Last season Arsenal finished in second place with a total of 5 points difference from Manchester City and now the same in second place with a total of two points difference, Arsenal are still said to be dominating because they continue to compete but very few see them having to runner up twice.

So we enjoyed the matches throughout the EPL season and still the results were not much different from last season.
It is still difficult for other EPL teams to take over to become champions because for several seasons Manchester City dominated for 4 seasons this is not something easy but Pep Guardila was able to do it and defend the title.

Congratulations once again Manchester City, it's going to be a sea of light blue for the celebrations.

i think it is still the same setup. Guariola may lose the Champions League and everyone knows it because the most little details decide whether you win or lose, luck included. But if you take the Championship as an example, I knew that Manchester City would step up and win and win and win. That is what they did. Arsenal knew there is nothing to stop them. Pep won the title with his boys and they deserved it. In my opinion the best team in the world. They should have destroyed Real Madrid.

This season is different from last season even though in terms of results they have to fail again in getting the trophy but at least this season they are competing very well and that needs to be appreciated because their mentality is improving and being able to compete until the 38th week of matches is a very good mentality of young players in my opinion.

It is difficult to make a direct competition with Manchester City where Pep is still behind the wheel of Manchester City because after all until now Pep is still one of the best coaches of the best so it is difficult to make a differentiating gap in this case but indeed with those who managed to stick to the final match in my opinion it was a very good progress for Arsenal because at least they did not give up like they did last season towards the end of the season.

Big credit to Arsenal that have capability to compete with Guardiola's Manchester City in a fierce title race to the end with young manager and young squad. That is undoubtedly an improvement compared to what their campaign in the last season. Having two points gap in the end of the race against Manchester City is a proof of a strong mentality as a team.

Guardiola as a great manager getting backed up by 'unlimited' resources is a dominant force that is close to impossible to beat. Money and him are the reason of top players willing to come to Manchester City that make them a formidable force. He managed to win at least atrophy every season. This kind of force needs a perfect campaign of season to beat like how Klopp beat them.

This season Arsenal competed until the end unlike last season but indeed they still could not make a difference in the end because after all it seems that it is quite difficult to compete in the tough competition against clubs like Manchester City at this time.

But indeed Arsenal need to be appreciated with the achievements of these 2 seasons where they can always be consistent in the runner-up position and even for this season only 2 points behind them from Manchester City,

Congratulations to Pep and Manchester City because even though they failed to repeat their glory last season with the treble but now they still have the opportunity to bring more than one trophy to Eithad, besides that currently only Pep is the only coach in the EPL now who managed to get 4 consecutive seasons of trophies for the current modern era because no one has previously been able to do that.

I know that stopping Manchester City's title dominance is not impossible, but the success ratio of other teams compared to Pep Guardiola's Manchester City is very low. Even for next season, I think Pep Guardiola will also do the same thing as this season. He really wants to set a record in Premier League history, of course to win 5 titles in 5 consecutive seasons.

I am sure that if Chelsea had the opportunity that Arsenal had this season, they wouldn't have relinquished the league title so easily.

Are you seriously writing this right now? What do you think Manchester City should do, sack Pep and start losing just so other clubs can win the EPL? That's a load of bollocks. What team advantage are we talking about? If I understand everything correctly, MC plays in the same conditions as other EPL teams and deservedly wins because they have better players and better form than other teams. What's wrong with this season? The rivalry was great, Liverpool fell behind at the end and the championship was decided in the last round of the league, isn't that a fairytale?

Pep Guardiola is genius enough to take advantage of every moment, where basically City is used to being under pressure, in contrast to Arsenal who are still losing points in important matches such as against Aston Villa. However, when compared with last season, Arsenal performance this season is slightly better, in fact Arteta fleet is almost able to meet fans expectations.

If Pep Guardiola still stays at the Etihad, I think City will still dominate the competition for the Premier League trophy next season, which is very appropriate when many people call him one of the best managers at the moment. Arteta still has the opportunity to win a trophy next season, but first Arteta must recruit quality strikers to be consistent, especially at important moments.

Another mistake from the gunners this season that cost them losing the trophy to Manchester city whovare always ready for a slight mistake for them to use it as an advantage of winning the league. One game would ha e saved Arsenal this whole drama this season but they failed to win that game against Aston villa, if only they had known how much that game would cost them in their title race, I'm sure they would have made sure they get even a  draw from that game and then they would have been able to win the trophy ahead of Manchester city by goal difference but it's really sad they lost that game not seeing what was ahead waiting for them.

