I would say one of the main weaknesses in Chelsea's squad is their defence. Although the performances of the attacking players have been erratic, Chelsea's attack cannot be considered weak. Sterling, Mudryk and Jackson are each quite talented. However, due to the poor bonding between the players, Chelsea players also missed many easy chances. On the other hand, the defense of this team is very weak. Conceded 41 goals in 25 matches. And the consistent poor performance of the defenders is why Chelsea are behind. Chelsea's defense needs to be strengthened. At the same time, the understanding between the players of the team should be improved by making changes in the match strategy. If not, we cannot expect consistent good performance from Chelsea.

Chelsea have tried to score goals, but you are right, they still have a lot of shortcomings in terms of finishing. Pochettino really needs a great striker in his squad to increase the probability of goals in each of their matches, but so far Pochettino doesn't have that option.

The match was fierce because both teams both performed impressively. I almost thought the winner would be decided after the penalty, but Liverpool were really lucky because Van Djik was able to convert his chance into a goal. This is a lovely gift for Jurgen Klopp who has declared his departure from Liverpool at the end of the season, so he should have fun with this.

Mauricio Pochettino needs to be sack because there's no evidence of the coach's progress. They're reluctant in one's position, they're failing to make the big moves. I'm Chelsea fan and I'm sad because my team is finished. There's nothing good about the team this current season, you can't tell me they can handle Liverpool B team at wembley. This was one of the worst game for the Blues this season, they missed out good chances of goal opportunities but turning to Liverpool B team, they made everyone proud with their stellar performance against Blues.

Jurgen Klopp is an intellectual coach, I will keep saying it because he beats every Chelsea coach he meets, either in league or in grand finals. Jurgen Klopp can easily win Chelsea because he knows the weaknesses of the club, no relenting efforts but grab the important points, his player, Van Dijk was present where they needed him at appropriate time. Liverpool goalkeeper, Caoimhin Kelleher saved the day with his brilliant saves, he denied the Blues numerous chances of goal scoring, so he deserves his flowers. I'm highly dissapointed in the Blues, they should ensure they made rights for their wrongs.

Let's do away with the hate that everyone push on coaches, Pochettino did his best today and the players as well perform excellently, both teams did there best but best is not enough until one team lose and the other team win and that's what happened today. Check each team short on target, they did well, there was a time each of the team will play defensively and also play offensively but why it was even more difficult for the team to lose in this match in normal time was because Dorde Petrovic and Kelleher were good goalkeepers.

Pochettino was been careful of substituting players and that's because the players were doing fine, there was sometime they were playing Liverpool with their max pressure but all Van Dijk spoil the fun in the end and that goal was a reflection because Van Dijk was very tall, no defenders in Chelsea that is as tall as him and that's what he did even in the first goal that was canceled as a result of the offside Endo did but all cool, it's a game after and Chelsea are not lucky to win this one but it's this failures are putting him in bad record.

Last season for Jurgen Klopp and this is the number one trophy for him out of three ¹/3 .... Impressive with how you'll did it until ninty minutes of the game. This is another finals lost by Cole Palmer this season?
Chelsea also has a bad record when it comes to playing at the stadium they did today. It's also the second finals Pochetino Mauricio is losing to Jurgen Klopp. But it's cool to lose. I just hope that he makes the right corrections and changes for the club whenever mandatory I mean for next season.

At least the score is not bigger than before when the EPL continued but it is also a little difficult so regardless of being disappointed or not I think we must realize that Chelsea's conditions are not too supportive to be able to win the match so I think this result is likely to happen.
The unfortunate thing is that this match is the final and we know that this is the only Chelsea to get the trophy this season because they have closed opportunities in other competitions and when they lose in the final against Liverpool this time then it is certain that this season Chelsea will not get any trophy.

On the other hand, congratulations to Klopp for securing 1 trophy for his good achievement target in coaching Liverpool. It was a sad reality for Chelsea that night and even with all their attempt they never made any significant attempt that could have delivered them any goal in the match even though their ball position and chances were higher than that of Liverpool in the game,  although just as you said,  both the defence and attack was bad today because Liverpool squad put a lot of pressure on Chelsea's defence for long before eventually breaking through it to score that only game.

This was a great season for Klopp, he had won the title before leaving. Liverpool really had difficulty penetrating Chelsea's defense in that match, the same thing applies to Chelsea. Both teams had the same chance of winning the title, but in the end Chelsea had to accept defeat before the second half of extra time ended.

Virgil van Dijk was the hero of Liverpool's win in the EFL final, it was a great moment for him and he should be proud of that performance. The team didn't give up until the last minute, even Klopp had spent all his ammunition to increase the possibility of a goal, it worked.

Actually for this match I am not too disappointed, it's just a little regrettable that they had to concede the ball in the last 2 minutes of extra time because if in the end they could hold it until the penalty then there could be a different result in this match.
But Chelsea have fought as much as they can and I think that also needs to be appreciated because they tried their best even though they were wrong and there is no need to be disappointed either because seeing their opponent is Liverpool then we must be aware that Chelsea's chance to become champions is definitely less when compared to Liverpool.

