Arsenal should not think of UEFA trophy because it will be a mission impossible for them. It was their second leg match against Bayern Munich that caused them to lose their EPL match that same week Sunday, because Arteta took the match personal, instead of him letting go the match and focus more on his upcoming EPL match. If he can make the right decisions at the right time next season, I think that he will win the title because he is always one step ahead of Pep. Off course they have that. They have seen improvements in the last two seasons and if you don't see that way, I don't know how you see football.
The season before last they lacked depth and that was them best season sikce they last won the Premier League Competition with Arsene Wenger. Last season was a slight mistake caused by the manager for not sticking to his best squad and trying to rotate his squad so he could win the game against Bayern Munich.
Arsenal has improved in all ramifications under Mikel Arteta. Go check the records they did last two seasons before you come saying they lacked winning mentality.

I can agree with the mentality and winning character when it comes to the European Competitions at most the Champions League Competition, but in the Premier League Competition, I cannot agree. They're still the best side in my opinion to win the Premier League Competition next season.

after 2 consecutive seasons being runner up champions, the Gunners deserve to try competing again and of course they will be even more thirsty to become champions in the coming season and of course the Gunners definitely want to become champions because they definitely want to get better results in the coming season .
