This is first week match, I believe there would be many surprising result.

I would say:

I lose hope to Liverpool on the upcoming season because the manager is changed, so I will not put too much expectation and Ipswich Town might win considering they're an aggressive team.

Arne will just replace a few roles, and i think you know there won't be many changes to be made by him. Then again, I have never heard Liverpool or Arne intend to overhaul the team; Thus, I still think Liverpool will pick three points against Ipswich without much effort.

Arne, I think, is not ready to make major changes to Liverpool's current lineup and might apply Klopp's past season's identical approach. At last, Liverpool earned three points by surpassing Ipwich in quality.

I have no doubt they can do this; hence, the formation of Liverpool will be the same for the next season. 85% of formation in the squad will remain the same.

Your prediction is great per se thou I have different opinion on some of your picks. As for the title contender, I would have predicted the same teams as you just mentioned but Arsenal have the higher chance. For the past two seasons now including the just concluded season, Arsenal had every opportunity to win the league but the couldn't due to some mistakes. I believe Arterta has learnt enough lessons for the past seasons and he's expected to make correction this coming season. If the same thing should happen again, then they are just average team as we normally assume.

Leicester city was once a great team in the English premier league but all of a sudden, it has become their norm to relagate this season and promote the next season. However, I don't see them repeating that process this coming season judging from their performance in the championship thou towards the end of the season their performance depreciated. Their position on the table might be at buttom thou but relagating back to championship again will be a shame to them and their management.

Pep Guardiola has kept a good record in Manchester City, and even though he has left the club as a coach, he has achieved what he is looking for. If Guardiola leaves the club next season, I don't think Manchester City will get a better coach like Guardiola anymore. If not, they will get Xabi Alonso, and I don't think Xabi Alonso for Bayern Levenkusen will like to coach Manchester City, but it is possible that Pep will change his mind and renew his contract with Manchester City again if the club still in love with him after is contract expired next season.and guarduola will like to get the league for the third time and I believe with Pep he can still do it because he is very talented and knows how to deal with many clubs in the competition, let see how he will perform next season and see how many titles they can win next time since real madrid stopped them last season without winning the champions league and I am sure he will be hard for them next time because madrid has got mbappe and even walker can't even catch him when moving.

If Chelsea had kept Pochentino, I believe that next season Chelsea would have gotten a place in the European Champions League, but with this change of coach, I see Chelsea returning to the bottom of the rock they were in before Pochentino became Chelsea's coach. . As for Manchester United, honestly I don't expect great things from Manchester United mainly because the management decided to keep the current coach for the long term and when I read this news today:

And the teams you have predicted and it's still a long time before it starts but these teams might steal the win from the opposition.It has to be accepted though that as of now some teams have changed and therefore the matches will be a bit tougher and more interesting. But Chelsea's win here against Manchester City will be very difficult, we can definitely doubt it. Predicting these teams to win isn't just enough because even with the fact that we a re very aware of their ability a d know how much they can be able to achieve with their strength in these fixtures, we still have to know that keeping an open mind to the outcomes remains the best especially as we are yet to perfectly assertain  their strengths fully at this point, we can get some level of certainties about the strength of teams at a point in the season, probably when they have gone halfway the season already than we can say at some point with every surety they can be able to win some fixtures with little to almost no doubts.

Liverpool and Manchester united looks like they are at advantage in the two fixtures and this is going by the previously known strength and form of their opponents, the current form and strength of their opponents isn't such that I can say we know for sure at the moment, so it's okay to think Manchester united and Liverpool will easily win their games but Chelsea may have issues with theirs, it's aswell okay to see that at the end of the day, the both teams didn't produce the results expected of them and Chelsea too could pull up a surprise, in football there are many possibilities which you cannot at some point foresee until they are made reality, then you will have a chance to see how possible it could occur in the future.

In the end, Pep Guardiola will definitely leave Man City and will coach another club and it is the same as Jurgen Klopp who left Liverpool in the midst of their improving performance like last season. Why are you so sure that when Pep Guardiola leaves, Haaland will automatically leave too because as far as I know every player has a release clause with a contract agreement so that before his contract ends it will be difficult to leave the team. Unless there is a club willing to pay the release clause at a fantastic price.

Every change of coach will definitely have an impact on the club and usually tends to be negative where the club will experience some bad performances before the new coach is able to adapt to the players. The English league competition is so tight that there will be a lot of competition that will emerge so that the new coach will have a little difficulty adapting quickly.

Arsenal and Manchester City I can agree, but the name Liverpool? No! They have a new coach who has no experience of the Premier League Competition. I double doubt he will be able to get a cup next season. This is my prediction and most likely and closest to win it this time would be Arsenal.

No, where is Brentford?  How about Nothingham Forest? I even see Everton struggling next season. Leicester City has experience in the Premier League Competition, I'm very certain they'll thrive. It all depends on the manager that comes in right now. A poor coach comes in and they'll struggle.

Ipswich has got a sound coach who is also young. They will not be relegated.
 
The top four is too difficult for me right now, I can make such conclusions. There's Aston Villa and also Chelsea thriving, we don't know what will happen. But it's best of we keep an open mind.

Of all these, I hope that Liverpool can have a very good line-up and that the players remain , because everything that Klopp did was a great job. Sooner or later, Pep Guardiola will also leave Manchester City, regardless of whether by retiring or becoming the coach of another team. Here we go again, Another football fan thinking that Manchester united problem is the manager. Let’s analyze it, Manchester united since Ferguson left have been changing coaches after every two to three seasons, they have had at least 4 managers in the past and yet nothing was to show for it, except Mourinho who had actually won something tangible. Now it Erik Ten Hag they seek to make it a long term even if the manager isn’t living up to expectations at the moment. He has actually won two trophies even with the crisis behind him. If we go by your analogy that coaches needs to be sacked when things are rough then the likes of Arteta and Klopp are wouldn’t have lasted longer than they are doing or did. Take a look at clubs like Chelsea that sack coaches all the time, haven’t got anything tangible to show for it.

As for the spending, it is not all clubs that has high revenue that can buy just any players any how, there are regulations like the FIFA regulations that governs them not to over Spend. With Manchester United they have spend a lot on average players so they need to have a change of strategy and team of the scouting department to see how to get done properly

Since Ten Hag take the managerial job of Manchester United, their Premier League performance is not improving, they are not the Manchester United we use to know that are always in the title chase, they managed to qualify to the Europa League through their victory in the FA Cup final against Manchester City.
I must commend Ten Hag’s effort for trying his best to win two trophies for United in his first two seasons, but he have to do more because FA Cup is not their main target, they are looking for ways to win the Champions League and other major trio including the EPL.

Next season is the season where Erik Ten Hag's fate will be at stake, because the decline in this season means many people don't believe in Erik Ten Hag now. However, Manchester United management still gives him the confidence to stay with Manchester United next season.
He must be able to prove to himself that Manchester United was not wrong in making a decision. However, if he still applies the same pattern as before, then I am pessimistic that he will be able to make Manchester United even better.

If the United management gives him money to sign more players, then he can do better next season, but if he continues with this current squad, I don’t think he can make it to the Champions League again another coming season since finishing top four in the Premuer League next season will be hard for them.
