I agree with you, those three teams will still going to be among the top of the season next premier league competition to embrace the title, because they are still in good form to display to make their fans happy through out the season. If you watch the match of Leicester City and Southampton last season, you will no that relegation zone is not going to be far from them next season, because their managements are not ready to sign in new potential players to boost the team next season. Champions league competition, I think Chelsea and Manchester united will going to try to be among the top in that competition but it will be difficult for them to win the title, because Real Madrid will not allow such thing to happen next season base on some kind players they are using next season.

My prediction is that in the English Premier League, Manchester City and Arsenal are going to dominate. I am not sure about how the performance is going to be from Liverpool because I have to wait and see what kind of performance Arne Slot's squad are able to bring in as he joined newly with Reds. I would personally like to see a better performance from Tottenham in the next season. I personally have not been satisfied with the result that they have been able to at the end of the season, especially with how well they had started the season. Aston Villa have surprised everyone. I wonder if Unai Emery's team will actually be able to perform well enough in the next season as well to finish in the top four positions. Definitely not impossible. Especially with teams like Tottenham and Chelsea performing so badly.

I think we need to have some potential on Arne Slot because he is ready to take Liverpool to the next level. Arne Slot is trying all his possible best to see that he does more than what Klopp did to the team because, according to some football publications that I read, I found out that Arne Slot is trying his best to adopt a style of playing that is similar to that of Jurgen Klopp, which Arne Slot has already spoken to Klopp about, and he has requested some tips from Klopp. So in any situation where someone is trying to improve a team, he has to identify the problems that they have with the former strategy that they are using, and that is the same thing that Arne Slot is trying to do.
 
So if we look deeply, we will see that Arne Slot is trying his possible best to increase the strength of Liverpool so that they can challenge Manchester City and Arsenal in the next season. All we will wait for is the result of all his effort.

If Arne Slot is planning on adapting to the same style of Klopp then I don't see anything new and there's no way we're going to see a difference Liverpool. Using Klopp's methods isn't the way to upgrade the team, the midfield need someone to assist Alexander Arnold to make some creative passes to come from all angles, I think that's what Klopp was missing and also to not always make Salah the target man because the man Mo Salah doesn't have those abilities of doing things he normally does when he was playing alone side Mane, things about Salah have changed so he needs a replacement for him.
If he wants to challenge the Gunners and the Citizens he should start up his own project which I believe the fans can have that patience or use more of his tactics and a little of Klopp's own to make a balance because if he uses the former manager's style it only shows he doesn't know what he is doing Arne Slot need to reshuffle the team to get a much stronger Liverpool than that of last season.

Seriously, they're a mess. They are spending a lot of money on big names, but it doesn't matter who you buy; what matters is how they work together. I wouldn't be surprised if they're in the running for a Europa League spot come the off-season

How about the Champions League? It's entirely between City and Real Madrid. Hell of a battle, but I'm betting on Real. They're just super great

Why did you decide that Guardiola would not want to renew his contract with City? He turned Feyenoord as a machine that took down the Eredivisie which we all know but never forget that Manchester United also hired the former coach of Ajax (ETH) and the EPL humbled him, I know both clubs Liverpool and Manchester United are different but never forget that this is the EPL, one of the strongest and best league in Europe.
Arne Slot might have excel in the Eredivisie but it won't be the same here in the Premier League, we can be seeing positivity in his moves for Liverpool but when the battle begins his plans might not work the way he wanted it, so I don't feel you should use what he did at Feyenoord to rate his performance in the EPL. Your prediction is great per se thou I have different opinion on some of your picks. As for the title contender, I would have predicted the same teams as you just mentioned but Arsenal have the higher chance. For the past two seasons now including the just concluded season, Arsenal had every opportunity to win the league but the couldn't due to some mistakes. I believe Arterta has learnt enough lessons for the past seasons and he's expected to make correction this coming season. If the same thing should happen again, then they are just average team as we normally assume.

Leicester city was once a great team in the English premier league but all of a sudden, it has become their norm to relagate this season and promote the next season. However, I don't see them repeating that process this coming season judging from their performance in the championship thou towards the end of the season their performance depreciated. Their position on the table might be at buttom thou but relagating back to championship again will be a shame to them and their management.