Manchester city has got a unique way of always getting the best finish for the past four seasons now and yet no team has been able to be a stumbling block to them except for Arsenal trying their luck this season but couldn't succeed in the end, last season was even much or a more bigger gap with lesser dram like this season, but it was really interesting a s surprising how guardiola calculates the time and made sure to have the best timing for a winning streak if he must win the league title and it was even though last season because he was in the chase for the champions league aswell unlike this season he dropped out kf the champions league chase early.

This season it felt like Manchester city had no distractions because they weren't in the champions league at some point but then Arsenal leat the champions league before guardiola and so I think it's much better of an advantage because they had the time early enough to giving full attention to the premier league dream this season but then at the point they  were supposed to win or get a draw they lost.

Arsenal can be said doing bottle job last season with the points gap and the long duration being at the top. They have improved much this season by keep winning games in the ending phase of this season, but that was still not enough to compete against Manchester City. It's safe to say that having a perfect season is the only way to win ac competition against Guardiola's Manchester City.

Guardiola is able to keep competitiveness of his team even after letting go some of the players. This is the key of his success in his managerial career. Keeping the squad fresh and hunger for trophy is importance to enter a campaign of a competition. Arsenal have done this, but they need to upgrade their level of consistency by not having unnecessary losses throughout the season.

Wow, I didn't expect this from you. The facts show that in three years, in the confrontation between the best City in history against the mediocre Real Madrid, City was able to win only once (that season when Real lost La Liga to the crisis Barcelona). Kinda looking hopeful for Arsenal in the game between Manchester City vs Westham, watching how Westham were beginning to stand up to their game towards the end of the 1st half as Manchester City possession over the game which gave them an early 2 goals started dropping. There's a possibility of Westham coming back in the second half to get an equalizer. Meanwhile Arsenal will need to get a win against Everton if by way of a miracle Westham are able to draw or win Manchester City in the second half to make it valid.  

Am not cool with how arsenal played in the 1st half they couldn't make clear cut of their chances to get those goals we had expected of them within that half, they only managed to get an equalizer after conceding making it 1:1.

It cannot be said that Arsenal's performance is weak. Arsenal players played a very good first half. Arsenal players have 70% ball possession. Also made a lot of attacks. But still the match was tied at 1-1 at the end of the first half. Idrissa Gueye's goal gave Everton the lead in the 40th minute. And in just 3 minutes, Tomiyasu equalized the match with a goal. Arsenal's performance is good enough but they are not able to score.

Even though Everton are behind in the points table, they are not a weak side. Everton has played well this season as well. And the Everton team surprised everyone by performing well against the big teams several times. So I wouldn't be at all surprised if today's match is a draw and Arsenal don't get 3 points. This possibility is not low.

Yes, Arsenal and Everton, even though the points table is very different, in this last match, Everton's performance was very different, they had a stronger performance in defense.
We can see how Everton prioritizes defense with the desire to end the match with a draw.
One mistake that Arsenal made was that they had more possession of the ball but just lacked focus on finding a way to break into Everton's goal and in my opinion Arsenal should have attacked from the side to try to score and if Arsenal continued to try to score with central attacks it would definitely be very difficult because Everton's players were more prioritize survival.

I doubt whether Arsenal can win this match but looking at the attacks that are often carried out Arsenal still have a chance to score again to get victory at the end of this season.

Fortunately Arsenal eventually wom the match but not the league title, they've to come for next season for another chance, hopefully.

Talking about Manchester City, I won't say too much and officially, since the previous few matches, it can be predicted that Manchester City will remain the leader in the PL and since the match started against WestHam, it has been seen that City dominates while WestHam cannot provide resistance even though managed to score 1 score but for me it was just luck or a bonus given from Manchester City.
Pep Guardiola will continue to improve the performance of the players and of course Pep Guardiola will prioritize the attack line.

Talking about Arsenal, I would not agree if Arsenal were said to have performed well in the match against Everton.
Arsenal almost ended in a draw when Everton after scoring the first score became more focused on defense and I saw that after Everton conceded, Everton's defense line became very strong and Arsenal players always had difficulty scoring additional scores.
Very lucky when Kai Havertz managed to take advantage of a very good opportunity to get 1 score and seal the win.
Arsenal still have a lot to improve if they want to win the PL title, Arteta definitely has to set the right strategy by taking every mistake this season.

This is one of the most interesting season of the Premier League, it was a fight till the very end. Just a slight mistake from Manchester City would have rendered them not winning the trophy so this is a fare fight and them winning the title is well deserving. The worst mistake would be for City to sack Pep, they should even let him retire from there but who knows how long he might want to continue coaching. Pep is a genius, with that amount of passion he has, I will have to believe his one of the best coaches (if not the best) to have coached Manchester city. Pep has brought five different league titles just in his eight years of being with City  that is an incredible stat for him also giving four Premier League title win in a row, he deserves to be called the numbered among the best.

