They lacked depth last season. So far, they made good additions of what they was missing last season and that has brought them this far together with having a supportive fanbase, a good coach and lastly fighting and togetherness on the pitch. Hopefully, they don't fall off when it matters most this season. The lose to Aston Villa already stings hard even if I'm no gunner.

By looking at the current situation, Arsenal will clearly have more difficulty maintaining their performance because no matter how hard they get points in all matches but if in the end Manchester City can win 3 points in all matches then indeed it has become a victory again for the trophy race because of their point difference.

So that at this time Arsenal only need to hope that there are several clubs that can hold Manchester City so that they do not become champions again for the 3rd time in a row.

Manchester City thrashed Brighton at the Amex stadium to head back to 2nd place amd they’re just a point and a match away from getting back to the top spot. Well you can begin to see Man City as the league winners because they show resilience each time they already get to that top spot and I think this season isn’t an exemption.

 The way they trashed Brighton, you can only wonder how many the other 6 teams they have left to play will be getting when they face Man City. I think Man City most difficult game will be Tottenham and that could not even be real difficult because Arsenal might drop points before then.

 ⁠Yes because Arsenal still have some tough fixtures with the likes of Tottenham, West Ham and Man United so you see Man City has the edge on winning the league. I think they’ll keep dominating till they finally win the league especially now they’re out of the UCL.

 ⁠They wouldn’t want to also miss the league, so I think it’s very safe to say it’s a 4th league title for them in a row because Arsenal will sure drop points before the final day. Manchester City are totally resilient and Pep is sound tactically and as such I don’t think they’ll be able to lose any more points till the final day.

Hope is very small for Liverpool if you rely on the hope of defeat from Arsenal and man City it is very difficult, I already don't believe this season Liverpool can be at the top and bring trophies to their gallery this season, Liverpool did not get a trophy in any league this season, Klopp seems to have given up and is quite frustrated with everything.

I still quite believe when against West Ham later can win the match, because they did lose too many points in the last two matches that disappointed many people and embarrassing to be destroyed by Everton, so far I think Liverpool have deep enough problems, if that's true then against West Ham will be very questionable.

Liverpool threw away their hopes of becoming champions because after losing to Everton their chances were getting smaller or their hopes only depended on the bad results experienced by their rivals. Arsenal is also the same in that they still have tough opponents who will potentially lose points if they are not consistent.

Apart from that, I believe that this season Manchester City is still in control as a team that has a chance to win the trophy because Manchester City has easier opponents who might be easy for them to beat.
If Arsenal fail again this season it will be quite disappointing because they have shown their best quality this season. I really hope Arsenal can break Manchester City dominance like Leverkusen did in the Bundesliga.
