I think there will be quite an absolute difference next season, especially for the three teams you mentioned because Liverpool will be handled by a new coach and Arsenal will also have a much better effort than last season. They both have new coaches and that's the only similarity between them, whereas to appreciate the process Liverpool and Chelsea are very different. In the last 2 seasons alone, how many times has Chelsea changed their coach? at least they changed coaches 5 times. Moreover, Arne Slot is not a coach who has a lot of experience handling big IM teams, as you said, the Premier League is quite competitive so it will be difficult for Arne Slot who does not have sufficient experience.
Personally, I am quite pessimistic about Arne Slot, especially in his first season, I think he will not succeed in maintaining the performance of the Liverpool team to be able to compete at the top of the Premier League standings.

Liverpool had a legendary coach like Klopp before who worked in Liverpool for years and had good performances there also he was very famous and the fans of Liverpool wanted to have him there for a longer time but they couldn't do that.
I think no matter whether we are talking about Slot or the other coach, any coach can't have a good performance like Klopp there in the first days because they will need time like Klopp.

Klops exit has been a good topic for discussion in a while now especially with much attention which bothers on how slot is going to make a better replacement and consolidate his legacy or if he's going to do something really different with the team, another team with a slightly similar challenge is Chelsea, they also had their coach sacked and the team is now been headed by a new coach who's supposed to do better than the former who was sacked.

The issue of changing coaches by big teams do happen most times and after a while, it is all becoming history once the player get used to the new coach.
The case of Chelsea baffles me a lot back then when they sack almost three managers within two seasons which has affected the team’s performance despite the number of big players they have in the team.
Nonetheless, Liverpool is not a problem for now because I am sure Slot will find his way through since the team didn’t have players issues like Ghelsea, unless if some players leave.

We are going to see a whole lot of debut by coaches in the next season in most of the European club sides as  a had full did made changes with their coaches I, the premier league rhe obvious two is Chelsea and Liverpool, my opinion is it may be easier with Liverpool because most likely they will be wanting the new coach to follow with the patterns  of their old coach but with Chelsea they are expecting to see something total different and new from what they experienced with the other.

These two clubs are the main concerns because they are big teams, their fans will be of high expectations especially Chelsea because of their poor performance last season; while Liverpool fans will be doubtful because they are not sure of Arne Slot since he has not coached a Premier League team before.
