 4th place with a game in hand.

They managed to secure 3 points that they should have been able to secure. Although they were made difficult by Burnley, but in the end in the second half they could overcome it. Now they are back at the top of the table, at least until Manchester City play a delayed match.
Tight battles at the top of the table always happen in the Premier League from season to season. And at least for this decade Liverpool and Manchester City are more often than not competing in positions 1 and 2. It's a sight that football lovers want, especially Premier League lovers, and this season we see that competition again.

For West Ham United against Arsenal? T's the gunners getting those three points, they'll have to do double of what's done during that game against Liverpool. Consistency is what's needed right now.

Their offense isn't quite as efficient as it had been in other seasons. I believe that both Liverpool and Manchester City will drop some points. They might not necessarily lose a few games, but I do think that they will have a few draws.

I was happy for Haaland who finally gets back into his best shape. He needs to score goals and goals and too bad he has had several injuries despite being so young. He looks so resilient as a player and yet he does have physical issues more often than others. It's disappointing as it ruins his stats.

Sean Dyche might be one defensive coach but that don't work whenever he is against Manchester City even during them days as a manager for Burnley.
Tough first half already as they locked up these citizens but not for too long. Not that they didn't get to create chances but they struggled to score.
Thanks to Erling Haaland, we'll always know whenever he's around and not Injured. He's not scored more than fifty goals in the Premier League Competition.

Liverpool pressed on to score with double headers. I think they used more of set pieces to score than breaking Burnley United.

Although Everton lost but ya, at least Everton managed to hold Manchester City for 70 minutes. Because after all, the first goal that Haaland managed to make also occurred in the 71st minute and also,it seems that if Bruyne is not played maybe Everton will be able to hold Manchester City to a draw . Because ya, although Manchester City dominated the match well but the fact is,when Bruyne was still on the bench the reality is that Manchester City's efforts always failed to make goals. So, with results like this, at least Manchester City still really need Bruyne to be able to break the deadlock and yes, factors like that will certainly not be completely good for Manchester City for other more difficult matches ahead.

But at least I'm still lucky too, because with Bruyne coming on as a substitute, the match finally ended with a score of 2-0.

Truly this seasons EPL is very competitive, and we have seen that both Liverpool and Manchester City are struggling to always win their matches so that they will remain at the top of the table. One thing i do believe about Manchester City is that if they do not score during the first half, they always score during the second half. We saw them with the same pattern today and we saw it last week. Liverpool on the other side is ready to secure the EPL title.

I wouldn’t call 2:0 and a game where Manchester City dominated mange. These guys defeated Everton but not with a huge score line. Haaland registered two goals to his name which means his actually back to his scoring ways and it’s yet another needed 3 points for Pep. We would soon be seeing a terrifying and title contending Manchester City in the EPL once more.

Wolves is one team that I didn’t expect to lose todays game but it’s very surprising how they lost to Brentford in a home game. This team has always been soft when they play mid tier teams but the story is very different when playing with a top tier team.

Liverpool and Manchester are the two clubs in which I have hope to win the league title this season. I am not really confident in Arsenal's ability to win. Arsenal fans are thinking they will be able to win the Premier League this season just because they won Liverpool, but winning Liverpool doesn’t mean they will win the league. From the way Manchester City have been playing lately, they have higher chances of winning the league. Manchester City is currently in second place, and they have one outstanding match to play. I am sure they will do everything possible to win the match.

Bad weekend for Burnley and Everton who both loose their games and will remain at the bottom of the table.

If any of the two teams that you mentioned above had won their match, I would have been shocked, but I am not surprised that the two clubs lost their match. Do you expect Everton to win Manchester City or Burnley to win Liverpool? If any of these two clubs win their matches, it will have been a surprise to me. Manchester City and Liverpool are really desperate to win the league title this season, so they won’t want to lose any matches right now.