Chelsea and Arsenal also have a good position coming next season, it won't be an easy one because I believe every other team will like to compete even more for the title so as City wouldn't get their hands on it judging from the performance at the end of the season, I think they truly have a good chance than other teams do.

It means Arsenal still experienced the same problem. They have a lack in consistency, they could performed very impressive in few matches but it can turned to be bad performance in the next matches. Arsenal already lead the EPL standings for a long time in this season, sadly they decreased their performance when it was in second half of the season. Sure, this is the same problem happening in the last season. It is quite confusing why Arsenal always failed to keep their stability in performance.  

Indeed. Man City players have a better mentality. They can come back although they got bad results in the first half of the season. After they can return to the top of the EPL standings, they know well how to survive. They never miss the points again and keep the point gap until the end of the season. This is about winning mentality, Arsenal players still have no this mentality.

Congratulations to Manchester City for winning the EPL for the fourth time. Arsenal deserved this trophy but they were not lucky enough. The Gunners have a young team that will still do well next season. I expect that more teams will give City a strong competition next season. We saw Chelsea coming up strong at the end of the season which might be a signal that they have fixed their problem. We need a new champion next season because we don't want the EPL to become a one-man show. Nevertheless, the English Premier League remain the most entertaining and competitive league in Europe. Other leagues have already crowned the winners but Manchester City had to wait till the last match to be confirmed the winner.   

There's no luck when it comes to football, but I agree gunner's should have won the Premier League Competition this season. It bothers me alot wuek they will be able to win it again.
They achieved too many but saddening to see how it finally ends. Congratulations to Manchester City anyways, Phil Foden deserves to be player of the season and to see how Erling Haaland came back to claim back his place was a great one. Top Lad.

Calcedio has a great goal, I think that should be voted for the goal of the season. It was the right technique and power used by him on that ball. Hopefully they don't sell off a player like Gallagher next season because he has been very important as any other player. Fans of Chelsea also seems happy to see themselves qualifying for the UEFA European Europa League Competition.

Gunners also did a good job, they should make the chase for a goal scoring player in attack first option.

Same happened this season, as Arsenal was also topping the league for long too, after last year November that Manchester City topped the league last, they did not smell the top of the league until that Sunday that both Arsenal amd Liverpool who were on first and second position lost three points giving Manchester city the chance to be on the first position.

That was how they stayed on top of the table till they won the league today. Last season points gap was not as close as this season. Another mistake from the gunners this season that cost them losing the trophy to Manchester city whovare always ready for a slight mistake for them to use it as an advantage of winning the league. Pep and his men are more confident than Arteta and his men.

It means Arsenal still experienced the same problem. They have a lack in consistency, they could performed very impressive in few matches but it can turned to be bad performance in the next matches. Arsenal already lead the EPL standings for a long time in this season, sadly they decreased their performance when it was in second half of the season. Sure, this is the same problem happening in the last season. It is quite confusing why Arsenal always failed to keep their stability in performance.  

Indeed. Man City players have a better mentality. They can come back although they got bad results in the first half of the season. After they can return to the top of the EPL standings, they know well how to survive. They never miss the points again and keep the point gap until the end of the season. This is about winning mentality, Arsenal players still have no this mentality.

Arsenal's winning mentality has not been formed this season, meaning they are still a team with the same mentality as last season. However, Arsenal's performance this season has improved where they are the strongest team defensively with the fewest goals conceded. Arsenal only conceded 29 goals in 38 matches, they scored 91 goals. While Manchester City is the second team to concede the fewest goals after Arsenal, City conceded 34 goals this season and scored 96 goals.

Arsenal are certainly very disappointed this season when they have to once again congratulate Manchester City on successfully retaining the title. Manchester City won their fourth title this season in a row, becoming the only team to do so so far in the Premier League. Never thought Manchester City would do it when I saw how good Arsenal and Liverpool were at the start of the season.

Sincerely, I wasn't impressed with how Arsenal played today. I wanted them to win the league no doubt but, they didn't handle the game as though, should Manchester City have managed a loss or draw, they would have capitalised on this game to lift the trophy.
I wanted to see them win this game in style but instead, they had to come from behind to take the lead, that's not a team that is very deserving of the premier league.
Manchester City started the game really had, in minutes they were already in front, scored a double and finally ended the game in a Manchester City 3:1 West Ham United victory. That's a team that is deseriving of the league trophy.

Arsenal won the game and did their job to get all three points so stop being so emotional about it. All the top teams have come from behind to win as well. Whoever has the most points wins the league at the end of the day and not the team who wins in style at their last match of the season.