Both clubs played very well in this match and it is not wrong if this is said to be an ideal final but the winner remains one and for this season it was Liverpool who managed to make Wembley rumble for the final this time.

Arsenal have done it again,flogging Newcastle 4:1 in a game that I thought was going to be very tough.Arsenal dominated the game through out the match,but in the late hours of the match,Joe Willock was able to break the deadlock of not scoring at Emirates stadium for about a decade.The game ended 4:1 in favour of Arsenal,and I believe this one must be a boost of confidence to the Gunners whom suffered defeat in Champions league against FC Porto.The gunners now seat one point behind City and two points behind Liverpool,so the three horse title race is still very active.

I knew Newcastle United was an easy match for Arsenal to win because Newcastle United have been struggling recently to win their matches in the Premier League. With this 4-1 against Newcastle United, the point difference between Liverpool, Manchester City, and Arsenal remains the same, and the Premier League title race is still open for Manchester City or Arsenal to win if Liverpool fails to win it.

In my opinion, the heavy defeat that Newcastle experienced when facing Arsenal last night was a very natural thing, because Arsenal's performance was very good and still consistent in their matches. When compared to Newcastle's current condition, they are at their worst point this season and their game looks very inconsistent and it is very difficult to provide resistance against Arsenal. Plus, Arsenal is playing at home, this of course makes Arsenal's game more aggressive to continue attacking to win this match. The conditions in the Premier League this season are very tight so Liverpool, Man City, Arsenal must really maintain their performance and always play consistently in every match in order to win the next match.

Arsenal is on fire now five consecutive wins before Newcastle game really shows an incredible hunger and taste for success and I wasn't surprise when they thrashed Newcastle 4-1 making it 6 straight wins with 25 goals scored and conceded just 3 goals they lost a game so far in 2024 against Porto in UCL match, there is great desire by their players to win a trophy this season, meanwhile team is now third with just two ponies behind Liverpool and one point behind Man City with 12 matches, I think this would be one of the toughest contest for EPL trophy among the 3 clubs that means every remaining matches count now it's going be a must win match to  remain as a title contender.

Most teams can't avoid conceding a lot of goals from Arsenal, including the leader Liverpool. If they had played the current out of form City I think there is a good chance they would have ended their home streak. Arsenal's goal scoring percentage from set-pieces has gone through the roof in the last few weeks. They score at least one goal from set-pieces every game. And this makes it easy for them. It is admirable how quickly Arsenal recovered mentally and physically after losing to Porto in the CL with a last minute goal. Arsenal has a much less fragile and alternative squad this year compared to last year. "This year could be the year".

There are some matches that Chelsea were not supposed to lose this season, but to my greatest surprise, they lost some, and they played draw in some of those matches. Chelsea lost to some weak teams this season, which is kind of surprising. Some matches that Chelsea were supposed to use to accumulate more points, they wasted all those opportunities. That’s why they are currently stuck in the middle of the table. They are trying to climb up, but it’s just kind of difficult for them, and up till now, Chelsea is still inconsistent. They will perform well in some matches, and they will perform so poorly in some matches.

That’s just the problem Chelsea are always having. Chelsea do perform well in most of their matches, but they lack the ability to score in most of them. Lose to Liverpool B team is surprising. Before the game, I swiftly check the line-up for both sides and I was happy Chelsea would pound Liverpool because the keymen were absent, unknown to me that there's no room for underestimating actions. Talking about giving Mauricio Pochettino another extra one year to manage the club to see if he will bring difference. I keep saying it, there's no special thing about Mauricio Pochettino, he's just the same as others. Remember what happen to us when Todd Boehly decided to give Graham Potter more time to stay in Stamford Bridge. From today till tomorrow, I will keep saying it, Mauricio Pochettino is competent and can't not handle the club to be top level.

I'm ashamed to say this but Chelsea current performance is been  measurable to an mediocre team like Nottingham Forest. Meanwhile Jurgen Klopp success will keep thrilling over our heads because those top heads have refused to take the necessary decision. Perhaps sacking Mauricio Pochettino will not only sort out the problem of the club, rather there are other measures that ought to be reached. Chelsea is my favorite club but they always have a way of ruining someone's mood.

I've been watching Liverpool for years. I haven't seen them this bad for a long time. Goalkeeper Kelleher didn't give me any confidence. It's funny but the truth is that the best players in this match were Gravenberch and Bradley. When Klopp leaves this team, Liverpool will have a big collapse. I think that after Klopp, stars like Salah will also leave the team. They can finish this season as champions but after Klopp leaves we will see very different things.

You speak the truth. Before Klopp, Liverpool was a pain to watch. Believe me, it was hard to be a Liverpool fan at the time because we were worse than Chelsea is right now. As for today's performance, if you have taken a look at Klopp's options both on field and the bench, you would know that it was very limited. Did you see the players klopp brought in the second half?
