The talk that it is language problem and lifestyle in England is the reason behind his refusal to take the Manchester United job I don't think is true rather he's probably afraid of failure that might come with managing a club that's struggling at the moment.
Zinedine Zidane if you ask me will take a coaching club in a team that's very dominant just like Manchester City despite the fact that it's also an English club. If he's not confident enough to try coaching with an average team in order to test his managerial abilities, then he should stick with been a pundit instead of trying to make unnecessary excuses

The language problem that Zidane constantly refers to is nothing more than an excuse; for some reason in Germany he does not have this language problem, although I have not heard that he is strong in German. Zidane wants to lead the dominant club/national team and is not particularly worried about sitting without a job, he is simply waiting for the option he needs to become available.

Zidane is waiting to train France and Bayern Munich whether until when this will be realized because Bayern Munich has currently chosen Kompany with a long contract, while the French national team still believes in the current coach.

Even though English is a language that is often used throughout the world but why Zidane is so unconfident or chemistries to train English clubs there is no intention at all in addition to several other reasons, I think Zidane will be more unemployed because he only chooses the team he wants not from the offers that come.
